For the last 6 weeks my 4 month old baby as been poorly with infection after infection he's been on antibiotics most of them weeks resulting in him been back and forward to doctors and hospital last night when I was filling his perfect prep machine up with water I noticed the water was turning black I took the filter out and rinsed water through it the water coming out was black so I snapped the filter open to find a load of black and white stuff in the full filter I bought the filter brand new when my baby was born and the filter light on my machine did not even light up to show me any problem with the filter I am really upset with this situation and I am considering taking it to the hull daily mail papers

I am a big fan of tommee tippee. Having many nieces and nephews before I had the kids my siblings always vouched on tommee tippee products. I have 2 children and have a whole range of tommee tippee products. However, just recently I bought a 6 pack of pink bottles for my baby girl and they have started to go white from the inside. Now I have had bottles from tommee tippee in the past but hve never experienced this. They have not been in the dishwasher and I always wash them in soapy water and steraliser them in the tommee tippee steraliser. I am totally disappointed as I did not expect this from tommee tippee. I have no receipt so I couldn't go back to the store I purchased them from either. I hope you can assist me with my query.

I have been using my steriliser for 3 months now and ever since the beginning of use I have had problems. My bottles never come out clean even though I am washing away visible milk before sterilising. The bottom of the steriliser has brown marks as do the white bottle holder inside. I have to clean that after every single use. I have followed instructions from the tommee Tippee advice on cleaning the product but never seems to resolve my problems. The steriliser lets off a horrid smell which then also clings onto the bottles, they are absolutely rotten, They have been left Cloudly and have a rim of some kind of scud on the inside which does not come away even when using the brush provided, I have bought three new sets of bottles in this time so my baby has clean bottles but it has come to the point where this is just a ridiculous thing to do when I have a machine that should be doing that job for me which is also not a cheap old thing. I am highly disappointed in the product, being such a well known brand I thought I would be able to trust that the steriliser does its job. I now need invest in even more new bottles and a new steriliser as I am dissatisfied of the hygiene and will no longer put my babies health at risk. I do hope you realise how annoyed I am with this inconvenience and we can work together on sorting the problem out

I recently bought 2 of your 5 fl oz bottles with handles (super smart bookworm ones) and the option to have as a teet or sippy cup! I thought they would be a good idea as my 6 month old son is trying to hold his own bottle but no matter which teet I use both bottles leek all over him even when I hold them it's like they don't screw on properly. One bottle I could understand but both of them there's something wrong. I've asked others to do the bottles up to just in case I'm stupid but have had the same effect.

I am writing to complain about our 12 week old perfect prep machine. It has had an intermittent problem where it is for example making a 5oz bottle and will make it to 6. As this was only happening now and again we have carried on however this problem seems to be getting worse and now it is not measuring the correct water line. The red light has just come on for a new filter to be fitted however I am reluctant to do this in a machine which is not working to how it should be. If you could please advise the next step I would be grateful.

I brought these dummy's about four weeks ago we have never had a problem with any of these products and have always used them, today I noticed the inside of the clear bit looked wet so upon further inspection I noticed a massive spilt going through the top of this dummy ! I am horrified as if I had not seen this my daughter could have choked! For the money we as parents have to spend on these products I am disgusted to find this as there are only 4 weeks old and been used for 2 weeks I will be making a public announcement about the rubbish quality of this product if this complaint is not resolved

I bought 2 tommee tippee bottles last week for my little girl as these are the only bottles she will have and all the numbers are coming off already, I have never had a problem with your bottles. I can hardly see the numbers now I am not very happy as I cant see the measurement. Dont want to buy any more incase they do it again its just wasting money.

i have bought several dummies over the 6 months of my daughter been born. i clean them every time after use, i sterilise them each time and always check, i am going through so many dummies because i have noticed them going mouldy. i have also noticed every one i have had with a picture on they have scratched off! i am not happy with the products at all.

I'm emailing to complain about a batch of baby bottles that I have have purchased! After purchasing only Tommee Tippee for my son (and baby things to put away for my baby on the way in August) I'm disappointed in the quality!

