TomTop Group product

I bought Bluetooth headphones on 26/05/18 this is 4th week still waiting for it.
When I contacted support.tomtop they replied we are not responsible for your courier your product is dispatched to courier company now it is your responsibility to collect.
Surprisingly saying courier company is 1200 miles away from my location they told me to collect physically.
Very disappointed from service.

TomTop Group hubsan 502s

Its been a month since i have taken delivery of my drone. Out of box failures include a faulty battery charger and a broken camera. Now a motor has stopped working and Tomtop are dragging their feet sorting out my complaints. Been in contact with a Steven from customer service since day one and stil nothing has been done about it.

Is this how Tomtop treat their customers? Why after a month has no one sorted out this [censored] they sold me?

TomTop Group delivery of cro cathode ray oscilloscope of rs.3052

I am from SRF Foundation, Gurgaon, India. I have ordered 13 sets (8 for Chennai & 5 for bangalore) of CRO for Chennai and Bangalore delivery last week 24.05.2018 and it was to be delivered in priority shipment within 3-4 days. But it has not been received even after the full payment. when I tracked the order has been shipped but not delivered yet. Please let me know the delivery details as soon as possible.

TomTop Group hubsan 502s desire

After waiting 3 months for delivery to South Africa, my item was delivered with a faulty lipo charger. Sent pics and videos showing that the charger was faulty i was told to check in after 2 days for a solution. After 2 days im told to charge the lipo for 2hrs and test the voltage. How do i charge it with a broken charger what stupid solution is that? Told again to check in after 2days for more solutions.borrowed my brother hubsan charger who lives 200kms from me. Battery charges hallelujah but guess what? The quad camera is faulty. Email support with pics and the same msg. Please check in after 2 days for a solution. Iv had this item for 8 days and it has never worked right because the people at customer care are useless!

TomTop Group inspection camera

I purchease an endoscope from Tomtop and since ordering, thy mailed me fir an additional courier fee without any explination for this. I mailed them back to be told that they niw are sending the package via DHL. I since treid to ask for a refund or resolution, but to date no satisfactoryresponse. I tried several times to get an answer for this additional fee and or a refund. They are giving me conflicting info and their live chat cannot help either. The are just ditecting me to their e-mail support which has proven impossible to get a straight andwer from. The person I am daling with is calked Cassie

I must say that their sevice sucks.

TomTop Group teeth whitening strips

I ordered teeth whitening strips in tomtop website in Dec 2017. I waited for a month n when I enquired about my product they asked me check in postoffice but they never delivered it and it's been almost six months and are not ready to deliver my product but told me will refund money in 5 business days. Its been two months and have not yet done it.
After I booked my product I waited for a month and then mailed them about it they told me check in postoffice without even giving the parcel number instead asked me to check using there tracking number. Then they asked me to wait for another 15 days.again when I asked about it they kept on telling me to check in postoffice.when I said I will complain to the online fraud board they told my product is lost and will refund money in 5 business days. After saying this its been two months but they haven't done it. Now they stopped responding to my mails.
I will never order anything from this website again I regret for doing it.

TomTop Group status of order

I want a refund. Don't tell me that it shipped because fed ex has not received the package yet. On your website it says dispatched. All you did was create a label 7 days ago. This is ridiculous. I want a refund. I only ordered from you because it was recommended but I realize you are just another [censored] chinese company that creates a label to make it as if my item will ship soon. Lesson learned order from the United states instead of being cheap to save a few bucks. If I paid more from a united States company I would know the real status of my order not this 7 day label created crap. I am extremely pissed off for having to check tracking several times a day and it is still in label created stage. This is my order number Order No:BN18E17L0428-TYP8GF. Just refund my order and that's it. Please please please just refund my money and don't say you can't because item has shipped. I know it has not. Again please please refund and you will not hear from me again. Your offices are in city of Industry correct. Refund my money please I don't wish this to go any further please.

Arrived after 4 weeks.
Did not work.
Contact for refund.
Told to return to address in China.
Spend fortune on tracked postage to return.
Tracking facility states watch has arrived after 2 weeks.
Not received refund.
Contact Tomtop for answers.
Told they have not received package.
Transport company send signed evidence of package begin delivered to correct address supplied by Tomtop.
Tomtop claim ignorance and keep both money and watch.
Stop replying to emails.
Spend all hours of the day attempting to contact them.
Lose sleep.
Lose mind.
Left up [censored] creek.
Left with no money.
Can no longer afford bills.
Can no longer afford transport.
Lose job.
Go homeless.
Can no longer afford food.
Lose weight.
Go hungry.
Starve.
Death.

Do not buy from these jokers.
They will steal your money.
You have been warned.

