Today's Better Health REality Check

I just ran across this website and want to say. I have been working for this company now for 6 months. I have many repeat clients already and I follow up with them and care about thier results as many of my co-workers do. We have many reps who make their living solely on re-orders becasue we do have many happy clients with Mens Performance Caps and many of our other selections.

I have found when doing follow up many people buy stuff then do not take as directed or some don't take them at all. So their will always be people who complain about anything.

We do record all the calls becasue people have short term memories and claim they did n't order something etc.

We offer no refunds but do ofer 100% exchange which we honor.

I have many satisfied customers who love the products so I will continue helping them and others find the results they are looking for becasue not every product works on every person but I don know what I have works.

This company is a scam! Beware! I dont know how they got my number but one of their reps called up with some "Male Performance" pills to increase the length and girth of the penis. Well I was a dope and fell for the "deal" at 59.99 per bottle for 3 bottles of the junk. Just got it today. On the outside of the box it says NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ACCEPTED lol. On the bottle it says nothing more than supporting the male sexual function. Nothing of any increase in size. I looked at the ingredients and they were nothing more than Horny Goat Weed @ 150 per, Tribulus Teresstris Fruit @ 150 per 40%(very low), and Ginseng @ 150 per. When I call on monday I will cuss the rep out hard because I know they wont give me my money back.

Today's Better Health Credit Card Fraud

Me and my partner have been a victim of Today's Better Health. One day we checked our account only to find $200 missing. We called the number attached to the withdrawal to be told we purchased pills. We know for a fact this in not true. The lady in her comment on this website said they recordings of all purchases. This is impossible because me and my partner HAVE NEVER ORDERED PRODUCTS OVER THE PHONE with this company. LET ME BE CLEAR...we never called anyone for any product with this company. Then a week later we get this package in the mail from them. I shook the box and could here pills inside. I don't know what pills cost $200 but this is ridiculous. I don't even know WHAT IS IN THE BOX. Well I have decided I will NOT lie down and let this company steal my money so I am in the process of fighting back on a few fronts. One I will be contacting my local Mayor who I happen to know, two I will forwarding all the information I find on this website and my own evidence to Fox News Channel 5 in NYC. My sister has worked for one of the reporters there for 11 years now and she is going to see if they are willing to do a story regarding this criminal organization, three I have filed a complaint online w/ http://www.bbb.org/ (Better Business Bureau), and last but not least I have requested an investigation thru my bank. I suggest everyone contact their local Mayor's office and file a compliant, file a complaint online with the Better Business Bureau and call your local media station. They love doing story about company stealing money from families and hard working Americans. WE CAN fight these people and win. I have fought the local police station of Springfield, MO and won so I have experience with fighting the good fight so folks lets set the record straight and help protect other consumers from this criminal organization!

My sister just called me and let me know she was able to speak w/ her contact at Fox News Channel 5 in NYC...this reporter indicated they are interested in following up and gave me a number to call to tell my story. I will wait unit my partner has an opportunity to work this out first if he can't get them to do the right thing by tomorrow afternoon I will call them. I will keep everyone updated.

Today's Better Health duplicate order

My husband called regarding a TV advertisement for a free sample of a product. The free sample never arrived, but a salesman called and talked him into a reduced rate for a better product. The following night, another salesman called. My husband assumed it was a follow-up call from the previous night's call. A shipment of one bottle of the product arrived at the cost of $58.95. I looked for a cancellation policy or phone number to make sure there were no other obligations. There was a phone number, but only a voice mail with the promise of a call back at their earliest convenience. Several days later another shipment of three bottles arrived at a cost of $188.92...each of which were charged to our credit call. Once again, I called the 888 number on several occasions but never received a return call.
I searched the internet and found a place to forward complaints to the company. That is when things took on a change. I was promptly emailed back and told the incident would be investigated. In two days time, the President of the company called me personally with his findings from the taped recordings of the calls from the salesmen. He resolved the issue by me sending back the product and arranged for the shipment to be credited on my charge card.
I started this as a complaint but what it actually was is a lack of proper communication. By handling it respectfully and curteously between each other, we were able to resolve the issue with both parties being satisfied. I'm sure ther are many valid complaints, but I also believe that many of them can be resolved through good communication skills.

