Tennessee Wholesale Nursery Avoid Tennessee Wholesale Nursery - Dead Plants and Nightmare Customer Service

I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with Tennessee Wholesale Nursery. I mean, sure, they've got a bunch of positive reviews, but none of them are from verified purchasers. And when you look at the reviews from people who actually bought stuff, they're all one star. If there was a zero star option, they'd probably have that too.

I ordered a bunch of bushes and vines, and they even threw in a couple of flowers for free. But here's the thing - none of it was alive. I've been gardening for a while now, so I know what I'm doing. I followed the directions, I ignored the directions, I even tried growing stuff in a greenhouse. But nothing they sent me ever sprouted.

So I contacted their customer service, and let me tell you, it was a nightmare. They made me jump through all these hoops, and then when I did, they had even more hoops for me to jump through. I finally told them they could either replace my order or I'd file a chargeback with my bank. And you know what? They actually replaced my order. But guess what? The replacement stuff was also dead.

Honestly, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. I found this other place called Fast Growing Trees dot com, and they were fantastic. Yeah, they're a bit more expensive, but everything they sent me was ready to grow. And if there was a problem, they just replaced it - no hoops to jump through.

So yeah, I'd say avoid Tennessee Wholesale Plant Mortuary.

Tennessee Wholesale Nursery Impressive Selection, Quality Products, and Excellent Customer Service from Tennessee Wholesale Nursery (tnnursery.net)

I recently made a purchase from Tennessee Wholesale Nursery (tnnursery.net) and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their products and their customer service. I had heard mixed reviews about this company, but I decided to take a chance and I'm glad I did.

First of all, let me say that the selection of plants and trees on their website is impressive. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for and the prices were very reasonable. I placed my order and received a confirmation email right away.

When my order arrived, I was pleased to see that everything was well-packaged and in good condition. I planted my new trees and they are thriving! I couldn't be happier with the quality of the products I received.

But what really impressed me was the customer service I received from Tennessee Wholesale Nursery. I had a question about one of my plants and I sent an email to their customer service department. I received a response within a few hours and the representative was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Overall, I would highly recommend Tennessee Wholesale Nursery to anyone looking for high-quality plants and trees at a reasonable price. They have a great selection, excellent customer service, and fast shipping. Don't let the negative reviews scare you away - give them a chance and you won't be disappointed!

Tennessee Wholesale Nursery Misleading Species: My Experience with Tennessee Wholesale Nursery

I recently tried to buy two pitch pine trees from Tennessee Wholesale Nursery. When the trees came, I was bummed out to see that they had sent me two Scrub pine trees instead. The trees were shipped well, healthy and in good condition but were the wrong species. I had to leave 2 voicemails before I got a call back and during that call back I was told I would need to send pictures to verify what I had received. I took the time to send the pictures and even included an email explaining the difference between Pitch pine (the trees I had ordered) and Scrub pine (the trees I received). In response, Tennessee Wholesale Nursery replied with a one sentence email saying that "their management team had reviewed the pictures I sent and determined I was sent the correct trees."

I'm an arborist with a degree in horticulture and 20 years experience in the nursery industry with a special interest in native plants. I know the difference between Pitch pine and Scrub pine, and I can tell you that I was sent the wrong trees. This isn't the first time I've received the wrong plants from this nursery, but it will be the last time. The management team of Tennessee Wholesale Nursery is either not aware of what they are growing or they are intentionally sending folks the wrong plants and hoping they will not notice.

I recommend not buying from this nursery unless you can go there in person and make sure you're getting the right plants. It's a shame because they have a good selection and their prices are reasonable, but if you can't trust them to send you the right plants, what's the point? I hope they get their act together because I would love to be able to buy from them again, but until then, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Tennessee Wholesale Nursery TNNursery.net Review: Unethical Company with No Refund Policy for Dead Plants

I'm a gardener who's been doing this for a long time, and I thought I'd give TNNursery.net a try. I ordered three bare root plants from them in early Spring 2022. When I got them, I planted them right away, but one only grew to 9" tall (it should have been 4'-6') and two didn't come up at all. I reached out to TN Nursery, and they told me to be patient about the 9" plant. They also sent me two more bare roots in the Fall of 2022, which I planted right away. I waited until Spring 2023 for all the plants to show, but none ever did.

I contacted TNNursery.net at the end of April 2023 to ask for a full refund, but they told me that they don't offer refunds or replacements for dead plants, only store credit. They said that this was stated in their warranty, but I couldn't find anything about "dead plants" or "replaced plants" in their warranty. They offered me credit for two of the bare roots, but when I pointed out that all three were dead, they reduced the offer to only one store credit. They claimed that their warranty doesn't cover the two bare roots that were replaced.

