TomTop Group they have the poorest customer service!

They delivered my order pretty fast but one item was missing and after I contacted TomTop they promised to ship the missing item as soon as possible. That did not happen, because several days later they contacted me and said that it was no longer available. Their rep said that refund was not possible in my case (they did not explain anything) and said that they'll contact the manufacturer. That was just another empty promise and they never did anything to help me.
When I contacted them again and told them that I was already tired of waiting, they only said that I need to be more patient. They have the poorest customer service I have ever seen! Avoid at all costs!

TomTop Group Car dvd player

Im having issues with a car DVD player I ordered it about 3weeks ago. It was supposed to be expedited shipping in two till five days and it's still yet to even be shipped out ive tried emailing on 3 separate occasions as a tomtop customer I have probably spent a thousand dollars or better never had a problem I'm hoping we can resolve this and continue to do business to further

I tried to contact them through their online help at their website but this is closed all the time... I email them but I have not received any answer... Even when I commented at their fb profile the only thing they answered was to contact the customer service but they never provided me with the details how and where to contact them...

TomTop Group Ulefone metal smartphone

I ordered a phone in October 2016 and I still didnt get it.
It used to say in tranzit, now the tracking number cant be found.
Money has been taken on Octor the 21st from the debit card.

Sent many emails, and no one responds to them, but they keep spamming with newsletters. the online chat seems to never be online.
they dont answer on their facebook page either.

I still want the order, or my money back.

TomTop Group 7 inch 1080p hd touchscreen portable gps navigator with back support +free map

When the package arrived the box was looked worn down. At first we didn't put much thought into as it could have been poorly handled during shipping. Usually when this happens the product isn't damaged but in this case the screen was cracked. The screen had cracks running through it and it looked like it was dropped during the shipping process. We received the product February 28th in our mailbox. Like I stated before the box was I'm horrible condition and the navigation system was broken. It's screen was cracked and I hope you can replace it.

TomTop Group No credit for Authorized return

Received non-working Andoer LH-811Headphones. Oct 2016... after many emails to/from Tomtop, where i refused to keep headphones at an offered discounted price, item was authorized for return and delivered by USPS to City of Industry on Dec 7th 2016...to-date i have not received my credit to Paypal from Tomtop. To-date, 03-02-17, i have not reeived credit for returned item.

TomTop Group Luctan s912 rc car

Hello,

My name is Michael Pugrant. I recently purchased a Luctan S912 RC car from www.tomtop.com. I've had the car for about 2 weeks and it is now not working properly. I have looked into returning the car back to tomtop however I cannot seem to find any way to return it on their site or find a customer service phone number to call. I was hoping to see if anyone can help me in returning or exchanging the car or if you know of a number I can call? The model number on the bottom of the car is FCC ID: 2AGQ59115. TomTop Group Double din cd, dvd player

I ordered a double din dvd player and it came today and installed it and it just has a blue screen nothing else - no radio, no cd, no dvd just blank blue screen and it did not come with a remote has it had on the website. Im very upset about this because i have a car show in 3 days and the double din cd, dvd player is the finishing touch. Please contact me asap!

TomTop Group Don't risk and stay away from TomTop!

TomTop is a very bad and dishonest company, I would not recommend it to anyone. I simply wasted my money on a very poor quality product. I used my phone only for two months before it broke!
TomTop refused to refund me or replace the phone. I asked them to fix it but they said no and told that I need to take it to a local repair shop.
Literally, this online store sold me a defective product and refused to take any responsibility. Even after I threatened them with the police they did not care. I can't believe TomTop is still in business. Look at all these reviews, and there are much more on the web. Do not risk and stay away from this fraudulent company!

TomTop Group Kkmoon camera... No information, no feedback, never arrived

I have ordered the kkmoon camera since 28/01/2017 and paid for this via paypal. TomTop Group im complaining about service and a products that came late and broken

this order was placed 2017-01-08 and it came a month later plus the straps are broken iv complain on the site but no reply can i get compensation for this and a refund. why has this happen plus on my account it has not been submitted as received im not sure but that might be the problem why i have not received any emails back on the status of my problem witch im very displeassed

TomTop Group Kkmoon gps

I have been trying to get an answer on this item i purchased. Below is the attempted contacts, invoice numbers and item. I have made several attempts to get this taken care of. I can't find any phone numbers to contact anyone directly, why is that? I have tried to be patient and polite, but my feelings are getting the best of me. I just want one that works right or a refund of my money! I feel as if i am being ignored, not getting any response at all. I am ready to contact the BBB!