TomTop Group defective drone

I ordered a drone which was a jjhax X3 pro after dealing with the company (JJRC) over multiple emails regarding serious issues with the drone they sent me an email saying I may ask for a replacement or refund from my place of purchase which which was TomTop. They have been given me the run around even though the manufacturer said the item was defective. They do not stand behind their products what so ever. Stay away and make your purchases somewhere else.

The above order number has reference and tracking number RU839507285CN. It was ordered 15/04/18 and there has been no follow up from TomTop to advise of progess etc.

I have raised a query and was requested to check at my post office for arrival. No parcel has been received and I am very concerned about the delay as it should have been received after two weeks.

TomTop Group advertised lucky bag

This sight is a rip off sight. I ordered what they advertised as a Lucky Bag for CDN $40.95 guaranteed to receive product(s) valued at CDN $204.79. I figured this was a warehouse cleanup and at that value there should be enough product that I could us to justify my CDN $40.95. What I received was product that had a value of CDN $52.44 using current values from their sight. I have wasted my time emailing trying to find out what happened. What happened is this sight is a rip off. DON'T TRUST TOMTOP there lots of similar sights that are running an honest business.

TomTop Group missing item, refund

An absolute nightmare. Borderline scam operation, a fraud, nothing less.

Ordered an item (for 45euros), which never arrived. That much is okay, things DO get lost in transit sometimes. It is unfortunate, nothing more.

The problem is not being able to get my money back. They just WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND, even though the item's tracking number clearly shows the item being in transit for nearly 3 months now. The tracking number actually EXPIRED by now, and it is still not delivered to me.

Clear as daylight, plain and simple: lost package.

I have been emailing them near every day (for no better option) for the past 2 months (!) about the problem but all I get is the same 4 or 5 automated replies (!) in randomized order.
No package, no refund, no replies.

An absolute rip-off, an absolute scam, an utter bloody disgrace in the world of online shopping in 2018.

I honestly tell you to avoid them like the plague.

TomTop Group fake lol dolls

Beware of these online criminals! First of all... The items were damaged from cheap poor packaging. Secondly... When my niece opened it... She knew immediately they were fake (all 8 "lol dolls" had a black head and white body, ball they came in were cheap round plastic, outside said lol confetti 3 series but paper inside said lol series 2). I can go on and on. When I emailed them they sold me fake lol dolls, they asked to send pictures. I did. All of a sudden, I get an email from them that they never said it was original lol dolls and that these were their version of them! The nerve! When I went back on their website to view my order... The pictures of the lol dolls were removed. Fortunately, I took a picture of my order and it clearly shows the original lol dolls and so I emailed them back. I spent almost $50 for these cheap fake knockoffs. I demanded my refund and they offered me about $10 and extra points for me to purchase something on their website! Can you believe these idiots! I hope they go out of business!

I have paid the amount £45.87 for the drone today it saying it's price £42.also still no confimation come to my mail or mobile like Ebay amazon or other site does. When it will come !☹️ If not come what I need to do ? I m really anxious now. Where did I paid my money ? Is that a hacker website or vogas website. Or shall I contact Paypal ? Anyone plz advice me what to do. This is definitely a cheap business unprofessional website. Strongly recommend never buy anything from here

TomTop Group radion control car

I bought the car on Ebay and it was defective. I contacted them and they pretended that they would take care of it. They told me that if I left a 5 star rating on ebay that they would replace it. I left the rating and they said they shipped another one but never did. They would provide me with a tracking number and kept stalling until I was beyond the return period and couldn't do anything about it. It short they are criminals and con artists and didn't to anything about it and I lost my money. Beware.

TomTop Group video glasses

Never been so infuriated by a bad experience with a company. Don't use tomtop. I ordered a present for my son. I paid for priority shipping (4-6 days delivery) it took 11 days. They said in an email they will refund my shipping. They have not done so. After it arrived it didn't work with my new mac. I have been using macs for 12 years. I can fix almost anything. I emailed them and they ask me to send a picture of what I ordered. Really? You sold me the item. They asked me to send a video of the problem. I did. They say they can't get the video. Well my friend could see the video. So they lie to me so many times. I should have used amazon. Do not use tomtop! They have a grade of "f" from the better business bureau in the us. They have many complaints online. They don't care much about helping customers.

TomTop Group undelivered purchase. waiting 3 months now

I purchased two separate items from toptop in mid december 2017. It is now the 8th of march 2018 and nobody can tell me where my purchases are. Once simply keep receiving automated replies to mu complaint, which reads:
"the item is on the transit to your country and don't worry about it
Best regards
Steven"

Be warned, purchasing anything via tomtop is akin to taking your hard earned money and flushing it down the toilet. They are thieves.

TomTop Group no delivery of order

On the 12th of February I ordered make up brushes, I paid for them too. I saw that the order was being processed. I was told that the order would take 10 business days to be delivered. vie been waiting ever since. If my products will not be delivered, I would like my money back please.
Its been over 2 weeks now. I don't like money being stolen from me.