One of the bottles from the box was broken, but not only that, all the writing has faded away!

As I said, I have only ever purchased your brand of baby things for my child who is 9 months, and small bits for my baby on the way!

I hope you can look into the quality of products and make sure this doesn't happen again.

When I found out I was pregnant I started purchasing your products, some of which have let me down such as your print coming off dummies, non spill cups spilling out too much etc however my biggest disappointment has been the perfect prep, I have used this products for some months and noticed the quality of water decreasing, as seen around about the recall I stopped using the products but am very much loosing faith in the quality and safety of your products. I sincerely hope this changes as I enjoy your designs and my son loves your cups and only dummies he will use.

I am very annoyed that the numbers and ounce lines on my closer to nature bottles and soothers keep fading I am having to purchase new bottles every 2 months. And im buying new soothers ajout every 4weeks My daughter is 8 months But I do think the writing should last... its disgusting as these products aint cheap to purchase... as my daughter will only take your soothers and bottles i have no choice to keep purchasing them it is really anoying as they dont last

Hi my name is Kayleigh I am I first time mum and I have brought these bottles for my daughter after being recommened then and I'm not happy to see the numbers now running off! Your product shouldn't be doing this I'm not happy! I would like to know what you are likely to do about bottle numbers rubbing off as it looks horrible now! And I don't want to use bottles that look tacky!

I have always used your soothers for my little girl. I was very disappointed when I bought two of your "glow in the dark" night time soothers as they didn't glow and had no instructions as to advise if they would need 'charging' similar to solar panels. Recently I bought two of your day time soothers and once again I am disappointed as the print is coming off (see attached photo). Nuby re entry did an offer of a free soother, when it arrived it came with a 50% off voucher when shopping online. Please replace my products.

I'm very unhappy about your tommee tippee bottles.
Please see photo I have only had these bottles for 4 weeks and have been sterilising them In your cold water steriliser. 3 out of 4 of the bottles have lost almost all the ounce lines and numbers of them all though I have sterilised them all together.
I'm assuming I have a faulty pack.
I would be most grateful if you would send me out a new set as these are only 4 weeks old.

I bought a tommee tippee eletric steriliser for my little boy 8 months ago thinking it would a great and easier way to sterilise his bottles untill it came to my attention that i have been sold a dodgy one, it looks to me like it is burning inside, this looks so dangerous and could have caused a fire or damage if i never noticed it when i did. I have a 2 year old son and he has grew up using most of the tommee tippee items. I felt prducts have always been reliable and were of good quality aswell as a good price. My son lost his drinking cup with the straw and so we went to my local asda to purchace one. I bought a blue tommee tippee 12m+ straw cup for my little boy today.
I was extremely disappointed when I opened it washed it out and filled it with water for my son to use as when he was drinking from it came a part in his hands. Covering him with water and made him very upset.
As you can appreciate it am erythema disappointed and felt it was necessary to write this email.

I made my 6 month old her bottle with one of your anti colic bottles, I shook the bottle to mix her formula and all was fine, when I tipped the bottle up to check the temperature the top exploded while I was holding her and she ended up with boiling hot milk over her face and hands and scalded her! My baby was in agony for hours! I will be taking this further!

I have 6 bottles brought as a pack in january started using them begining febuary and in have found more there being washed and sterlised each day the lettering/number smystem up the side of the bottle has started to ware off and the tomme tippee part. My daughters on 7oz which is still thrre as she going up in oz there is no 8oz as its came off. Which im not very happy client as there bottles have been used 4months as tommee tippee is supposed to be the better make im not best pleased that its only been 4months so what I have to buy abother pack

I am writing to you to complain about bottles I have. It's seemed to be that all the numbers/measurements are coming of all 3 of my bottles they have only been used for about 5months which is very disappointing as bottles are expensive and don't want to keep buying more. I also buy your soothers bought night ones last night to give this morning and some of the picture has seemed to come off already. After me paying £5 for them less than 24hours ago. Have attached photos.