BS! WARNING THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. IF YOU GET A CALL FROM ONE OF THERE REPS DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING! THE PRODUCTS THEY SELL DO NOT DO AS THEY ARE DESCRIBED AND HAVE LITTLE SUPPLEMENTS PER PILL. THEY SHIP YOU THE ITEMS WITH A " NO REFUNDS" LABEL ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX! BECAUSE IT IS A SCAM AND THEY KNOWYOU WILL WANT YOUR MONEY BACK. IF ANY OF U DAMN TBH REPS SEE THIS POST I WILL CONTINUE TO WARN EVERYONE I CAN ON THE INTERNET. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

EXAMPLE: Rep sold me some "Penis Enlargement Pills". I was a dope and figured heck why not ill give it a try. Well she said it would increase length and girth permanantly! The permanent part should of been enough warning to stop me. Well i bought 3 month supply @ 59.95 a bottle. Got the box with the no refunds label on it. Read the bottel and all it said was helps support mens sexual functions. No description of increasing size etc. Well the ingredients are Horny Goat Weed, Ginseng, and Tribulus Fruit @ low doses 150mg ea. So I just payed $180 bucks for something that probably would cost me 50 at the most just buying the ingredients flat out. Only difference is i would of got a lot more bang for my buck if i would of just bought the ingredients. You are warned!

Also, the rep said she was going to throw some free stuff with the order which they didnt.

Today's Better Health Unauthorized Charge

This company has hacked into my checking account and charged $128.93. I am a college student at Clarion University who noticed this random charge when viewing my Online Banking Activity one day after classes.

I have never purchased anything in this amount; and have never even heard of this company. I was reading around and saw that I am not the only victim of this scam. I see that people have been getting jacked from these people for quite a while; I'm wondering how these dishonest ### are still getting away with this.

I filed an Afa David (I believe that is what it's called); and I was told by my financial specialist at National City that I should be redeemed my money in 7-10 days and also that the company would be responsible for my overdraft fee.

If this has happened to you and you know something I don't, please let me know.

My husband responded to a free trial offer for Extenz. A few days after he cancelled his monthly subscription, we noticed a withdrawl from our bank account in the amount of $362.95 from Today's Better Health. About 5 day's later we recieved a large shipment of pills and a "thank you" card. I have spoken with "Allen" from Today's Better Health numerous times. Every time i get laughed at, hung up on, ridiculed and a promise that every phone call is recorded. I am told they will review the original phone call where this supposed order was authorized, and he will call me back in 72 hours. Two weeks later, I am still waiting on this phone call that will prove that we authorized this transaction

It is unbelievable how these people apparently continue to rip people off. My dear Mother just passed away and in checking her credit card statements, we found a charge from Todays Better Health - sounds so benign, doesn't it. She was 85 years old with no partner and in no need of any male enhancement products. She obviously did not order from this company, and her charge was for $289.90 USD, approximately $325 Canadian dollars.

As an online retailer myself, I am sickened by the behaviour of operators like this. It makes us all look bad, when the majority of us are all legitimate and honourable businesses.

As for legal action, being in Canada, it may be hard to do anything but, I will offer any input/information required.

That is the exact amount that has been drawn on our account. I spoke with a rep on 2/27/09 who said that she "did not see an order placed" and that she would get with her supervisor and get back to me. No one ever did. Ironically, on the 2nd of March we recieved a shipment that was dated the day of my call when I had demanded that they remove us from their list. I have since tried to call this company and resolve this to only now getting voicemail asking to leave a message that I know will not be returned. I would love to join with you in a suit against this company if we can bring one. Plaese feel free to call us at [protected]. We live in Charleston, SC and am sick and tired of dealing with this problem.

This same thing happened to me this morning for the same amount ($128.93). I called a number I found for them and was prompted to leave a message for a customer service person to call me back. This is unbeleavable. The only thing I can think of is that there was a company that was hacked into that handles credit/debit card transactions for stores and restaurants. We received a letter that our information was hacked into. I will be calling my bank when they open to stop payment on that.

