lets set the record staight: Today's Better Health calls people who have bought a Male Enhancement product from TV. (Penis Enlargement) Many people claim they did not order, yet we record every call. Because so many people suffer from Buyers
Remorse, we explain to them there are No refunds or cancelations...100% exchange.

Customer service: When you call our customer service, we explain sombody will call you back. Why ? We start the process of investigating your order, we look it up, we start the search for
the recording. We get your tracking information from the fulfillment house.

We do call everyone back, it may take a day or two but we do return the calls.

Next depending on the evaluation of the recording we determine wether it was a valid sale.

If the customer did not say yes, OK, or something to indicate they
are agreeing to the purchase we refund.

If the customer is changing thier mind, we will exchange. So
This is where people state we are ripping them off.

Wives call, they don't want hubby to buy the stuff, grown childeren call they don't think dad should take the stuff.
Many decide Oh ! I should not have spent that kind of money.

Do some of the sales people cheat and say the customer said yes ?
Some do. We listen to the recording and refund the customer.
We have thousands of Happy customers and we get tons of reorders.

So if you call us, we will listen and start the process. If you call us
10 times in a hour we will tell you the same thing over and over.
We will not give you a refund because you changed your mind.

If the sale is bogus (No problem) you will be refunded.
Mothers, daughters, wives can not get you out of your order.
You stating I did not really listen to the salesperson, will not get you out ofr your order.

If you use the product and want to exchange for one of our 50 other products, no problem.

When you make a purchase and change your mind, we have a problem. That is the way we do business and we tell you.

We have been selling these products for over six years, we have not run away. A few mistakes have happened but we do honor those and correct them.

We must investigate every complaint, why ? The public constantly lies...We never ordered this stuff ! Yet, I have a recording...the customer saying, yep sounds good, I can't afford
six bottles give me three or one. How fast can i get it ? ect ect

So before your post yourside, waite and let's see who is telling the truth.

Some people do not want to be responsable for their actions, it's always the other guys fault. You buy it, you own it that is how I treat people. You want a bigger penis, you want harder erections, you want better sex.

Use the product you purchased. Don't pretend you did not buy the stuff when asked by your wife...what is this charge for Dear ?

uh, Oh %$#@* They ripped me off. Who is telling the lie ?

all i read right is a big bull@shI3t, a flat liar, nothing else, nobody will accept or commit to buy a product that they don't even know, i'am a victim of your farce, and i guarantee you, i never accept to buy anything, with you, i never even heard about your product before, not on tv, not on the internet, so how come you think people are stupid enough to buy something they don't even know the effect, or the consequences in their health ?????.
one of your guy called tony, call my phone, and was asking me that he got my number from extenze, so they have a better product than extenze, and it work faster, i reply it's okay, i'am not interested, and then he continue, : if you want a business card i can send it to you with my number, if you want to try our product call me ? and i say if it is for the business card it's okay, and then he hang up, few days later i receive a card on the mail stating "thank you for your order, and call me " . i was like wat a f..., and then i open my account i saw a withdrawal of $ 185.95 on my account, i call my bank rite away, they give me back my money, the next day i receive a slip from the post office, i know that was them, i refuse it, c'se i don't order anything with them crooks . i tried to call them several time but they never want to answer the phone, i call that tony with the number on the business card, no way no how, this guy don't exist anymore . so if you think that people are dumb or stupid to buy medication or product they don't know, you are just unrealistic, people works hard for their money, and company like you shouldn't be in u.s . i was a customer with extenze, for one reason, i saw them on TV, and learn about their product on the internet, read people testimony ... before i put my money on it . What about you, i never heard you from nowhere and what made you think that i will buy your stuff just like that . Even extenze i found out it is not good, c'se i tried it for 3 month nothing, i still got my size, wich are good for me, i was just trying it for curiosity but... i will stuck with wat i got, wich is satisfying my partner very good i don't need bigger or harder than i got, its bull... give people back their money before its too late this is a risky game that you are playing, and some people don't play with their money .

Todays Better Health...yeah I think not I think you people are ###, liars and theives. I think the woman that answers your phone is ### too I hope you all rot personally. Someday you will get what you deserve! I can promise you that. A liar always gets got!

I also think that you like all this attention, because you don't need to keep customers, becasue you don't even have any. you think it is sooo funny that you have successfully screwed people over. One day the joke will be on you! And as long as peole from Exteze keep giving you our credit card numbers you are just gonna keep on steeling money. Just wait you will see how your little opperation turns out.

I will admit I got duped into ordering this product because I do have a medical problem as well as being less endowed as are a lot of guys are. However, I specifically asked if there was a 30 money back gurantee and I was assured that there was. When I received the package today it stated in big red letters there was "NO REFUSALs accepted or credited, NO REFUNDS or CANCELLATIONS ALLOWED". I'm calling Tony (the guy who convinced me) and see if I can get a refund. I am really put out with this but I sympathize more with the people who actually didn't order anything.

The response from the rep from Today's Better Health is totally ridiculous and false. I called them a minimum of 6 - 8 times over a 2 week period, NO ONE EVER ATTEMPTED TO CALL ME BACK. What they did do is laugh at me, and hang up on me twice. I explained that my Father was 77 years old and a stroke victim, and that the stuff they were sending him could be extremely dangerous to his health. They didn't care then, and they don't care now. According to the Better Business Bureau, they have hardly responded to any complaints against them. The only reason they are reacting now is because I think enough people have complained and they are starting to feel the pressure a bit. I hope everyone who has been fooled by them files a complaint with the Fraud Division of the California Attorney General's office. They should be thoroughly investigated and made to stop taking advantage of people.