I paid for three bare roots that were supposed to grow to 4' to 6' tall, but I have absolutely nothing to show for it. These plants are not hard to grow, and I deserved better treatment and a full refund. Other online nurseries have a standard policy of offering refunds or replacements for dead plants, but TNNursery.net seems to be an unethical company that changes their warranty to suit themselves.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. In fact, I just found out that they have a low Better Business Bureau rating. My advice is to stay away from TNNursery.net and find a more reputable online nursery.

Tennessee Wholesale Nursery Warning: Terrible Experience with Tennessee Wholesale Nursery - Do Not Recommend

I recently had a terrible experience with Tennessee Wholesale Nursery (tnnursery.net). I placed an order for $200 worth of plants, but what I received was a box of dry, dead sticks with no dirt around the roots. I was extremely disappointed and called to cancel another order I had placed for $654. However, the customer service representative informed me that they do not offer refunds and kept $600 of my money, even though they did not deliver any product.

I was not the only one who had a bad experience with this company. There are numerous complaints on Yelp and BBB, and a group of disgruntled customers is gathering information to file a mass complaint to the TN AG, BBB, and to file a class action. If you have also been treated unethically, sent damaged or faulty product, or your product did not arrive, please send an email to the above-mentioned bodies as well as an email to ***@protonmail.com.

All I wanted was a refund for the $654 I spent on a product they did not deliver. They can keep the $200 I spent on dry, dead product that was packed incorrectly. I also found several interesting laws regarding the regulation of nursery licenses, and I think it's important to bring this to the attention of the person in charge of their licensing at ***@TN.gov.

Furthermore, I wonder if the TN Dept of Revenue is receiving the correct amounts for the sale of their "plants." Do they pay revenue on the plants they don't deliver? It's worth looking into.

For those who are interested, here is some additional information about Tennessee Wholesale Nursery: their registered agent is Tammy D. Sons, and their address is *** STATE ROUTE 108, ALTAMONT, TN ***-3000 USA. They are a sole member LLC called Tennessee Wholesale Nursery, LLC, and their initial filing date was 04/16/2013. They are located at *** STATE ROUTE 108, ALTAMONT, TN ***-3000 USA, and their fiscal year close is in December. They are not exempt from AR and are not obligated member entity. They are managed by a member and have only one member.

In conclusion, I would not recommend Tennessee Wholesale Nursery to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, and their products are of poor quality. If you're looking for a reliable nursery, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Tennessee Wholesale Nursery Disappointing Experience with Tennessee Wholesale Nursery: Beware of Cancellation Policy and Shipping Dates

I recently placed two orders with Tennessee Wholesale Nursery for a variety of plants. I was excited to receive my plants within 5 days of ordering, as I had selected UPS Ground Shipping (expedited, extra charge) at checkout. However, when I called to confirm the arrival date, I was told that plants generally arrive within 7-20 business days of ordering. This was not the information I received when placing the order, and I was disappointed.

I decided to cancel my order, but was informed that there is a 20% fee for cancelling, regardless of the reason. I was not happy with this policy and expressed my disagreement in an email exchange with their customer service. I explained that I had paid for expedited shipping, as offered on their website and checkout, to receive the plants by the expected date. I felt that it was not my responsibility to incur a 20% fee when they could not meet their service agreement, especially since I had paid extra for shipping.

Despite my attempts to reach customer service via phone, I received no response. I was frustrated with the lack of communication and felt that they were not taking my concerns seriously. I ultimately decided to file a dispute with American Express to have the charges reversed.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Tennessee Wholesale Nursery. While I appreciate their selection of plants, their customer service and policies left much to be desired. I would caution future customers to be aware of their cancellation policy and to double-check expected arrival dates before placing an order.

Tennessee Wholesale Nursery Terrible Experience with Tennessee Wholesale Nursery - Unprofessional Customer Service and No Warranty!

I recently had a terrible experience with Tennessee Wholesale Nursery (tnnursery.net). I ordered 290 beech seedlings in March and was excited to receive them. The box arrived a bit damaged, but the seedlings looked fine. I planted them an hour later and took some pictures to show the nursery how they looked.

However, after four weeks, I noticed that there was no growth at all. I contacted the nursery to give them an update, but they only sent me the warranty link. I followed all the tests stated in the warranty and went back to them this week to tell them that not one seedling survived.

Their customer service is really unprofessional, and they only care about playing by their own rules. They trick you when buying more than 100 plants, and there is no warranty at all! This is the biggest rip-off I have ever seen, and I just lost $500!

When I asked for a written confirmation on the 100% in-store credit, they promised me, another person wrote back saying it was a mistake, and I could only get a 60% discount for my next purchase. The lady who claimed to be the manager was not helpful at all and took a deep breath when I asked her to show me their T&Cs online. She then said sorry for the wrong information about the 100% credit that doesn't apply for orders more than 100 plants.

