TomTop Group re: my item kkmoon wireless cctv 720p order #: ba17i24q0713-fnaby5 2017-09-24

I ordered and paid the KKMOON wireless cctv 720P with 2 way communications and snapshot, but both of those features are not functioning, why?
Only the recording feature is functioning.
Please resend the KKMOON wireless cctv that has both 2 way communications and snapshot and recording (this recording feature is working) functioned.
Please resend immediately.

TomTop Group paid parcel not yet received

i ordered a gimbal from TomTop website on 3rd September 2017. i paid $149 through my debit card. the product was shipped on 5th September 2017. when i ordered TomTop said that the product will be delivered within 7 to 20 Business days.

i emailed tomtop on several times sometimes even daily. the only reply they give is that they ask me to wait patiently. (see attached image)

even on 6th October 2017 they asked me to wait patiently (see attached image)

Now i am extremely worried about the parcel which i paid for. the parcel is still not received.

TomTop Group Wrong item

To whom concern

Hello.

I received Hubson x4 502S quad copter.

I made the calibration 1 and 2 and after the start the drone elevated to about 30 feet and returned home without being called. I didn’t touch the return lever yet it come home and all other commands were annulated. I cannot make it do anything.

I did make the calibration at the transmitter and the bidding with no results.

Please let me know where to return the item and inform me if you prefer to replace the drone or send me a refund.

Please send me the label and the track number in order to return the item.

I ordered the Xiaomi Mijia M365 Electric Scooter off of tomtop on the 24th Aug, It has been 42 days and it has still not arrived, I have sent emails to tomtop support with no replys, the supplied tracking number shows the item in Poland awaiting collection by UPS but it has been like that for over a month! Will have to escalate with my credit card company under section 75 protection.
There are quite a few of us on the HUKD forums who have ordered the Xiaomi M365 Electric Scooter from tomtop who have not recieved our orders.

BUYERS BE AWARE TOMTOP HAVE CHEAP PRICES TO LURE NEW CUSTOMERS IN BUT YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE YOUR ITEM.

Update 05/10 - Thank you Tomtop for your generic message response, if you had read my first message you will have of read that I have sent numerous amounts of emails to your support address with no avail and that the tracking information does not work!

Update 07/10 - finally got an email back after sending several emails to them just telling me to wait longer, how much longer 3 months? 3 years?! This is just a complete and utter joke of a complete wasting my time! There's so many of us without the Xiaomi M365 Electric Scooter as its apparently waiting for ups to pick up!

Tomtop sort it out and please don't just post that standard message again about emailing you 24/7 and how i can track my package online!

TomTop Group bayangtoys x21 dual gps drone

Hi there, I received the bayangtoys drone on the 05 Oct 17 opened the box and found that parts are missing from the gimbal, I fully charged the battery and connected it to the drone, after following all the steps in the manual the drone did not take off, upon further inspection I discovered that the FPV camera was not working, I was supposed to have this drone ready for the day of my brothers wedding which is the 12 Oct 17, I am a trained Quality/QA Engineer and by the condition of this product I am very surprised it made it through the Quality inspection process, please advise on next steps. Refund/return/exchange

My order that I have placed with tomtop.com has not been processed yet my order number is BN17I28P4839-K0C693 this is not a good look for a first time user I am not even sure if this site is legit. The site says shipping in 2-5 business days I ordered it almost a week ago and and it is still not processed and no one has contacted me telling me they are out of stock or anything. I'm just left sitting here wondering.

Hello, i ordered a Xiaomi scooter on 1st July, and I still didnt receive it.
I communicated with support with about 30mails. They always said i have to wait... But nothing changed, 3 months has passed and still nothing. Now they also dont respond to my emails ! I paid for this scooter, i want the scooter or my money back !

TomTop Group sd card not working

Hello, my order no. CN17I07P1745-YY1XY5 has arrived and it's not working propperly. I can store just 5-6GB and it has 128GB and it's very slow too. I can't format it, can't even finish testing it in H2testw it just takes too long. How can i get refund or another working sd card? Do I need to provide some kind of a proof? Screenshot of failed formatting or something?

TomTop Group order not shipped, online support in china have communication problems

Ordered a 360 degree camera product number D4618B last August 27, I paid $19.00 for the 72 hours express delivery service, but 23 days later they still have not dispatch the order yet, citing stock shortage. I been told to wait 2-5 days for the new shipment to arrive so that they can ship my order, 1 week later no shipment, I called again i was told the same thing, wait 2-5 days for the new shipment to arrive, waited another week but my order never arrived. so I called them and they told me the same thing again wait 2-5 days for the new shipment to arrive. So this Monday I checked and they told me the same thing again, no stock and wait 3-5 days for the new shipment to arrive. it's been 24 days already and I still see no progress in order status. this company has been giving me the run around . I just want them to send me my orders.

I work in an architectural firm so our keyboards by default is locked on CAPS.

TomTop Group wanscam solar power camera

I purchased a Wanscam® Wireless WiFi Solar & Battery Power Bullet IP Camera IR-CUT Night Vision Waterproof Outdoor Onvif Security HW0029-3.

I used the power adapter supplied to try and charge it. The red light appeared and I left it plugged in overnight. It didn't charge and it looks as though the power adapter was faulty.

I tried to contact you for help but there is no UK number, the call I made to the number on your website cost me £6.30 and the girl did not understand my problem. She kept asking me to send a video, but I don't know what she wants me to film, a camera plugged in?

After a series of e-mails you recommended that I buy a new power adapter. I did and it cost me £12. Exactly te same thing happened. The camera won't charge and the power adapter does not work.

I put my number on all correspondence and ask for you to call me, but nobody has.

Dear sir / ma'am,

I still have not received my order placed in 2017/06/27 using the Tomtop website. Order No.: BN17F27Q1254-ICRPQM and Order No.: BN17F27Q0549-A4REST.

After two follow-up emails with no success of service. One e-mail was sent on July 17 and response was giving stating it was close to destination post. A second follow-up e-mail was sent on August 19 met by a similar response on August 25.

Today I did a bad review for both orders on the Tomtop website as I find myself frustrated by their process and expected to have had the ordered items by now.

TomTop Group do not buy from tomtop!

Actually, their website says that the delivery of orders takes a month, but my order didn't arrive within 4 weeks. 5 weeks. 6 weeks. The link they provided is not working. Tried to contact them, but they ignored me for no reason. Had to force them to do it through the paypal. That was the right step. So they called me and together we found out that my order was never shipped. Great! I never was so angry. They lied to me, they gave me the link, it didn't work, but I had it. Terrible place.

TomTop Group order not received as promised

Good Day
I have placed on order on 03/08/2017 and did an EFT for the goods. This order I was supposed to have received between 7/10 working days. Up till date the order has not come in. I have emailed support and requested feedback. These guys do not ever come back to you. Wholesale at Tomtop managed to back back to me requesting more info which sent. Now i am still waiting for their feedback. I think that this is a scam company and google should remove all of their products from being advertised on the net. Now i will have to find means of getting my money back.

TomTop Group tracking id issues

the above tracking id was submitted to me on the 18th of aug 2017
since then till 1st sept 2017 this tracking number was not available on website

uptil today the tracking id shows "in transit"

if u can confirm where country is the parcel at present that would be wonderful as tomtop.com has a support team and i hav sent many mails or tried to call still there is no response. i fear a fraud taken place with me

And then I got another email that said I had to confirm my order or it would automatically be cancelled.
