Tomtop Group / ordered on 10/25/17 payment cane out of account 10/25/17 no merchandise.

Placed an order for 6 fingerlings order number BN17J25C4932-XNF8YM. Order was placed on 10/28/17 money came out of my account on 10/25/17. I sent email to customer service and received an email stating that my order was ready to ship out, was even given a tracking number. Not only can I Not check the tracking number with FedEx is says no such number, I cant even track my order number with the company is says that order # cant be found. I want answers please, I have sent several more emails to support and have had no response. order # is BN17J25C4932-XNF8YM. Email is [protected]@aol.com. and [protected]@yahoo.com Please send merchandise before Thanksgiving or REFUND before thanksgiving.
