Tobias Mayer goods not delivaered and NO refund

I like many others have placed a order with this company and by the looks the FRAUDULENT THIEVES have been doing this for some time. My order was placed on 29/11/13 and as many others items are not in stock, delivery will be 1-2 weeks and still nothing, you send them e-mails and the take weeks to respond . Then you send more e- mails and then they cancel your order and tell you a refund will arrive in 1-2 weeks and still nothing after a month. It is now the 19/4/14 and i still have no goods or a refund. This seems to be the same story over and over again. I will probably never see my money again but NOW its time to report these MONGRELS to consumer affairs Germany

I have a order since Sept 2013, order no. #209176, I have chase through email many times, till now June 2014, still not get my order or refund.
I would like to say! WHERE IS MY SHOES? I was so angry about this, and nobody can HELP? nowhere can ASK?

Tobias Mayer No shoes, no refund

I placed my order in July 2013. I tried to contact them several times via email but they had rarely answered. They told me that they were waiting new arrivals so that they would send me the shoes in the end of November. Of course, I didn't receive anything. On January, a friend of mine, native German took action. She sent them several mails in German and finally agreed on the cancellation of the order. I am still waiting for my refund, of course. My friend contacted the German Consumer Protection and they told her that Tobias Mayer Company is a fraud and it is doubted if I get a refund.

Tobias Mayer No shoes! No refund!

I am from Hong Kong. I have made the order of 19 pairs of shoes on July 2013 bur still cannot receive my order. I sent e-mail to Tobias mayer to check my order and ask for the refund for many times, but no reply since February 2014. It is now April 2014, but I still cannot receive the shoes nor refund. What can I do? Should yours can be receive finally?

Anyway I have just got the reply from consumer centre
They suggested me to call the german police
They said many cases against Tobias Mayer is difficult to resolve

Sad to know that many of us suffered from this...! I browsed the web of German police tdy. But I didn't know German so I didn't know how to find useful details from them :(
Did anyone ever sought help from our local Consumer Council? I'm looking for anything useful for us in the web of this Council and another org called Consumers International.
Hope we can get the way...:'(

Tobias Mayer Order not received/ refund not made

Ordered shoes from this company in JULY 2013. Order was NEVER received and when I contacted customer service it took over a month for them to respond. When I demanded they cancel the order and refund my money it took another month for someone to respond. On 4 SEPTEMBER 2013 I received an email stating that within 14 days I would be refunded . It is now 6 DECEMBER 2013 and after countless emails to this company I have still NOT RECEIVED A REFUND. This company is run by THIEVES and if you are considering ordering anything from them I highly suggest you choose a company that won't steal from you.

I also made the order in August 2013, and never received the shoes! I cancelled my order in Dec, and they answer me the refund will made within 14 days. I sent many emails to them, but NO ONE ANSWER ME! I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE REFUND UNTIL NOW!
DON'T BUY THINGS in this company! They are LIAR!

Tobias Mayer Poor service, inaccurate stock info

Ordered Birkenstock Boston sandals on 26th August 2013, they were supposed to be in stock. Order No TM-207627-EU. Paid for 'Premium EU' shipment to UK (delivery in 2 - 5 days). Order tracking kept saying 'in progress' or words to that effect.
Phoned them today 10th October 2013, to be told the sandals in question weren't in stock after all! I cancelled the order - was told refund may take up to 30 days to be credited into my account.
This is the second time Tobias Mayer let me down - ordered Birkenstocks online off them previously, were meant to be in stock and arrive before Christmas 2012 (order TM-155930-EU) - eventually received shipment in February 2013.
Learnt my lesson this time - Tobia Mayer misrepresent what stock they have on their website, and twice in my case they were several months delayed in terms of indicative delivery times. AVOID

I'm facing the same problem with Tobias Mayer.
I placed my order for 10 pairs of sandals on 4th July 2013.
After 2 months of waiting, I decided to ask for a refund since they promised me a few dates but couldn't deliver the articles.
The staff kept giving the excuse that they have not received my articles from the warehouse.
When I mentioned that I would like to request for refund in my email in mid-September, the company stopped replying my emails.
Is there any consumer association in Germany that I can lodge a complaint with?

