I have purchased item under order number an17a15m3738-aqexuv from 15th of january 2017 under priority shipment. It is already 12 days since the date of order, no information on the delivery info. Why is "processing" still for my item? I have no of tracking number in tomtop my account!
Please inform by e-mail when I could receive this good.
