Tobias Mayer / No shoes! No refund!

I am from Hong Kong. I have made the order of 19 pairs of shoes on July 2013 bur still cannot receive my order. I sent e-mail to Tobias mayer to check my order and ask for the refund for many times, but no reply since February 2014. It is now April 2014, but I still cannot receive the shoes nor refund. What can I do? Should yours can be receive finally?

    On German websites you can read many entries about this company, which is obviously very untrustworthy. I had the same experience as you. I ordered and paid a pair of shoes at Tobias Mayer in September 2013. To date I have received neither the shoes nor the money. In January they promised that I would receive the money back within 3 weeks. Nothing happened! I will ask a lawyer to send a letter for me.

    I am from Hong Kong too and unluckily I am facing the same situation like yours. I paid in Aug 2013 and I can't get anything now! I've cancelled the order for a couple of months but I still can't get back the refund. I've sent a lot of emails but no reply. Today I even can't access to its website. Really don't know what to do...

    Same here, I'm from Hong Kong. I'm thinking if we can contact the German police or not cos so many people have been cheated!!

    Sad to know that many of us suffered from this...!!! I browsed the web of German police tdy. But I didn't know German so I didn't know how to find useful details from them :(
    Did anyone ever sought help from our local Consumer Council? I'm looking for anything useful for us in the web of this Council and another org called Consumers International.
    Hope we can get the way...:'(

    Same problem, I order totally 27 pairs shoes, no shoes, no reply and no refund. How can I do to report this bad company to the police?

    I've sent a Email to German local police but no reply up to now
    I'm trying to contact www.euroinfo-kehl.eu and www.verbraucherzentrale.de
    But needa use google translate to understand the content

    German police has not reply me yet
    I dun know if I've got a right email address
    Anyway I have just got the reply from consumer centre
    They suggested me to call the german police
    They said many cases against Tobias Mayer is difficult to resolve

    i come from HK too. i am waiting for refund but i cannot reach this website anymore. No response from email, No one answer by phone and the website is closed, too.
