I'm horrified at the unbelievably terrible customer service received from Top Security on behalf of my employer.
They have owed us a credit note of R500 for the last 3 months which I have nagged them for every week. I have spoken to so many people and have been shunted from pillar to post, each person passing the buck to someone else. When leaving a message for a reply, I have had to phone back myself - I have not received one phone call back from them and have to keep following up with them twice a week to see how far we are currenty sitting in this soap opera.
I would like to also state that, of course, the monthly debit has gone off timeously on our account from Top Security but as soon as we ask for what is due to us...nothing.
If this is how they action their accounting, I shudder to think of what kind of reaction time there is sure to be when the panic button is one day pressed in an actual emergency!
I began this query with Top Security on Friday, 24 July 2009 and still have no happy ending.