Today's Better Health Unauthorized credit card charges

They charged my credit card before even saying they are going to charge it. They described about the product over phone and talked about it saying a better formula and they said they are going to get back to me. Next day I see my credit card has been charged. They are fraud. They sent me those godforsaken pills that I never opened. I called them up to take it back and they are very rude over phone. All framed and fraud. Always say no over the phone. These SoBs are very smart. They site your telephone conversation w/ them saying "sounds good" or "yes" and charge your credit card. Always say no or you are gonna sue them.

Today's Better Health Account Withdrawal

This company is scaming people and something needs to be done about it. One of their reps called me last night explaining to me about the benefits of a male enhancement product that I was interested in, but did not have the money to purchase at this time. At no point int the conversation did I ever give any authorization to send me ANYTHING in the mail, yet when I checked my account balance last night I find that someone withdrew $67.95 out of my checking account. My account is overdrawn as a result of this. When I try calling them back all I get is the same voicemail message. Who is this company and how are they doing what they are doing. They need to be stopped before someone else is ripped off.

Guys its not Extenze. Its a scam company called Todays Better Health. They sell you products claiming to increase the size of your penis blah blah blah but all it is in the ingredients is ginseng and horny goat weed. They dont have a website nor do i think they will ever get one so they dont get a lot of complaints. The reps will tell you its currently being devolped or some s hit. If you call the number back then press "2" i believe it will place you on hold and contact customer service, however these dumb ### prob wont pick up the phone because they are pieces of ### in C.A. Just call numerous times and listen to Marvin Gay(shoot me) and u will eventually get some 1 on the phone.

P.S. Sally if you work for Todays Better Health you are a dumb c u nt. We will sue you soon very soon

I have connections that will make this people think twice next time they try to steal hard working people money. This is not going to pass without a fight. My sister works with someone who is connect to Fox News Channel 5 and they may do a story on this company. Please send me your information so we can go after these people. They stole $200 from us and I cannot afford to lose that kind of money. I am on meds and these people are stealing money I would use to pay for these life saving meds...I don't even know what is in the box and they still refuse to give us a refund. If we ban together we can go after these criminals!

My name is jammie and my husband and I are also vitims of extend. I got a phone call for my husband last night [protected]) from there company askng for my husband. (Robert Moore was his name)He asked my husband why he sent the extends movies and pills back. my husband replied saying they made him sick. He then went on to explaining why and what was in the pill that made him sick and offered to send someother things. And of course my husband refused him saying he didn't have the card on him. And the repersenter then asked for just the 3 numbers on the back and experation date. And my husband said he didn't remember the the number and didn't have the card on him no more. The repersenter then went on to ask if he had any other card. And my husband replied no. the repersenter said thank quinten and hung up. The next day my husband called to check his bank to see if bills have been taken out yet and thats when he found out he was over drafted. They took a total of $188 dollars. which casued him to be $274.26 dollars in the negatives . He then called the extends company and they said they don't do out going calls and claimed he must had went through someone else to get the product. Which my husband called the number on the commercial and was dealing with only extends. I don't know who these people are but I plan on suing. Thats called stealing. We have two children that will go lacking because of them. There has got to be a solution. If there is any one who can give information on this please notify me. My husband and I are highly pissed and we want them stopped. You can't take advantage of people exspcially when it comes to money. The economy isn't good enough for that. They are hurting people. My question is how they get our information if they are a copy cat extends like the lady saids. Extends are liers and full of it. They must be stopped.

Today's Better Health Account charges

lets set the record staight: Today's Better Health calls people who have bought a Male Enhancement product from TV. (Penis Enlargement) Many people claim they did not order, yet we record every call. Because so many people suffer from Buyers
Remorse, we explain to them there are No refunds or cancelations...100% exchange.

Customer service: When you call our customer service, we explain sombody will call you back. Why ? We start the process of investigating your order, we look it up, we start the search for
the recording. We get your tracking information from the fulfillment house.

We do call everyone back, it may take a day or two but we do return the calls.

Next depending on the evaluation of the recording we determine wether it was a valid sale.

