Tophatter / order refund notification 30 april 2017 - order [protected]

I received notification after I purchased the above order, that my bank account details did not go through, even though they had deducted the money. I received an email on 30 April 2017 advising that I would be credited $135 within 5 to 7 working days. To date I have not received the refund. My email address is [protected]@gmail.com.