I'm the most relaxed person on earth, but making business with them is horrible! I wouldn't recommend this nursery to anyone.

Tennessee Wholesale Nursery Warning: Stay Away from Tennessee Wholesale Nursery - Scam Alert!

I gotta tell ya, folks, steer clear of this Tennessee Wholesale Nursery. I'm no spring chicken at 68 years old, and I've been around the block when it comes to tree farming. I've got my own little farm in Virginia, and I've planted more trees than I can count in my lifetime. So when I ordered 10 redbuds from these guys, I thought I knew what I was getting into. Boy, was I wrong.

What I got in the mail was 10 dead sticks. I mean, I'm no expert, but I'm pretty sure these things were just branches cut off of something. I couldn't even tell what they were supposed to be. And when I tried to call the business, nobody answered the phone. When I emailed them, they just played games with me, asking for pictures and scratch tests and all kinds of nonsense. It's like they were trying to frustrate me into giving up.

Their website claims that their bare roots are "not dead," but I call BS on that. These things had no bulb root, no fiber or feeder roots, no growth buds. They were just dead sticks. And when I tried to return them, they didn't even want them back. They won't even give me a receipt for what I paid. It's like they're trying to scam me out of my money.

I did some research, and it turns out I'm not the only one who's had a bad experience with this nursery. Their website doesn't even have any reviews (which should have been a red flag), and the reviews I found on other sites were mostly negative. People are saying the same things I am: they ship dead products and refuse to honor their warranty. I don't trust any good reviews I see for this place.

Look, there are plenty of great nurseries out there. This is not one of them. I'm not even that upset about the money I lost on these dead sticks. I'm upset that there are so many people out there who are getting scammed by this business. The owner even told the Better Business Bureau to stop contacting them about complaints. That's not the kind of business I want to support, and I don't think you should either.

Tennessee Wholesale Nursery TN Nursery Review: Scam Alert! Don't Waste Your Money on Their Fake Products and Poor Customer Service

I was really excited to order 100 bare root creeping phlox from Tennessee Wholesale Nursery (tnnursery.net) for $96. I specifically requested that they send me white creeping phlox, and I couldn't wait for them to arrive so I could fill the bare area off my patio.

However, when I received my order, I was extremely disappointed. The plants were not what I ordered at all! Instead of white creeping phlox, I received purple plants that were not even bare root. They were tangled up in three clumps with rubber bands, and they were bone dry. There was dirt everywhere, and the plants were not packed in gel like the website claimed they would be. To make matters worse, the plants were just thrown in a nasty Ziploc baggie that was partially open. The baggie had "100 creepin phina." written on it, and it was missing the letter "g"!

I paid $18+ for shipping, and I was shocked that I received such a dirty, nasty baggie in a tiny box with no packaging or moisture for the roots. When I contacted TN Nursery to complain, they were snide and unhelpful. They basically told me that they have the right to substitute and send me anything they feel like sending me. I was livid, so I reported it to my credit card company. Thankfully, I received a temporary credit from Chase while the charge back went through the process, and I eventually got a permanent refund.

I was really disappointed with TN Nursery's customer service and the quality of their products. They advertise thousands of gorgeous items for great prices on their website, but they don't seem to care about their customers' specific needs. They think they can send you any plants of their choosing, and you're supposed to accept it and plant what they send you in your garden, even if it's not what you want and may not thrive in your chosen area.

I'm shocked that this company is still in business, and I urge you to save your hard-earned money and look elsewhere for your gardening needs. TN Nursery is a scam, and their website is full of fake reviews. I researched everything to death, but I let my guard down because this company seemed so legit. It turns out that what I received did not come from a nursery at all. It most likely came from the scammers' backyard!

If you read their "terms," you'll see that they try to scare people away from filing disputes or charge backs, which is probably because they've had so many filed against them. It doesn't make sense why they would scam people, as charge backs cost vendors big bucks when they lose a case. The whole thing is a joke, and I'm shocked that the website hasn't been removed. I read somewhere that they changed their "business" name like five times!

In conclusion, my dream of a blanket of white creeping phlox off my patio is not going to happen this year because of the scam known as Tennessee Wholesale Nursery or TN Nursery. It's beyond self-serving and evil to scam people during these unknown times during the Covid pandemic. I will post a photo of what I received as soon as I get my new iPad to desktop cable.

