Top Tv / Paid Account is suspended
I paid for my top tv subscription and two days later I am still watching a payment reminder on my TV. These are days that I have paid for but I am not getting the service that I have paid for. In my personal opinion you have stolen two days viewing so far from me as I have given you the funds for these days.
Considering this pathetic service after two long phone calls AGAIN at my expense to rectify this I have a black screen. This is after I was promised that it would be activated on the same day.
The only way to rectify this is to refund my money and cancel my service. I would rather pay the extra and watch DSTV which has a much wider variety of programs including SOUTH AFRICAN RUGBY which was something that I was told by Top TV last year would be sorted out by November 2011.
I want nothing more to do with your company except for a return of my money!
