Tobias Mayer review: Non-Delivery of Sandals 1

I gave an order of two sandals - Betula 2-strap Birko-Flor white 441703 (TM-213242) from tobiasmayer.com on 2013.12.22.
Send a confirmation reply on the ordered received.
But wait for the order to arrive one month later - still no news.
Wrote an email on 22-Jan-14 to them. A Christiane Dahlmann from Customer Service replied to me on 30-Jan-14 to explain that I quote ( "there were some delivery problems concerning your items. Your order is expected to be shipped in 1-2 weeks." ) and also check with me if would like to cancel the order.
I replied that I will hold on to the order and update me when the shipment will be ready.
Now on 18-Mar-14, there is no reply on the order confirmation - only these words on my order info :

Date of Payment: 2013-12-22 (MET)
Shipping Method: Singapore - *Economy* (8-12 days)
Order Status: In process of completion - We will ship your order approx. on 2014-01-03 )
I have'nt received my order.
I asked again and again EMAILS or CALLING their website line - but there is no reply or I am calling Ghost.
I am totally ( 1/4 Fish and 3/4 Duck ) Pissed - I like to cancel the order.