Tobias Mayer Delays

I ordered some Birks from them and got an email giving me the estimated date the item would leave the warehouse. A few weeks went by with no confirmation that the item had left so I contacted them and they said it would be 2 weeks. A month later I contacted them and again they said two weeks. Nearly a month on I emailed them demanding a refund and saying why the heck they have shoes on the site that they do not have in stock etc ...anyway they have said they have shipped the item today... I am skeptical... if I do not get my order soon I will be disputing it with paypal for sure.
I ordered these shoes as a valentines day present for my husband, its now 2 months on and have no shoes.
I usually do my homework well but I did not look at any reviews for this company, had I done so I would NEVER have ordered from them.
I would not recommend anyone order from them, even the bargain prices are not worth it

Yes I agree. I finally received 9 out of my 10 pairs ordered after 5 months and 5 days and they also promised me a refund a.s.a.p for the one pair of shoes that did not arrive but 2 weeks later I am still waiting. I have sent an email but of course no answer. I must add that I sent an email cancelling this order in the middle of April and then with no reference to this letter, received an email from them on the 30 April saying the goods were on their way! Totally useless and unprofessional. The only good thing on my behalf is that I filed a dispute with the bank as I paid with my credit card and I got my money back. This will of course change when Tobias Mayer realise they are out of pocket but let's see how long that takes them! There are some good deals for Birkenstocks on ebay and even though I have read that some purchases take a couple of months to get to Australia( I read 4 months for one sale) shipping is free after $150 to $200. Just be careful for fakes. I was happy with the shoes I did receive, which were not in boxes, but the boxes were flat packed with the order. I also never received the promised key rings! I wish I had the ability to make a web page that would come come up first when you google TM as it would be nice to warn people before buying from TM. I have been in contact with another German company called FOOTSHOPPING which is a bit more expensive than TM and I don't see any bad reviews on them so may give them a try one day. I ordered some slippers from Tobias Mayer on March 13th 2013, received a confirmation, and the money was taken from my credit card on 15th March. On April 5th I received an email from Tobias Mayer saying the slippers were no longer available and they would refund my credit card 'as soon as possible'. I sent another email on 26th April asking when my refund would be made and then another on May 2nd. I have not received a reply to either of these and neither have I received a refund. This company is totally disreputable and dishonest. Joyce H

I am a very frustrated customer ! I placed my order 26 Feb. Shipping was estimated on 10/ March 2013 with Express Post(3/6 day's)
2. months and many e-mails and Phone calls from Australia .
Still waiting on a shipping confirmation ...they simply ignore me, and never bother to reply .
I am disgusted with there costumer service and I never order from Tobias Mayer again .
I would not recommend anyone order from this Company ever! it is not worth it

Hi guys, I should read your comments before I placed my order. I placed my order for buying 4 pairs of shoes on 25 Mar and should be left the warehouse on 6 April. Nothing updated so I email them on 9 April and nothing heard from them. Really poor customer support. I agree with Lyanna they should take the initiative to inform us. I could say, over 99%, I won't buy shoes from Tobias Mayer in the future. No matter the sale or price is so attractive.

I ordered 14 pairs of shoes in mid Feb 2013 and shipping was estimated on 3rd March 2013. After 2 weeks of delay (13th March), I sent another email enquiring, they replied they will receive my articles within the next two weeks due to manufacturer delay.
This time I was so frustrated and annoyed, I emailed them back stated, I "WANT" an exact date on when they will ship my articles and emphasised that it is a bulk purchase of EUR 614. My articles are not back orders and it's stated on their website that it will be ship in 6-12 days. I told them if they can't give me an exact date, I will have to cancel my order and ask for refund. They emailed back and said that they will received my articles by 26th March 2013 and will send out immediately and email me the shipping details. On 26th of March, I checked with them about my shipment on Livechat and email. They said they have received my articles and will send later. I received a shipping confirmation email later that day with tracking number from DHL "Express Shipping" to Singapore which I have chosen. Received my orders on 28th March 2013 in good condition, with no plastics bags or free key chains. On the invoice, they stated that they don't exchange items on sale and don't refund money!
TobiasMayer should take the initiative to inform buyers for any delay to let us have confidence that they are a reliable company. They should improve on the processing time too. If we know that we have to wait for months for the order, I think we will have the patience to wait for it too, not worrying about losing our money and not receiving overseas order. Overall, they did send my order, only slow and bad customer service! Attached a photo of my order.

Oh my goodness. Why did I not see this before I placed an order with work colleagues on the 2 nd December 2012 for 10 pairs of shoes and here I am on the 6 th March 2013 and still no shoes. Last communication was on 22nd February promising a 5 % discount for the wait. I am still waiting for that as well. I paid with my credit card so don't know how I am going to get any money back from them.

