I just submitted the order and realized that I do not need the items at the moment so I went to cancel the order but could not find a place to cancel the order and was just charged for it i would like to cancel this order and get a full refund of my money as the order has not as of this momentioned been processed please act immediately my email address you can contact me at is [protected]@gmail.com

On 12-22-2016 I ordered a SJ6000 Full Action Sport Camera by accident. I canceled the order right after that and was given information it had been canceled. However on my Credit Card bill I was billed and I received the camera. Mean while I had reordered another camera and received it also. Rather than trying to return one I was going to just give the extra one as a gift.
However I was checking it out and found the battery will not keep a charge.
You can put it on charge and when you remove it the battery indicator will show full charge for about 2 seconds and then drop to 1/2 charge and then go dead. Can I get a refund since I do not need two cameras?

I bought a product from you back in august for my daughters christmas which isnt working properly. We didnt realose it was woeko g priperly until it was opened for christmas and I have tried emailing both email addresses from my emails and jad no response. Hi I have ordered a backpack in to top with order #[protected] on Jan 9th 2017 and till today 24 Jan 2017 I haven't received my order yet, When I tried to check the order status it says "dispatched" still it's not shipped ..While ordering it has been mentioned order will be delivered in 2-5 business days but still it has not been delivered..Why there is no customer no ?

I put an order on 1/9/2017 (AN17A09D0504-BH1KCQ) and checking today 1/14/2017 the order still in processing status. When it is going to be shipped? It has been already paid. I need this equipment as soon as possible for a business I am starting and this delay is preventing me to start such business. This will cost me additional expenses for money not been collected.

I believe the goods should be from China to Indonesia .

I order this item 12/03/2016 and Here is a month later and I still haven't received the item. Try to cancel order on website but there is no option to do so. Reached out to the live chat line and didn't get a respond. I Will Like my money refunded and wouldn't advise no one to order from this vendor. This company Don't Even have a customer service number to reach out to. This is a SCAM !

Hi tomtop,
I just want to ask for your kind assistance, in my purchased item at lazada philippines. Car wifi mirrorlink which i'm using before, but right I wasn't be able to connect my device using my phone, the screen of my car head unit turns into black screen only and my phone wasn't able to detect the mirrorlink device. Please see picture and screenshots below for added reference. I hope you can address my concern. Thanks.

Bought something in error, needed to cancel the order — - absolutely no option to cancel or change my order through the "my order" portal on its website, so the only option is to chat with customer service rep, waited for 3 straight hours, the software would always show that i'm number x in queue - - however that number would actually increase the longer I waited (Are you kidding?) and I had to manually refresh the stupid webpage just to get it to show something different. The website also has no phone number for you to call, yet my credit card was charged immediately (Well, at least the ar clerk is working hard). Ultimately I had to contact my credit card company to block the transaction in order to resolve the situation, but this is the worst shopping experience i've ever had - - unknown website with absolutely no customer service falsely advertising itself as "reliable" (Here's the direct quote — - "a reliable china wholesale and retail online shop with diverse & high quality products where you can buy china products at best price with free shipping to worldwide and free coupons!") — - so take my advice, avoid this site at all cost and shop elsewhere truly reliable like amazon.com

You shipped an elfie drone to me and packed it with a "tripod" that I did not order.
It damaged the drones electronics in transit and the drone arrived non operational.
I have sent at least 8 emails and have been met with nothing but resistance.

I demand a full refund of purchase and shipping charges for the defective elfie drone.

I have already started a "boycott tomtop products " campaign.
I will make sure you lose sales as long as you persist in not refunding the total purchase price and shipping charges immediately!

I ordered an electric violin over a month ago which arrived totally broken. The neck separated from the body, rosin all over the case, scuff marks all over the nice violin body. I received the product on 16th December.
I had connected it with Bluetooth on my laptop and suddenly it stopped. I then checked the laptop for volume or speakers but it was perfectly fine.
I tried to switch off the headphone but that did not happen. Then I tried charging it but that too didn't help. There is the blue light which is continuously blinking. Please, can you check for the issue and replace it if needed.

In the tomtop site It is claimed that the order will be delivered in no more than 25 days, we'll it has been longer than that and we have not received anything.
In your site there is no way to contact tomtop whether by phone or email.
I am surprised that Facebook accepts adds from companies without making certain that they are above board.
How do we go about getting the products (drones) or a refund before Christmas?
