Tophatter no protection

They don't protect their customers.
I dealt with a very suspicious person named Ginger59, he or she sold me a broken item that was definitely used before judging by scratches on its surface), even though I was said that the item was absolutely new. Plus, my order also contained three different items. One of them was missing, and another one was actually wrong. The third one was ok.
But darn, one normal item out of 4?
I opened a dispute, but it was closed several hours later without explanations. So now I can't obtain justice because Tophatter does nothing, the seller disappeared and the only person who cares is me.

Tophatter aircraft

On December 17 I ordered and paid for a remote flying aircraft (drone)
# [protected], it was then that i saw i needed to add the camera extra so i tried to cancel, so i could go back and order it again with camera.
But they refused my cancel. so now is there anyway i can add a camera still?

or do i have to return it to order it again.

Tophatter item # so92744909cn (man's watch)

In late October, 2017, I ordered the above referenced item and as of this date, December 21, 2017 I still have not received the item.. When I check the status of the order I always get the same message.."IN TRANSIT".
Where is my merchandise? This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my son! When I attempt to contact you by telephone at [protected] I can get no response. When can I expect delivery and will it be before this Christmas?

Tophatter I ordered 3 of your induction helicopters as gifts when I opened them not one of them had the remote control

i have spent alot of money on your siteon 12/14/17 i recieved 3 of the induction helicopters but as i opened each one i found all three were missing the remotes, not sure how i am going to get the remotes sent or a refund. and i also ordered a cannon printer pixma MG3022 and it came with no ink which makes it worthless, i would appreciate any help to resolve these issues, THANK YOU

Tophatter didn't get my order stuff not in the packages

Well I well start with this here are pictures of the truth I didnt get them the thing im complaining about but I cant send them there is nothing on this to send pictures I nerer got any of this but its been delivered then I say return never got they want me to send it back because it was delivered I dont know how the stuff I order only weighs 0.0 oz but its been delivered I also won printer they say on the box ihe ink is on the box but its not in the box im just not happy about this and I got proof of what im saying too but I cant send it to you

Tophatter cn electronic fashion touch flawless women's painless hair remover

The item was delivered on Dec4th and missing the battery pack that is necessary to operate the unit. I need that sent to me. The directions did not tell the type of battery pack that was needed to run the unit.

Your Customer Service option is hard to find and worthless. If you really want to provide quality customer support then why is not available on the TopHatter Web site? I found this site by typing in complaints about your company.

Tophatter items not sent

Me and my fiance have ordered a lot of items for this company. All of my items say they are in transit but yet when i call the number for the tracking it tells me that it has not even started moving. We was told that we would receive all of them before Christmas and now that we are just a few weeks from said day, my stuff still has not shipped.. Im furious about this. We spent a good deal of money at this company and i have gotten two of the 10 items that we purchased. If i don't receive them before Christmas I will NEVER use TopHatter again. I have even got my mom and best friend buying from this company. Lets just say i wont be sending any more of my friends or family to them again. Fix this ASAP!

Tophatter deanna ortaly counterfeit michael kors phone case

Deanna Ortaly aka Deanna Ortaly Yepremyan sells counterfeit Michal Kors there as authentic.She advertises them as leather and the Chinese tag says plastic.
She does this knowingly. She tried to make a deal with me off site as she knew I was reselling them, stating *it would save me in shipping and I could have bundled shipping if I ordered direct from her at $18 each*. I won bids for $1! I've filed over 150 return claims with Tophatter today and guess how many I expect to be honored?
You guessed it! They are cheap, lying *** and Tophatter makes it impossible to speak to anyone. Tophatter is a dishonest company saying *tgey sent you a return label in your email* which never comes and though their site SAYS you have 30 days to return items, they say I have till December 8! Deanna Ortaly as she goes by on Tophatter contacted me to make a deal so she could get away with not paying Tophatter their percentage.
When I contacted HER to let her know I'd discovered all the items were counterfeit she then blocked me from messaging. She goes by dortalyrn on Twitter. I wish to *** Tophatter would act like a legitimate honest company and make things right by their customers.
I'm disabled and am just trying to make some extra money and now my living expenses are spent with what is likely no recourse from Tophatter.They are the worst company ever!

I to have been taken by her and Tophatters... you never get the same person on customer support and always get a different person. She now has 17 phone wallets of mine she will not refund me the money. Tophatters give 30 days refund and she gives 15 days. Tophatters say they will not sell anything that’s not authentic well trust me they are not authentic. I gave some for gifts big mistake! How can we stop her. Please be careful dealing with Tophatters and Deanna Ortaly one of the biggest mistakes of my life! On top of it I’m out close to $200! Here’s the proof...fake!

