Todays Options Pyramid Life / Disenrollment

1 United States Review updated:

I asked for information about their plan so I could read it to see if I wanted it. Instead of the info I asked for they sent me a letter saying they had enrolled me in Todays Options. I have made several phone calls, never getting the same person, or even the same state. Finally I made several calls to the office in Houstan and sent several letters stating I wanted to be disenrolled. When they said they had my enrollment form I asked them to send a copy to me.l..I wanted to see who had forged my name. As yet I'm still getting the run around and now they are calling me and telling me I'm behind two premiums. I don't have the money to hire an attorney to settle this but it looks like that will have to be the next step. I never signed anything, never sent any money and after dealing with their "customer service" people I wouldn't recomment this company to my worse enemy.

I disenrolled in this plan shortly after I got it. I was told I was disenrolled on Feb.1. however, they took 2 premiums out of my checking account on march 18. This resulted in a $28.00 overdraft fee from my bank. When I called, they apoligized, but told be it would be 45 days to get me a fefund. As far as the $28.00... forget it. I get one or two letters every week. They never say the same thing. One time I am disenrolled and the next day I get a welcome letter... AGHHHH!! Another thing. I was told by "James" when I called that they had NOT taken money out of my account when they already had. The agent that sold me the policy said she never sent in my voided check, so how did they get my acct. #? ... It was my doctors office that suggested I avoid these kind of plans... good advice... and this company seems to be really really lame
