The companies owner, Kenelm Tonkin, incorporated his company in Makati in 2013. He opened his site in May of the same year hired associates and began operation. As of this writing he has yet to remit any of his statutory contributions for any of his employees both past and present. He has forced employees to switch from a standard employee contract to a performance based contract, before the initial contract expired, he has refused to return the money deducted from his employees pay checks under the guise that he is "working on it with his lawyers". He even continued to operate his business after he was served with a cease and desist order from the Makati City Hall. His employees are mistreated, unable to use their Philhealth, have not been given their tax refunds from Tonkin, and are not able to avail use of their SSS for loans or receive their government tax refunds because of his lies. His business practices are unethical and illegal. No person looking for work or possible client should consider doing business with him.

I worked here before and I was tagged as awol because I have noticed that there are some things that isnt right in the first day of work. He didnt get the 4 mandatory requirements like sss pag ibig and philhealth and bir. The guy who was assisting me before was so stupid. I was asking about the sss loans and he doesnt have any idea about it. Thank God I didnt continue to work here. Btw Ive only stayed there for 15 days. This blog is definitely true. I was given a standard contract but later on, the manager told me that it will be performance based. It was the best decision to get the hell out of that company. It is unfair.
