we mailed out our items and told the post man that we needed tracking numbers and he didnt do it and i asked top hatter a qeustion what can i do to mark it shipped and there responsed was get tracking number or refund the orders the items were shipped why would we refund the orders this place never gets back to you in a timely manner we would like this taken care of

I was sent a credit for 5 dollars off my next order of 6 dollars or more. It was sent to me the day before it was to be used. But I did not get any notification if it until the week after it was to be used. I would like to be able to use it. As you can tell Ii purchase a lot of stuff from your site. This will help me to guarantee to continue to keep coming back to your site.

I paid for these. I dropped tophatter because they blocked me for a year. Now they say that these were delivered and I can't track them and was told mostly to make a police report of them being stolen. They weren't stolen. I can't track them and now I have been ripped off by tophatter and I am going to let everyone I can on websites what a ripoff you are.

Finally got it Aug. 12th and
I put the batteries in it and the thing was falling apart in the wiring as I was holding it out of the box. I will never buy anything from Tophatter again. It take 2 months to get anything and it is junk.
IT DOESN'T WORK
waiting a couple months and this is a big disappointment

I received a bag that was nothing like I viewed. It was made of cheap plastic and the lining was too big for the bag. At the back of the bag there were two holes and the fitting that went over the bag to close it was not even stitched or stuck down. I know you will be getting more complaint from anyone who had the misfortune to buy one will be really disappointed. Its more than the disappointment of the bag, I now do not trust the procedure as you could not have vented this product. I spent a lot of money on this site but not anymore, it will be very bad for you company

I ordered several items from your company ie Top Hatter as the products viewed were desirable only to realize several of the items were not as represented and some of very cheap, sub standard material. I have been trying to get rid of the junk by returning them but have been unable to get through by phone. Consequently, I will not be victimized any longer by shoddy and garbage products represented to the contrary. Your return system totally sucks

You have been declining my payments and I called my bank on that card number and they OK'd it to make purchases through you and unblocked my card and you are still declining payment and I called paypal and they said it was OK at their end so it had to be your company, this is really upsetting me. I can't make anymore payments on the other acct. I have in there because it's not mine, it's my husbands and he said to cancel it out of there in tophatter. You need to find out why you are not letting my card go through or I will have to quit bidding on your site. Let me know ASAP. Happened on 7/17/17 and 7/18/17.

I won an auction for a Canon MG2522 printer. There were supposed to be both the color and black ink cartridges included in the box. That is stated on the box and in the instruction booklet. I didn't received either one and am highly upset. I really needed it this weekend but with no ink, there's not much I can do. I think THAT IS FRAUD! I want either the money back on my card, or the ink cartridges sent to me immediately! I cost almost three times the amount to purchase these separately, plus there was a cord you had to buy too. I bought the cord.

I wanted to return a product never used or opened. I received instructions to return the product via USPS with a tracking number to CHINA. This would have cost me $13.75 minimum for a $26 product. This is not 100% money back. I called the toll free number only to have the recording say that this is not the customer service line and to go to the website. The auction site pops up every time I choose customer service. I cannot reach anyone to remedy the situation so I am going through PayPal.

I am constantly receiving emails regarding products that have shipped to a random address, even though I am not even signed up on the site. When clicking on the cancel order link it takes you to a paypal sign in. I have had 4 emails pertaining to this and they still keep coming. When proceeding to the website I had clicked on forgot password to find out that my email isnt even registered on the site.

Tophatter and Ruby Tophatter are 2 totally separate sites. You must register for each, separately. I have been wondering why the jewelry auctions on Ruby Tophatter have many new bidders and discovered Tophatter is running the very same auctions for jewelry that are being bid on in Ruby Tophatter, causing items to be bid much higher. Bidders think they are competing with other bidders in the auction, while there is a whole nother auction site bidding on the same item. Seems alittle crooked to me and I would like to expose this shady practice to others.

Please turn my account back on. It's been a while since I used Tophatter & when I tried recently, it told me I had to contact Tophatter to get my account turned back on. I tried your phone # but it wasn't working.

I have been doing business with Tophatter for about a year and never had a problem until 2 weeks ago. I will bid on items and win and pay for it but in few minutes they informed me that my credit card is not allowing payments. I contacted my card holder and they told me that funds are being released but shortly after returned back. What kind of business is that. And then they punish me by suspending my bidding for 24 hours do to cancelations. Please explain to me how that works. Disgusting