Because, this to has happen to me. My grandson went online and place an order, and he latter on face up to tell me that he had went in to my purse and got my card out and use my information, first of all he's 17yrs. of age and slow and no understanding of his action made an order and my account was overdrawn not once but twice in two months, and when I spoke with the someone on this matter they had this to say no refunds of money is own to you regardless of grandson . You wont believe this just as I, m witting to tell you on this matter the phone ring and it's Mr. S, he call to inform me that my money will be put bact in my account. God is good all the time.

this just happened to me today and I googled these people much to my shock that they are a scam. I cant even believe Extenze for sharing my number with these people. So after this guy Tony tells me that he will automatically cancel my extenze order because they have a better product, and then he tells me he will ship me a month's supply, today there is a charge on my account for $371.86
Oh trust me I have my lawyers on it. I dont mind paying them a couple of hundred dollars to get these crocks out of business.

Hello; My name is Andrew Allen from Clarion, PA 16214... Please refund my card number in the amount of $128.93, I was called by a fellow, and he went on about how the product worked...I simply stated that I had ordered the free trial, and never mentioned ANYTHING about ordering anything further.

Please look over my recording then return the money that rightfully belongs to me.

People please don't get sucked into these people. Be happy with what u got .If you are not satisfied with what u do have take some vitamins are something. All of this is for them to make money don't give them nothing . I mean nothing! There representives are so dum that they don't give u any information about the product. Just charging u . I'll see to it that they get put out of business, Damn Scammers! And by the way extenze and that company are working together.At least extenze greet there customers or letting u know it's them, they full of it to. So be careful, don't get scammed.

It dont matter what this company has done, i also was scew, i did order at the same price, 60.00 but they charge 126 to my account, the problem is biotab.com for selling or giving your information out, after you cancel yor order, and in order to stop this company doing busyness, is to start sueing the people that give your information out, because it would not have happen if biotab, didnt do it, so because biotab is a big company its time to light a fire under them and hold them accountable, for the companys they deal with,

We have waited 2 weeks for a call back and received no call back. When we call the customer service line we have been hung up on. There is no way you have a recording of us ordering this product. I guarantee you if you do not return the funds in timely manner there will be hell to pay. I am in contact with Fox News whom my sister works for and they are interested in this story. Look how many people have complaints against you. I am also in the process of filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Furthermore my bank has opened an investigation into this matter. I REFUSE to be a victim of criminal activity and I will fight this to the end. I have been an activist my entire life and I assure you I will not back down. You are stealing money out of families pocket and out of my pocket. Money which I need for my HIV meds. This will not end until justice is service. I am making copies of all the comments on this board and any other complaints I can find onlie. I will forward this information to my friend the Mayor of Jersey City Jeremiah Healey, the Investigative Unit @ Channel 5 Fox News, and my bank. I am empowered by the fact that so many people have experienced the same kind of fraud with Today's Better Health. This is clearly not good customer service and it cannot go unanswered. The fact one of your reps finds it necessary to go online a respond to these complaints is telling. I hope you R right about your facts in the comment because they will be used in court or on TV soon enough.

Everyone who has experienced any fraud from Today's Better Health please send me your story and any proof to creativeteam@comcast.net. I am in the process of putting together proof of this company's criminal activity. I have a connection to someone at Fox News Channel 5 here in NYC and will be informing their investigation unit of this company's activities. I encourage everyone to file a complainted @ http://www.bbb.org/...I am have experience with dealing with injustice and I am fired up and ready to fight for all of you so send me your stories and any evidence you have. I am also contacting my local Mayor who I happen to know (I am actually in his campaign ad!) to inform him of what is happening to his constituents. I we sit back and allow this company to fraud us then more and more people will fall victum. I REFUSE to be a victum. They have stolen from the wrong person this time.

I sued the police department of Springfield, MO discrimination and abuse. Guess folks I won so trust me when I tell U I will fight this company until I get my refund. I cannot afford to lose money and to be a victim. Send me all your information so we can get this ball rolling!

The retort I just read from TBH must have been written by a democrat. Note the half-truths the author uses to validate his or her response to the multiple complaints. "We call you back". In my most recent order, solicited by telephone, therefore falling already under the federal wire fraud statute, the caller promised a 7-10 day delivery date. That was promised on June 23, 2010. I called July 2, 1010 to inquire about the order. The "customer service" woman that I spoke with said the order was shipped June 29, a full six days after the money was taken from my account.

I had explained to the unsolicited sales person that I had some problems with an earlier order, bu tto TBH's credit, they made it right but only after I chewed somes guys [censor] on the phone until he must have walked the order through. Today is July 12, 2010. I have not receioved the order due me no later than July 3, 2010.

These incompetent [censor] lie, work bankers hours, and DO NOT RETURN CALLS. I got a "follow up" call last week. When I told the caller that I was glad he called because my order was late, he told me he would call back that day. Still no call. My money has been withdrawn, and my order has not arrived. I have been lied to twice in thepast two weeks by these people. My next stop is Alaska's A.G. for consumer affairs. If everyone affected by these people goes to their respective AG offices and files a coplaint, the lies will stop.

Don't be embarrassed, the AG's probably take the stuff too. Hell, many of them are guys.