If the customer did not say yes, OK, or something to indicate they
are agreeing to the purchase we refund.

If the customer is changing thier mind, we will exchange. So
This is where people state we are ripping them off.

Wives call, they don't want hubby to buy the stuff, grown childeren call they don't think dad should take the stuff.
Many decide Oh ! I should not have spent that kind of money.

Do some of the sales people cheat and say the customer said yes ?
Some do. We listen to the recording and refund the customer.
We have thousands of Happy customers and we get tons of reorders.

So if you call us, we will listen and start the process. If you call us
10 times in a hour we will tell you the same thing over and over.
We will not give you a refund because you changed your mind.

If the sale is bogus (No problem) you will be refunded.
Mothers, daughters, wives can not get you out of your order.
You stating I did not really listen to the salesperson, will not get you out ofr your order.

If you use the product and want to exchange for one of our 50 other products, no problem.

When you make a purchase and change your mind, we have a problem. That is the way we do business and we tell you.

We have been selling these products for over six years, we have not run away. A few mistakes have happened but we do honor those and correct them.

We must investigate every complaint, why ? The public constantly lies...We never ordered this stuff ! Yet, I have a recording...the customer saying, yep sounds good, I can't afford
six bottles give me three or one. How fast can i get it ? ect ect

So before your post yourside, waite and let's see who is telling the truth.

Some people do not want to be responsable for their actions, it's always the other guys fault. You buy it, you own it that is how I treat people. You want a bigger penis, you want harder erections, you want better sex.

Use the product you purchased. Don't pretend you did not buy the stuff when asked by your wife...what is this charge for Dear ?

uh, Oh %$#@* They ripped me off. Who is telling the lie ?

The retort I just read from TBH must have been written by a democrat. Note the half-truths the author uses to validate his or her response to the multiple complaints. "We call you back". In my most recent order, solicited by telephone, therefore falling already under the federal wire fraud statute, the caller promised a 7-10 day delivery date. That was promised on June 23, 2010. I called July 2, 1010 to inquire about the order. The "customer service" woman that I spoke with said the order was shipped June 29, a full six days after the money was taken from my account.

I had explained to the unsolicited sales person that I had some problems with an earlier order, bu tto TBH's credit, they made it right but only after I chewed somes guys [censor] on the phone until he must have walked the order through. Today is July 12, 2010. I have not receioved the order due me no later than July 3, 2010.

These incompetent [censor] lie, work bankers hours, and DO NOT RETURN CALLS. I got a "follow up" call last week. When I told the caller that I was glad he called because my order was late, he told me he would call back that day. Still no call. My money has been withdrawn, and my order has not arrived. I have been lied to twice in thepast two weeks by these people. My next stop is Alaska's A.G. for consumer affairs. If everyone affected by these people goes to their respective AG offices and files a coplaint, the lies will stop.

Don't be embarrassed, the AG's probably take the stuff too. Hell, many of them are guys.

I sued the police department of Springfield, MO discrimination and abuse. Guess folks I won so trust me when I tell U I will fight this company until I get my refund. I cannot afford to lose money and to be a victim. Send me all your information so we can get this ball rolling!

I am in the process of putting together proof of this company's criminal activity. I have a connection to someone at Fox News Channel 5 here in NYC and will be informing their investigation unit of this company's activities. I encourage everyone to file a complainted @ http://www.bbb.org/...I am have experience with dealing with injustice and I am fired up and ready to fight for all of you so send me your stories and any evidence you have. I am also contacting my local Mayor who I happen to know (I am actually in his campaign ad!) to inform him of what is happening to his constituents. I we sit back and allow this company to fraud us then more and more people will fall victum. I REFUSE to be a victum. They have stolen from the wrong person this time.

