I tried making a purchase online for my birthday and they charged my card multiple times and the purchase didn't even go through I've emailed them so many times and still haven't gotten any response. They have the absolute worse customer service, they don't respond to emails, phone calls nor meassages I've been contacting them for over a week to make a query before making my purchase and still didn't get a reponse. I feel like I'm being scammed! I want my money back !

Very upset Received a Christmas present from Tory Burch the Miller sandal. The shoe is too small they have one left at Aventura Mall I'm calling to ask them to hold them I'll be there later. They're answering the phone and hanging it up for over one hour now!

To Whom It May Concern:
We have been loyal customers of Tory Burch for many years and have patronized your brand with significant purchases over the past decade. Having said that, I would like to bring to your attention a pair of calf length boots which we had bought from your store. Post wearing it sparingly a couple of times only, the Tory Burch logo affixed on the side of the boots has fallen off. We find that to be highly unusual as one would assume a product of Tory Burch would carry not only credibility but undeniable qualitative workmanship. Therefore, as a next step, I would like to move forward and deliver the boots to the Tory Burch store at The Short Hills Mall in Short Hills New Jersey for either having them repaired or for yourselves to replace them with a new pair of boots. I am happy to accept either of the scenarios.

The fit is aweful their for women that have smaller legs. The plus size women who have the pockebooks want shoes /boots & clothes too match to complete the outfit as well as the thin ladies. I will be returning them as soon as Norstrom reopens. I have tried several times to purchase many shoes but there to narrow and not I can't even get the BOOTS.

I saw the Button - fly denim pants on sale for $99 all week. The regular price was $198 they had 3 sizes left for size 32. I called Tory Burch customer service on January 31st to see when is their 30% off sale. I mentioned that I want to purchase the jeans. The next day today I went online to purchase the jeans for $99 they were back regular price $198. I'm not crazy I saw them for $99 they said they was never on sale for that price and that it was a Glance. It was not a glance they changed the price.. many lies were told to me from the supervisor Grace about this item wasn't $99 I know what I saw they just didn't want to sell them to me for $99. She asked if I had screenshot the item.. like who screenshots items they see for sale period! I shop here all the time but no more I will stick with shopping at Alice and Olivia way better customer service and their items look way better.. pretty much done with Tory Burch Specially the way I was treated thank you but no thanks

I live in egypt and last year i ordered a purse from tory burch, and while i was wearing it one of the nails on the handle fell so i went to the store in egypt and they said they won't be able to help in anyway, and i can't believe that i could pay all that amount of money on a purse and i could get such response from a well known brand, i'm very dissapointed, and i hope the mother company could help or make any kind of action.

I recently bought a shoe for work from KLCC mall Malaysia. I wore this shoe for the first time yesterday for 6 hrs with a sitting job and my feet hurt so much now . I couldnt walk much after work . The reason for complaining is it was a pretty expensive shoe for me as i have never spent this much on any shoe and now i am heart broken what to do 😒😔

I order a pair of ballet flats and a paid of sandals months ago, i ordered the UK sizes and they came in the US sizes. TB tried to tell me i had clearly placed the wrong order. By the time i had the refund and returned them the shoes had sold out.
So i ordered a pair of Miller Sandals UK size 6 and they sent me a US size 6. This time they advised there was infact a technical issue with their website. (see attached email). Despite lots of back and forth arguing i had to return the shoes and wait for the refund. So i asked them for a discount code which they kindly gave me for the inconvience. So i ordered another pair in UK size 6 and even took a screen shot (see attached) and they have sent me a shipping confirmation that they are sending me a size US 9... which is a UK6.5! SO i rang them again and they refused to put me through to complaints said there was nothing they could do, they would have to check what happened at the warehouse and i would again have to wait for the shoes, return then and they wait for a refund again... The guy i was speaking to hung up on me when i asked to speak to someone more senior. I can't believe i am the only one have this problem using the UK Tory Burch website! I am

A serious disappointment of the messy Online ordering system. The completed order was not able to deliver for 2 months. I was informed to place again and again but all the completed orders have system errors and systematically cancelled again and again. If the online system has problem, pls close it down. This is very bad online experience that I have never met.