Tophatter your website

I have had a number of issues with bidding on something and during the bidding process having the item I am bidding on disappear and something else appearing mid-bid and all of a sudden I've won something I did not want. Then after I ask for a refund I am barred from bidding for 24hrs. this has happened to me a number of times. Review how much I purchased recently. I am getting a little upset with tophatter.

We have purchased many items thru this site. Now when we go to the site to bid, the items we are bidding on just suddenly Poof - disappear from the entire screen. We are over this problem on their website (because they don't fix the problem) and will most likely go to a better auction site to have fun. Just don't need the major aggravation from this site.

Tophatter password reset

Hi there I have emails you several times about a password reset for account [protected]@yahoo.com as well as [protected]@yahoo.com for both of your sites ruby and tophatter. They always send me password resets that don't work or they send it to the wrong email. I'm getting very frustrated as well as my daughter. Please have a supervisor or someone of better quality respond to my emails from now on thank you

Tophatter item #[protected] canon printer

my name Daniel kawa and i won the bid on this item, received item via fedex tracking #[protected], when received the top of the box was open and the ink cartridges were missing. i tryed following your instruction but as i don't have a printer i was unable to print the return fedex label. the shipping info on the fedex dosen't match, phone number no one answers so i filed a claim with fedex and they want a letter from the shipper a written and signed authorization by the shipper waving their rights to purse a claim. i need your help, either send me a return fedex sticker, get me the letter from the shipper for fedex or just give me back my money. fedex gave me a telephone number for the shipper and it was different than the one on the fedex shipping label, i tryed both numbers no answers no messages availble, is this a scam, , , , i have purchased a lot of item from Tophatter, i tryed calling your customer service number and the response was, , , your number was not on line at this time, what going on

Tophatter minnie tracksuit set

[protected]@gmail.com and thought I merged them together with account under email: [protected]@gmail.com. well I must of cancelled both accounts I need to cancel that order and have my PayPal account credited. Also.please try and reinstate the account under : [protected]@gmail.com.

Tophatter black watch

I got a black watch several weeks ago thou a bidding. I misplaced the paper work but the company is in Pio Alto Ca. The watch was working fine, now it will not take a charge. I had it looked at a Verizon & a AT&T service center, was told the watch is not taking a charge and it also is of very poor quality.

I used my debit card to purchase a printer, a ring that has three stones that were blue and a red watch. Someone hacked my account and other things came to my address, including some packages that my contractor found on the side of my house. I have sent these back by writing, "return to sender". I'm in the middle of a home remodel, inside and out, and was unaware that someone was ordering these items with my card. One came a few weeks ago and it was two watches with skulls on the front, also sent back. Because of so much money coming out of my account with materials and labor, I was unaware this was going on with my account my account. I have blocked my card with my bank. Please, refund my money back into my account or I will go ahead and file with the BBB. My computer crashed and had to have a new hard drive placed it in back in July from hackers.

Tophatter they say too many returns

Top Hatter kicked me off because I returned 5 items out of 133 items that I bought, when I cancelled the items, nothing was ever shipped out.

I would like to be a customer again, don't know how to go about getting back on line. Even though they want 350 words, don't know what else to say, except some of the stuff I bought, I love, some I bought fell apart, the prices are good

I have refused these items meaning I didnt get tgem.. they were returned and the response I received from the customer service personnel was I didn't return them in 7 days.. I have no understanding on how a item can be returned in 7 days but they give the seller 40 days to send a item. I'm so confused and so done with this scam.. I just want my refund! You lost a good customer!

I have ordered many item from this site and now when I send a complaint to the staff it's like they ignore them.. there is 4 more items that I have not gotten but they give a due date which that was a couple of days ago.. so when u complain on the item being late they tell you it takes time! But when u return an item you only get 7 days.. that's not fair to the buyers.. they advertise a Buy or protector plan.. they pick and choose which items that work for! All I can say. They lost a good customer... I hate I spent any money on this lieing/scammed site.

Tophatter very sad

Well, I used to order from them several times and none of them was good enough. Every time there was something wrong.
The quality is always poor, so the price is low. Moreover, not all of the items arrive on time. The package delivery is often split into several parts, so within a month or two, you are going to get notifications about them arriving. That's very uncomfortable.
I'm disappointed with their service and guess I'm done.

I purchased a ring in a size 6 company sent me a ring size 11. How the heck am I supposed to wear that around my neck. Please let me know what I need to do to get this corrected before I verbally blast their company and yours across the internet. I realize there are errors made I could see if they sent me a 9 instead but this is ridiculous. I would like to refund or exchange
