Do not fall for their $4.95 14-day trial from totalbright.net. I was also charged $129.95 and when I called the number on my bank statement I'm told I did not call to cancel my anual membership that I agreed upon purchase of their trial and there's no possible way to receive my money back. This is a scam as they expect you to actually click on the link to a 15-page terms & conditions, then go back and click on the box to order the trial, twice. I called my bank's fraud claim department and we went through the usual process, closed my bank account, and filed another claim at my local Better Business Bureau (BBB.org). Upon further reading their terms & conditions, you would be charged another $29.95 for shipping & handling of the product each month. I was advised by the bank to call them back and cancel the anual account because even if I closed my bank account, they would counter claim to access it for monthly charges. So when I called TotalBright, surprise, my account is already canceled and it does not exist. Do not fall for this scam and if you have already, file a claim at your bank, credit card company, and Better Business Bureau (BBB.org) so there's no further losses from consumers from this scam.