Hi guys, it's been 5 months since my husband placed an order for 4 pairs of shoes. We have just been refunded all our money from www.moneybookers.com as they were the agent transferring the money across (sort of like PayPal) to these scammers. Stop waiting. You will get 0 from TM. Moneybookers contacted them and as they got no response within 5 days, they deemed it resolved in our favour. Do not believe any emails they send you promising delivery! I hope someone figures out a way to shut them down.

Lucky you. i never received mine, neither did i get any refund.
I ordered 4 pairs in early Nov 2012, to be delivered early dec, but the shoes never came. Initially, when i enquire abt the delivery, they gave same excuse of manufacturer being away on hols etc. Now they simply ignore my attempt to contact me, and never bother to reply my emails. Simply dishonest! looks more like a fraud company instead.

Hi! It happened to me too! I placed my order on June1 and received it only on July11 ! No notification, no explanation, no apologies and, of course, no any compliments... There was also an amount to be refunded, which Tobias Mayer refunded only after phone calls and emails. Not a great experience.

Tobias Mayer Undelivered order

Hello,
I gave an order of two shoes (TM-145301-EU) from tobiasmayer.com on 2011.06.24.
Tobiasmayer.com comfirmed my order and said that they will ship my order approx. on 2011-07-02.
I asked on delay and they said that delay was due to manufacturer and they will ship approx. on 2011.07.15.
But I have'nt received my order.
I asked again and again but there is no reply.
It worries me. I payed for the shoes that I could not get.
As far as I understand, tobiasmayer.com is not a good company.
I like to cancel the order.

I have had the same problem i ordered two pairs of softfoot bed camden clogs for medical reasons and four months later i, ve received nothing, I have sent them countless emails and noone replies.
I, d like it if they could refund me or tell me what has happened to my order

Ive had the same experience. Ordered 4 pair of shoes in January 2014. Told theres a 2 week delay, and now we are in march, and they are not responding to emails, nor answering calls. Will ask the CC company to dispute. Thanks for the tip.

I order last january 21, 2013 in tobias mayer but i refund it in januuary 23 i think because i scared in the customs of my country to pay taxes so that i plan to refund €421 they said they back my money in 14 days i wait till the time comes but no reply to the email i call 100 times to their number but no one answer call and to emAil also same until now i try to call 100 times no one answer almost one month past since i refund my money they dont back what shall i do to make my money back i work gard for that

Same problem here, ordered 2 pairs of shoes in September 2013 and still waiting for them! I was receiving responses (full of empty promises) a few months ago but now no one answers the phone and no replies to many emails. It was a good company a few years ago but I will never buy from them again, They are erased from my favourites folder!

I placed an order for 8 pairs of shoes in early September 2013. After 12 emails asking when my order would be filled and 2 phone calls made out of desperation in December I decided to cancel the order. Once month later I am still waiting for the refund.
This company is very good at delay tactics! Emails are responed to with an automated reply to say that the matter is being addressed but no follow up happens after that. Phone calls meet with the standard polite reply that stocks have had to be re-ordered ...two seasons will pass before there is any likelihood of you getting your shoes so my advice...do not order from Tobias Mayer. I cannot understand how they are even in business. Gather a few friends together and put in an order through FootShopping.com and you will be wearing your Birks within a week. Now that's service!

After seeing the above posts, TobiasMayer sounds like a fraud company now. I'd consumed from this company 5 times at least, with smooth service and good products. But this time is totally different that I don't trust it anymore. I placed an order at the end of September with total 19 pairs of shoes, while there was a sale promotion. My card was charged and didn't get any product on the told delivery date . I called the CS several times that he asked me for waiting products from the factory. One month later, I still didn't get them. So I asked for cancellation and refund and he did, but there was no refund in my credit card afterwards. I kept calling and nobody answered, only replied me that refund is processing in email. It's been more than 3 months now and what should I do next?

Also ordered from this company in late July. By late october I basically had to beg them to cancel the order, which they finally did. Now I have yet to get a refund for my money (December). My card was charged on the date that the order was placed, which they are NOT supposed to do. Now it is too late to dispute the charge with my credit card company and Im not sure there is much more I can do besides calling and emailing the customer service constantly.

My wife placed orders for over 10 pairs of shoes with Tobias Mayer back in 24 August 2013, and since then they didn't response any emails but only promised several times by phone calls (my Germany colleage call on our behalf) to deliver the shoes in 2 weeks. But until now, 3 months have passed and we still received nothing. They also not response to our request for refund! Worst online shopping experience we had and we will never never buy from this shop again!