We have waited 2 weeks for a call back and received no call back. When we call the customer service line we have been hung up on. There is no way you have a recording of us ordering this product. I guarantee you if you do not return the funds in timely manner there will be hell to pay. I am in contact with Fox News whom my sister works for and they are interested in this story. Look how many people have complaints against you. I am also in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Furthermore my bank has opened an investigation into this matter. I REFUSE to be a victim of criminal activity and I will fight this to the end. I have been an activist my entire life and I assure you I will not back down. You are stealing money out of families pocket and out of my pocket. Money which I need for my HIV meds. This will not end until justice is service. I am making copies of all the comments on this board and any other complaints I can find onlie. I will forward this information to my friend the Mayor of Jersey City Jeremiah Healey, the Investigative Unit @ Channel 5 Fox News, and my bank. I am empowered by the fact that so many people have experienced the same kind of fraud with Today's Better Health. This is clearly not good customer service and it cannot go unanswered. The fact one of your reps finds it necessary to go online a respond to these complaints is telling. It dont matter what this company has done, i also was scew, i did order at the same price, 60.00 but they charge 126 to my account, the problem is biotab.com for selling or giving your information out, after you cancel yor order, and in order to stop this company doing busyness, is to start sueing the people that give your information out, because it would not have happen if biotab, didnt do it, so because biotab is a big company its time to light a fire under them and hold them accountable, for the companys they deal with,

All of this is for them to make money don't give them nothing . I mean nothing! There representives are so dum that they don't give u any information about the product. Just charging u . this just happened to me today and I googled these people much to my shock that they are a scam. I cant even believe Extenze for sharing my number with these people. So after this guy Tony tells me that he will automatically cancel my extenze order because they have a better product, and then he tells me he will ship me a month's supply, today there is a charge on my account for $371.86
Oh trust me I have my lawyers on it. I dont mind paying them a couple of hundred dollars to get these crocks out of business.

Because, this to has happen to me. My grandson went online and place an order, and he latter on face up to tell me that he had went in to my purse and got my card out and use my information, first of all he's 17yrs. of age and slow and no understanding of his action made an order and my account was overdrawn not once but twice in two months, and when I spoke with the someone on this matter they had this to say no refunds of money is own to you regardless of grandson . You wont believe this just as I, m witting to tell you on this matter the phone ring and it's Mr. S, he call to inform me that my money will be put bact in my account. God is good all the time.

Today's Better Health withdrawal of money without authorization

This company withdrew money from our account without authorization to do so. In doing so they overdrew our account.
I called the 888 number above and tried to explain to them what they had done. They acted as if they didn't care. I repeatedly told them to cancel whatever was on the account and return our money to the bank. The lady who I talked to said they couldn't do that because the money had already been taken from our account.
I again explained the above. I told them we never wanted their products or authorized any withdrawal from our account. She still continued arguing there was nothing they could do. I again told her to cancel the order or whatever they had there to take our money. She again refused to do so. I than asked to speak to supervisor. She refused to let me talk to a supervisor. She continued to tell me that there was nothing they could do. I again asked for a supervisor. She again denied me the right to talk to them. She then hung up on me. I immediately called back hoping to get another person. The same lady answered the phone. I requested to speak to a supervisor. She refused to let me talk to one. The lady then hung up on me again. I repeated the above several more times. Each time hoping to get a different person. Each time getting the same person. the last time I called she said she is the one who answers the phone every day all day and that I am wasting my time. I then called the Better Business Bureau of California. I reported this to them. The lady there said my address and phone number would be available to the company. She also stated that there had been 37 complaints on this company and 36 are unresolved.I thought about it and decided not to do so for the fear of repercussions later.
I again tried to call and reason with the lady and she again hung up on me. I wnet to our bank and filed some paper work with them. The bank tells me we may have to close our account and cancell any debit cards due to this company. I hope there is something our bank can do. HOW can a company like this be allowed to run a business like this. This is absolutely againist the law. What can be done? There has to be some kind of contact information for this company. They can and shouldn't be allowed to continue doing this to inisent people.

Your best bet is to call the FTC at 877-FTC-HELP and file an inter-state fraud charge. If you do return the package, use the code R2005 on the box. BTW open it, empty out the contents and ship back an empty box. If you received something in the mail you didn't order it is yours to keep - FREE. This company is a scam and sells absolute crap that does not do anyone any good. By local and you can get it easily one third of the price. This company prides itself on selling pills that make things bigger, namely their pocket and your frustration.