I received this item today. It is not working properly, The USB cord will not charge the unit so i had to use another one from my MP3 player to charge it. My next issue is that when i try to program the time it changes on the unit itself but not the GPS. My last issue is when programming the GPS to an address or anything necessary to use the keyboard my problem is if i push K, i get J and if i push 2, i get 1, push 9, get 8. I tried to reset it with no luck! I can't get it to work right!

TomTop Group I have not got a trace number and have been waiting on my item for over two weeks and it was supposed to be here within 2 to 5 business days.

I have been waiting on the item I had purchased [protected] and I have yet not received a trace number. And it still says still processing, I have called every number, and even emailed the email address that was provided for this company. And the only email they send back is more and more discount sales. I WILL NOT EVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN. I am very upset about the business services you guys have. Can someone please contact me.

TomTop Group Refund of my cancelled order.

I placed an order for umi mobile on 15.01.2017, and you promised to ship it within 7 days. It was pre-sale order, that I know, but on 25.01.2017, by mail, I cancelled the order and cancelled confirmation received from you stating that I will receive my refund within 2-3 days by Olivia. But till date, I have not received refund. This is not fair for your esteemed website. I, numerous, mailed to customer care, but nobody is replying me. Sir, you are hereby requested to look into the matter and settle my refund, as I want to use the money to place another order with you in future. Thanking you.

Hi I placed an order for a car GPS navigation device to use on an upcoming trip with my family. I recieved my order within 2 weeks on 03/11/18. The device is defective & doesn't work properly. I have sent emails to recieve instructions on how and/ or where to return it & to request a refund but have yet to get a reply. Can someone please help! Thank you

TomTop Group JJRC H1WH drone

To whom it may concern,

I have recieved my order of the jjrc h11wh drone and I was very unhappy with the product I received. The camera would not work at all. The drone will not fly after numerous attempts and only 2 of the propellers are working during takeoff. I kindly request a refund of $44.99 of this quadcopter. Thank you for your time.

The following email that I sent TomTop after receiving my order just within time limit, , . Now for the Bad news !
Clearly they are sending out Faulty goods that cost more in postage to return from UK than the original cost
Of the order and are relying on people not bothering because they say it's the buyers responsibility to pay return cost !

Hi, Regarding the above order that I received I am very disapointed that it is not working,
To be more specific, the camera/video is not working, it is not showing a picture from the camera
on the app Video_copter, the alert message is that it is ' not connected to the video board ' or wrong wifi,
I have tried 3 Phones and 1 Tablet, Obviously the cameras circuit board is at Fault.

I believe that I have had a USED FAULTY Item sent, when I opened the package I found the Box Damaged
on the bottem, , ( Please Refere to Attached photo ) and when I opened the box to assemble the Copter
the Camera was attached to the Copter and not in a White box as it should have been..small Box missing, ,
Please look at attached photoes for details of order and box condition with outer packaging ..

If this cannot be rectified I will be wanting a complete refund .

Hello Taylor,

Thank you for your quick response . But as I pointed out in my email the item that I paid for that was dispatched by yourselves
was clearly faulty and not fit for purpose, therefore I am Not responsible for the cost of returning the goods, please read the following text .

Returning faulty goods bought online

The Consumer Contracts Regulations are in addition to your other legal rights.

So, if your goods are faulty and don’t do what they're supposed to, or don’t match the description given, you have the same rights under the Consumer Rights Act as you have when buying face to face.

(. Any terms and conditions that say you must cover the cost of returning an item Do Not apply where the goods being returned are faulty. )

Please take note of the last line ! Because the cost of shipping back to China would more than double the original cost of the Copter that I paid for.

However, A solution may be available to us both, may I make a suggestion that..

Due to the fact that the problem is with the Camera and it's WiFi circuit I would like to suggest that you ship to me a New and Working Camera,
This will be a cheaper and less expensive option as it is only a small item and should rectify the problem,

TomTop Group Hubsan x4 fpv h501s quadcopter

I purchased two h501s drones (sku RM5060W-US) one was broken upon arrival and the second one does not work. I brought the one that was not broken to a hobby shop to assist in getting it started up and they could not get it working as well. I purchased the drones on [protected] received them on1-24-2017.
