TomTop Group not receiving my item

i have ordered my item from tomtop website and paid for it but after 2 months also the items is not received.the support team suggested me to check with my postal operator even i did that which shows they did not receive any such item for delivery.this is not the kind of service we expect while ordering and making payment trusting you will deliver it on time or even bit late but this is too much of it.please take necessary actions

TomTop Group service complaint

To whom ever it may concern.

I placed an order on the 1st of December last year with Tom Top and received an email with a tracking link. I was told my order will be delivered to my house on the 15th of December. It is now the 30th of January. My tracking link has not had any activity since the 12th of January. I have sent dozens of emails to customer support and they keep telling me to go to my local post office (extremely unhelpful). When I go to my local post office they tell me they cannot help me and that their system does not recognize my order number. I am at a point where I feel like I have been scammed.

I just want a refund.

I ordered a drone that was advertised as being in the U.S. warehouse and when i sent you an email to confirm that this item is indeed in the us warehouse as advertised i received a response saying that it is in china not in us warehouse i ordered this because it was here in the us and would take 3-5 business days to receive...because of your false advertising i want a refund...i will not wait a month for a product that was supposed to be here in 3-5 business days

TomTop Group yiel drone s16 quadracopter

Item was defective on receipt. Rotors crashed into each other and one
motor burned out on second attempt to use.
Asked for refund.They wanted a video. Sent video showing only one rotor
turning. Email reply was to ask me to take it to a local shop ? for
repairs! Vague offer for partial refund. PARTIAL ! ? ?
If I had'nt experienced it, I would'nt believe it.

Dear Sir: Ref: my purchase of an MTK 6261 watch from tomtech/chicuu. I purchased this watch on the 18 December 2018 and it was despatched on the 22nd December it arrived here in Spain circa the 11th January. As per the instructions I plugged the watch into my phone charger and waited 3 hours. When I tried to switch on nothing happened and I cannot get it to respond at all. Am I doing something wrong?

To whom it may concern;

I ordered a drone for my son for Christmas. We opened it on December 25, he left town with his father and returned to my house January 6, 2018. This is the first time he used the drone. I called and spoke to Evelyn on 1/8/2018, I explained that the battery they sent with the drone, does not fit on the drone. I also explained the second battery will not hold a charge. The drone is defective. Evelyn said she would send me a PRE PAID shipping label, which she never did. I received an email from Emma, asking me to buy a battery from a store and they would reimburse me, unacceptable. I receive a 2nd email from Emma stating, unless I agree to the 4 point return policy, she will not provide me with a return address. Furthermore she tells me that I will have to pay to have the DEFECTIVE DRONE sent back, after I was already told by Evelyn on 1/8/18 that I would be receiving a PRE PAID label via email. I called today 1/12/18, several times. I finally got through to Evelyn. I told her that I never received the PRE PAID return label via email, that she said was being sent to me. She proceeded to upset me, arguing with me that I was not within the 14 day return policy. Evelyn basically lied to me. Now I am having to fight to receive a PRE PAID return label. I am unable to speak with a supervisor, and I am highly upset about this. I had considered an exchange, but I am not interested now. I want a full refund and I am requesting a PRE PAID shipping label, as I was promised, for a defective $120 drone. Please call me at your earliest convenience [protected]. Tracie Gonsolis

TomTop Group free shipping is not free shipping

TomTop has a huge warehouse online catalog and previously it has been an
OK seller and shipper for me.
Twice now, I have tried to order items that TomTop advertises on its website as "Free Shipping" items. In the past that has been true, but now, the past two orders I have cancelled because the order completes, with all Free Shipping items-- but at payment time TomTop Shipping Options say the free Super Saver
option (slowboat/mail) is "Not Available" and instead they give you a choice
of one of two premium, expensive, shipping options instead. The customer service "chat" reps either don't know what I"m talking about or are ignoring
my request for the explanation. As usual with TomTop, emails go unanswered and thus far, twice in a row, the Super Saver shipping option is
"not available". Is this in the US, or to CA, or is it a new TomTop policy?

TomTop Group paypal fraud

I was charged fraudulently from your company via a false paypal acct for 152.63 on 1/4/18. Visa card ending in 2931. Transaction number [protected]
I did not authorize this purchase! I would like for thes error to be resolved ASAP to avoid any more issues.
I am also forwarding this complaint to Pay Pal.
I want the amount cancelled as soon as possible.

My order was supposed to be shipped on the 22nd and the tracking number i was given isn't working so i contacted singpost and they tell me the package never arrived at their facilities so i need to know when or if i will receive my package or did i just waste 144 dollars on a scam if this is not resolved quickly i will have to change all the reveiws i have done all over the web to very negative reviews and make sure everyone sees them via social media

ordered on 12-23-2017 order is still "processing" money was taken from my bank account on 12-23-2017, but still no ship, have tried live chat first they say don't worry quality check it will ship 24-48 hours, no ship yet tried support email they say it will ship then they say will ship by 12-30-2017 now live chat and support don't answer at all i just want my order or i want my money back will contact paypal and mastercard, still hope for good outcome but all looks bad right now 6 days since i pay for order still nothing give me my order or give me my money

ok so like many complaints about Tomtop the processing status changed from processing to dispatched however that is just the paper work, checking with DHL no items have been picked up, dropped off or in any other way received. I have read many complaints about this, not sure that is what they are doing, hope it's not, i really would just like to have my order, easier to dishonor than to honor i guess.

TomTop Group goolrc t5 drone

I received the GOOLRC T5 drone as a present. It's missing the USB charge cable. How can I purchase one? The drone is useless without it. I need to get the USB charge cable for it before I can even try to fly it. I'm sure the cost can't be too much, just let me know and I can pay by credit card, but I just want to get the cable to be able to charge the batteries and try to fly the drone.

I ordered a wireless Bluetooth stereo Bennie on the 27th of November and payed for the fast delivery so it should have been here in 7-12 working days, this was a Christmas present and I still have not received it, where is my package? It was dispatched a day after I ordered it it should be here by now! It is ridiculous that the faster shipping has not given me my product on time, I want my product now!

Sir, I made a order on this black Friday for Skmei 1255 watch and few day I received the package but when I open it then I found it is Skmei 1142 which I wasn't order, Then for its Retun and Replacement I send a mail to Tomtop but they said that my actually order was 1142, This make me shocked I did not believe that was true so I gave them my order information, screenshot of that order information and Product which I captured when I made my order.At last they confirmed that I actually ordered Skmei 1255 not 1142.So, they said they are waiting for my reply so I replied two or more time but they not answered my actual question
They will make me Mad, I don't know what they want. I'm still saying that they send me wrong item and they also confirmed it that my order was 1255.Then, I asked them how can I take its replacement tell me its procedure. So I can return the wrong delivered item and they can send me my order skmei 1255. Instead of answering my questions and give me its solutions they still saying as thank you for mail, Have a nice day...etc. It makes me so disappointed. Why Are they doing this? Please immediately response on my Complaint and give me my actual order

TomTop Group delivery issues

This is horrible to read where everyone is just complaining and no one is giving good review about company. I've ordered 2 makeup cleaning pads on 2nd Dec. It clearly states that I should be receiving product in 7-8 days and I've still not received the product. Request you plz look in the matter, my order no is No.BN17L02H1258-2BBPX4
Secondly after this bad experience I will never ever suggest anyone to buy from here. It's damn horrible experience ever !