Extenze can be picked up locally for about $20 and the Magna is about 15 per bottle. TBH sells both for $59.99. Do your research before you by crap from an idiot that does not work!

They really took me, $1030, someone named Mike. I have ordered from them in the past, started with Coral Calcium. This was several years ago, my last "real" order was over a year ago, just now recieved three boxes of "?", I am returning them and am dealing with my Visa company now. I have also complained to KATU News in Portland, Oregon. They have someone that investigates fraud. Her name is Shellie Bayley-Shah. If they get enough attention, maybe we can put them out of business. I am also interested in any criminal complaints that I can make and any class action lawsuits.

Confirmed. This company has been scamming people into a fake sale. I received a call from them a few months ago, and the salesman tried to get me to buy some of their male performance tabs. I wasn't interested and despite his attempt to convince me, I said no thanks and hung up the phone. I received two or three more calls from this same number over the next month and ignored the call. Finally, I received a package in the mail from them and confirmed my card had been charged $478! I immediately called AMEX to file a fraudulent charge. Amex immediately took the charge off, and a bit later confirmed my full refund after the company never responded to my challenge.

Basically - as others have mentioned in these complaints - don't bother calling the company. File fraud charges with your credit card company which is the most painless way to get your money back and stick it to the dishonest ### who are trying to steal money from a lot of people.

Same problem. I was told my money would be refunded, of course i never heard back. I never ordered this product and i never gave them my credit card. I have called dozens of times, left voice messages and often the phone was shut on me. I only spoke to one man who said his name was chris who specifically told me to write down his name for future reference. I than called the company and said i had not heard back from chris. They than directed me to the supervisor who said repeatedly that i was "liar" and than later called me a "###". and said no one name chris had ever worked there and that i was a liar. and than continued to yell at me over the phone and the would complain that i was talking. I just shut the phone. we got to take these people down

I assist a gentleman with his bills and Today's Better Health scammed him out of $857.74. They did get him to say yeas to a question . I have been trying since last October 2008 to get the comany to respond to our complaint. Their mail box is full, they'll call me back and nothing ever happens. His son called and got nothing but rude attitudes. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Today's Better Health never even bothered to respond to them (California BBB). The gentleman I assist has dementia and this company totally took advantage of him. I hope people file complaints with FBI as previously discuused in a prior complaint.

This company withdrew money from our account without authorization earlier this month. I called my bank right away and we filed a dispute. I tried calling the number on this complaint and got an answering machine. I spoke with my bank today and they said this company refused to talk to them because they were a third party. My bank did have another number for them and recommended that I call them. That number is [protected]. The person I spoke to was very nice and said this matter would be looked into. They would review the "non-existent" tape and refund our money if it is found it was not ordered. My husband did order a product from Extenze, but returned the product after he changed his mind. Extenze gladly refunded the money with no hassle. He then began getting calls from someone asking how he liked the product and he kept telling them he sent it back and closed his account and asked that he not be called anymore. Het got 3-4 calls a day some days. They never said they were from TBH. Well the package finally arrived and we returned it, but we didn't think to get tracking info. It did have a big note saying they do not give refunds or accept returns, so we will see what happened. Good luch to everyone that has had money stolen from this company. Lesson has been learned not to order from late night television!

ALL,

They get your information from Extenze - when you cancel all your information, name, address, phone number, AND your credit card numbers and the expiration date are given to them. Her is how to get your money back - guranteed!

1. Call the bank / CC company to file a fraud charge complaint.
2. Tell them you called the company to inquire about the charge and they told you it was valid. Don't bother really calling the company, it is a waste of time. TBH ripped you off so telling a little lie - ### them.
3. When you get the paperwork, simply deny you ever spoke to them and demand your money. This causes a charge-back which causes TBH to be charged $25 ~ $35.
4. If you win, great! If you lose, refile the challenge, TBH will not fight the 2nd charge as it costs them $$$ to pay for a binding arbitration case.
5. If your bank wants you to return it - write in big bold letters on the outside of the box R-2005 or R-2083. The will accept the return under the mistaken impression it is a valit return code!
