TomTop Group syma x8hg

Hi Tomtop. My name is Sam and I recently purchased a Syma X8HG for my birthday. We had ordered it through your website TomTop and it arrived at my house on the 7th of July. I however could not open it until my birthday that Wednesday. Upon opening the drone I read all of the instructions and assembled the drone. But when I took it out to fly it it would not lift off, it would just tilt to the left and skid along the ground. I took it back inside and researched it, I found out that my propellers were on incorrectly, as I had all of the B propellers attached. I took off the two propellers that were in the A positions and then attached 2 A propellers. But when I took it outside again it had the exact same problem as before, tilting to the left and failing to take off. Since then I have done my research and all it says is that my propellers are on INCORRECTLY. But I have triple check my propellers and my dad and I can confirm that they are on correctly but the quadcopter doesn't fly. I am very disappointed with this problem and I hope you can reply as soon as possible so I can get my drone working.

TomTop Group wl toys 12428 1/12 scale green buggy

I recieced the buggy along with the remote and everything with it. The problem im having is that the battery is not charging right. The light in the charger never turns green when connected to battery. I placed the battery into the car and it ran for less than a minute and died. Im pretty sure it is the battery that is causeing the problem because i have another battery from another car that i charged with the wall charger to test if it was working and it charged completly in a few hours and the light turned green on the charger. I hope you can help me with my problem. Thanks for your time.

I purchased my rc buggy on saturday 8 2017, and payment went successfully.
My product is still laying in process and did not receive any email to keep me up to date, nor did it dispatched...

When do you want to decide to finally dispatch my product to me in south africa...

I find your service pathetic and no one is answering only voice mails...

Please resolve my problem and get back to me a. Sa. P otherwise I want my money back...

TomTop Group parcel not delivered. bad luck, there is no customer service... 100 eur lost.

I have ordered a Thor E smartphone from the German warehouse (to France...) on June 3rd with paid express shipping option (displayed 1-4 business days). I never received it. DHL tracking shows the parcel is blocked in some German city. By phone, DHL says they are waiting for the merchant to take action, and only him can provide instructions.
Bad luck, Tomtop doesn't have any customer service. You cannot contact them. Their chat is permanently off. I sent 3 messages and I didn't get any reply.
It seems they have at least one "customer service" agent though, unless it is a bot, that comment your public review without providing any possibility to reply. This is a real fraud.
BEWARE. This is not a trustable site.

TomTop Group ikayaa lawn furniture and no customer service

Bought lawn furniture May 21, 2017 and it arrived with no nuts, bolts, screws, etc. to assembly it. Multiple emails and calls to customer service were either not answered or went to voice mail and were not called back. Now I call customer service and it tells me the mailbox is full. What crap is that?l I filed a complaint with Paypal and all they did was forward it to TomTop and to CHINA where the furniture was manufactured and tell me that since I received the order there wasn't anything else they could do. I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE ENTIRE ORDER! Frankly, TOMTOP IS A FRAUD IN MY BOOK

TomTop Group umi plus smartphone - draining battery, they lost my phone and nobody is reply on my emails

I ordered smartphone UMI Plus from TomTop. Everything has been OK until the phone broke. Circa one or two months after I received the phone the battery started draining very quickly - from 100% to 0% under 15 minutes. Just during viewing the web.

I wrote an email to [protected]@tomtop.com and describe my problem.
I make a video to show my problem, as they were requested.
After agreement I sent them a full package with the phone to address which they provided to me.
I wrote all information which they requested for me on the package and sent.

Several times nobody has been replied to me emails.
I start an investigation about what happened. They ask me If I really buy this product on tomtop because they don't know the order number (which they said to me to write on the package).

I trusted them, so I start a customer claim to delivery service. But I have an official statement from the delivery service that the package has been delivered. After that, what I received this document I wrote several email to tomtop, but nobody reply as usual - maybe to 3rd email. They practically lost my phone and I got no refund. And nobody is able to communicate with me. I wrote the email with all the details and the document and I said that I want to refund my money 200€, because they lost my package, nobody is answering my emails and so on... After this email, nobody is communicating with me. I sent some other emails but without any response.

As a proof I can provide all email communication with tomtop and all documents - order with the amount of many which I paid, a document from the delivery service that package has been delivered and so on...

I hope that anybody will see this message and will be able to solve my issue.

TomTop Group gp90 projector ordered - no reply to my numerous emails

I Placed an order on 19 June 2017 for a GP90 prjector and paid with my credit card. I received an email on 22 June 2017 stating that I they require me to pay additional customs if I want my order shipped. I replied by asking if they can at least indicate the customs amount to be paid so that I can decide to go ahead or not. I since sent 6 emails between 23 June 2017 and 4 July 2017 but have not received a single reply. My order status is "On Hold" and I will probably never get my product while Tomtop gladly took my money on 19 June.
At this point I would just like to cancel my order and get my money refunded, but I also cannot find a way to do that without emailing... and that is useless if nobody is responding to emails anyway...

TomTop Group guarantee claim not answered after 6 weeks and 10+ emails

Two cameras I bought were checked on arrival and then not used for a couple of months. When I then wanted to use them they did not work. I left them over night to charge and tried to use them as well whilst plugged in. They just don't work.

Support staff at Tomtop did in first instance respond to my emails. After about 4 weeks of communication with customer care and waiting for technical department, they finally agreed to discount the paid money on a new order of a higher value camera.

However when asked on how to proceed with the purchase, there was no answer.

I have sent an email every 3 or 4 days. Today is the 1 of July and I have no answer since the 20th of May.

This week I have set a 48h hour deadline. Then I have send a last email with forwarding to any email I could find of Tomtop, just in case there are technical problems and they did not receive my emails.

Again, no answer.

I am happy to forward the entire email dialogue.

I see now, there is a great number of reports about scam and bad service for this company. Unfortunately you have to dig a little bit as the net is full of fake reviews. Readers, open your eyes!

Tomtop, respect your clients! The internet is a great place for short time business. If you are so inclined... And yes, sure, you can open a new website every week. But the internet is very fast as well for us buyers. The list of your sites is known. kept up to date and getting popular!

The internet is a much greater place for serious sellers!

TomTop Group mini panda keyboard

I ordered my keyboard like a week ago. The description said it will be shipped within 24 hours. i just wanna know when I'll get my mini keyboard for studio? At least say the date so I have an idea. I understand if this company is highly popular company and everyone is buying stuff from it. But I haven't gotten my stuff for a week now, and I really hope it's not a scam because the outcome of this will be worse.

TomTop Group warranty / repair is not their business model just sales!!!

Tomtop spend their energy in sales not in aftersales I bought a telephone broken after two weeks we have to sent it at our expenses fro Hamburg Germany and its away for months already no news no money back no refund for expenses most terrible online experience for me ever. We follow up all they ask and then followed by no action at all from Tom Top take care before you order something ( my reference number for my order AN16L2502257-MSQWU7 ) I try to contact sometimes they reply and always with the same questions we answered months ago already...consider twice before you order, prices are o.k. after delivery they forget you and do not take responsibility.

TomTop Group W3856

I have received the adjustable glasses and am totally dissatisfied. They are completely useless because the viewing area has different focusing areas through the plastic material, making it impossible to use for either distance or near viewing. In addition as one moves ones head even in small motions the image becomes even more distorted.

The concept is a good one but very poorly developed.

I wish to have a refund because such trash should not be made available by Tom Top.