This is to kindly inform you that I bought a shoes and after trying it at home I found it not comfortable.
I requested to refund it from the person in-charge of avenues Kuwait showroom, but I throw the receipt; they kept promising me to find a solution but in vain no one called me back!

Knowing that I'm a very frequent customer and they can easily get an invoice by my mobile number.

This is Dr Kajal Agrawal and I want to report absolutely ridiculous delivery service provided for my order # [protected]. I have placed this order weeks ago when my friends were in USA and I was advised that I should get the delivery by 29th May but to my surprise the order was not even delivered till as late as 12th June and now will be delivered till 20th June. I think this is quite a distance between 29th May and 20th June and you can just take the customer for granted. There is no communication from your end whatsoever and we are totally left on our own to guess whats happening with our order. This is completely unacceptable and I want to lodge a proper official complaint about this lack of service standard from one of the world's most premier brand - Tory Bruch. Please connect me to your senior customer care executive and I will like to express my dissatisfaction with your service standards.

I'm on my 3 rd pair of flip flops! A paid over 60$ Canadian for each pair only for them to last one summer! They all broke at the same place Wich is the thong between the toes! It snapped out and once it's out there's no putting it back! Very disappointed in the quality and longevity of the product! I'm hoping you can do something about it cause I love those flip flops but I'm not spending 60$ for the 4 th time!

I have ordered a number on items from Tory Burch UK website on 10th of March. I have received my order on the 18th of March and returned several items (total value of return £485, order #[protected]). It took them over a month even to book returned good in, another month to issue me an email saying that my refund is coming and it's 1st of May now, I still don't have my money back despite chasing via phone and email. Absolutely awful service, don't buy from their online store. Buy in the shops, will be much easier to return if required.

My name is muna, one year and 10 months back I bought a very nice Tory Burch bag, from Tory Burch at Robinsons store in Dubai.

I always keep it in a box, I even do not take it during travel in order not to get damaged at airports,   I rarely use it, and I bought at app. 750 dollars, which is a big amount for me. One year back it starting bending at one side, which made the bag look ugly and I try to hold it at the other side as it looks bad and embarrassing, I do not want people to think I bought a fake one, because the way it looks shows that quality is bad. I went to Tory Burch at Robinsons in Dubai and they informed that they cannot fix nor exchange.  I was really shocked, usually high and reputed brands care about reputation,   but it was really a shock for me. Disregarded my complaint and did not bother to give any help. I told that five years back I bought s coach and it is still in it's perfect condition, I always take care of my stuff, and I told that I buy brands in order to use for longer period. I have also cheap brands which are still in their perfect condition. I paid too much for this bag, as if I threw my money in the trash. I am sure that management care about reputation and customer satisfaction. If this is the way my complaint is treated how can I buy again or trust the quality! I wish someone at management would care for my dissatisfaction and take an action. Once I had a problem with Nine West boots, management directly contacted me and refunded my money. I am not asking for refund, I need a solution or replacement. I work so hard to get money to use in perfect way and not to throw in the trash. Hope to hear from you soon. I bought a camera bag from Tory Burch online for £280 order no [protected] I activated the 10% offer and it clearly said £252 yet when I checked my PayPal account I had in fact been charged the full amount, this order was in December 2018. Now after 25 phone calls and 5 ignored emails and 4 promises of the refund actually going through I have still not received my refund. It is an absolute disgrace the way I have been treated. The rudeness of your customer service staff, the lies and the actual refund never going through. You can't speak to a supervisor you have to book them in to call you back. I am shocked at this, it is by far the worst customer service I have ever ever had and it continues. Charlie Carter

I bought flats from Tory Burch few months back. I have worn them few times as they were expensive I didn't want them to look old. I take really good care of my stuff especially when I have paid a lot for it. I notice today that the buckle sign on top of the flat came out. I am very disappointed as Tory Burch is known for its quality and these shoes didn't even last me an year. I didn't keep my receipt as I had no intention to return it.I'm hoping something can be done about this. Looking forward to hearing back from you.
