Hello, I ordered 3 smoke alarms back in August 2018, order number " No.[protected]-[protected]-ZPT  SKU :  S1960. I had problems connectin.g these to the app and after email correspondence I agreed to return them for a refund. The items were returned in September, I have not yet received a refund despite chasing by email.
Please arrange for the refund to be processed.
