SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / Poor customer service & communications

Ordered tools from Toolking out of Colorado. One item was defective. Requested return authorization. Had to email several times before getting the authorization. Toolking then provided me with two separate addresses where to return the item. Could get no answers from them regarding why. Sent the item back with tracking to one of the addresses. Item was received by them but there hasn't been any refund given after two weeks. Communication with them is impossible. They do not answer emails (despite sending the communications to four separate toolking email addresses), they do not answer thru their website contact page, or even respond to rebuttals on their site's return authorization page. I won't do business with anymore. It isn't worth the aggravation. My next step is to call them & if there is no resolve, I will file a dispute with my credit card.
