Tom Nguyen review: landlord rip-off!! 1

I rented a half basement suite from Tom Nguyen aka Peeping Tom who kept my security deposit and wouldn't return it. I applied to the Rental Housing Tribunal paid the application fees, completed the lengthy and tedious process. Tom was a no-show at the teleconference tribunal hearing where I ended up being the successful party. Awarded double my security deposit ($1100.)
Was never able to collect my award because Tom evaded service. I then put a lien on 2 of his properties and renewed the liens after the time allotment but still never got my money back.
I nicknamed him Peeping Tom because I caught him pressing his face against my bedroom window trying to look inside while I rented his suite.
If anyone knows how I can get my money back as it left me and my son virtually homeless, I'd appreciate it.
