"DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMAPANY!!! I recently ordered a toner cartridge from them. The toner didn't even print 20% of yield advertised. When I returned the cartridge in person they told me, "the cartridge was empty and they couldn't verify the page count." They said the best they could do was offer me free shipping on my next order. WHY WOULD I ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN?? THEY ARE THE #1 ONLINE TONER INK RIP OFF! "

    The subject line tells the story of an attempt to buy a toner cartridge for a Brother printer. I recomend using some other vendor over TonerPirate of 14781 Memorial Dr. Houston, TX.

    Worst company I have ever bought toner from. Cartridge was not filled to capacity. The cartridge would not reset my printer's toner indicator. Claimed I printed enought to use 25% of the toner before I sent it back. That would 1500 pages. I printed 3 test pages.

    I ordered a ink cartridge and it was 6 months out of date.Notified them and still waiting for a response.

    Worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. Toners leaked, malfunctioned, and ink levels are not recognized by the printer. Giving the benefit of the doubt, i contacted them kindly the first time as only one was faulty. They sent a cartridge to me telling me they would exchange it but if the one i was sending back was more then halfway used they were going to charge me. ? Lol first red flag. As i was processing that return the others started to leak and malfunction. I followed up and let customer service i was not happy with my purchase and that i was sending all of them back and kindly requested a refund. After several back and forth emails literally having to negotiate a refund, I sent all of them back and waited two weeks with no response. I follow up about my refund request and they tell me that i sent back the cartridges in a box with no protection and they are scratched so since the garbage toners to begin with “we’re not repairable” so i was not entitled to a refund. I never leave bad reviews, but this was well deserved. Pirates are the perfect name for this company as that’s is exactly what they are. BUYERS BEWARE!
