SUBMIT A COMPLAINT

Tomtop Groupitem not received, now 3 month over and no response from tomtop on this

I wrote many times and also explained in online chat with tomtop customer help-desk but no one is there to care about my issue.

I ordered one item (my first item) from tomtop, below is the details -

Issue 1 : item came to my address but I was not there so courier service (dhl) returned it back. I called them and confirmed that item is returned.

Issue 2 : I chat online at tomtop website to check the status of item, but I got the feedback that the item is not received back to tomtop. but in the dhl tracking history it says it received to someone "different person present".

Issue 3 : I was expecting at least tomtop will refund the money back to me because I have not received the item, and as per the tracking status its clear that its returned back to you.

No responce at all from tomtop, where is my order now 3 month over. I did not receive any refund also.