Tennessee Wholesale Nursery Warning: Dishonest and Unethical - My Experience with TN Nursery

I gotta say, I ain't one to leave reviews or complain to the BBB, but I gotta warn y'all about TN Nursery. They're the most dishonest and unethical company I've ever dealt with. I ordered two trees during a sale back in April '22, and when they arrived, they were dead as a doornail. I mean, broken pieces in the box, snapped-off tops, the whole shebang. But I figured, hey, maybe they can be revived, so I followed the directions and planted 'em. Two weeks later, still no signs of life.

So I contacted the company, and they said they'd replace 'em, no problem. But then they hit me with the ol' switcheroo. Suddenly, they're saying they can't ship the replacements until November 2022. What kind of nonsense is that? But I figured, hey, maybe they're just busy or something. I'll give 'em the benefit of the doubt.

Then, out of nowhere, I get an email in August saying they've issued me an in-store credit instead of replacement trees. What the heck? I asked 'em why, and they said it was so they could "swiftly address my issues." But how is a store credit gonna help me when I need actual trees? And the credit didn't even cover shipping, let alone the cost of the trees I originally ordered. I was starting to smell a rat.

So I looked up their warranty, and sure enough, it said they'd replace the trees for free if anything went wrong. But when I pointed that out to 'em, they suddenly changed their tune and said they'd ship the replacements this fall. What a bunch of baloney. They wasted my time and tried to weasel out of their own warranty.

Anyway, I finally got the replacement trees and planted 'em, but I ain't holding my breath. I just hope this review saves someone else the trouble of dealing with these jokers.

Tennessee Wholesale Nursery Disappointing Experience with Tennessee Wholesale Nursery: A Review of My Purchase of 200 Ferns

I recently made a purchase from Tennessee Wholesale Nursery (tnnursery.net) for 200 ferns to plant in the spring. I was excited to receive my order, but unfortunately, my experience was not as positive as I had hoped.

Half of the ferns I ordered were the Bracken Fern variety, which arrived as bare roots. When I opened the package, I was surprised to see what looked like small 2-3 inch brown sticks. As a first-time planter, I wasn't sure what to expect, but many of the ferns were crumbling and appeared to be rotted. I assumed this was normal since the majority of them were in that condition.

I planted all 200 ferns in a well-drained, moist, shaded area that already had many varieties of moss and native ferns growing. I gave them a couple of months to show any signs of growth, but unfortunately, not one Bracken fern sprouted. Only 85 of the other ferns sprouted at various intervals.

When I contacted Tennessee Wholesale Nursery to express my concerns, they simply replied that my claim was beyond the 30-day return policy. I was disappointed with their response, especially since I had spent a few hundred dollars on these ferns.

Overall, my experience with Tennessee Wholesale Nursery was not satisfactory. I would advise others to be cautious when making a purchase from them, especially if you're spending a significant amount of money.

Tennessee Wholesale Nursery Buyer Beware: My Experience with Tennessee Wholesale Nursery

I gotta tell ya, if you're thinking about buying from Tennessee Wholesale Nursery, you might wanna think twice. I mean, sure, the prices seem pretty good and the pictures of the plants look real nice, but there's a catch. And let me tell ya, it's a big one.

So, I went ahead and ordered some plants from these guys, thinking I was getting the real deal. But then, after my card was charged, I got an invoice that said I was actually buying roots. Roots! Can you believe it? I mean, who buys roots? I sure didn't.

So, I tried to cancel my order right away. I called 'em up, I sent 'em an email, but nothin'. No answer, no response, nothin'. And when I finally did get through to customer service, they told me that all sales were final. Can you believe that? I mean, come on. I shoulda known better, I guess. But still, it's pretty shady if you ask me.

And get this, they told me that I shoulda looked at their guarantee page before I ordered. But let me tell ya, that page ain't easy to find. It's not on their homepage, and it's not in the product description or the product photos. So, how was I supposed to know?

Anyway, long story short, I'm not too happy with Tennessee Wholesale Nursery. I mean, I woulda been okay with it if the roots had grown within 4 weeks like they said they would. But nope, they told me I gotta wait a whole year. A whole year! Can you believe it?

So, if you got the time to wait around for your plants to grow, then maybe this is the place for you. But if you're like me and you want your plants now, then I'd say skip it and find a nursery with better products and better customer service.

Tennessee Wholesale Nursery False Advertising: TTN's Trillium Undulatum is a Rip-Off

I done bought some Trillium undulatum from TTN twice now. But when they finally bloomed three years later, they wasn't even the right kind! They was a mix of sessile trilliums (T cuneatum) and pedicellate trilliums (T grandiflorum, erectum, luteum). TTN says they sell blooming size rhizomes, but that ain't true at all. They can't be trusted to send the right species, that's for sure. And if your plants don't bloom in the first year, they won't replace 'em even if they sent you the wrong thing. It's a real rip-off, if you ask me. T. undulatum is hard to grow, so I think they're just packaging up some easy-to-grow species and pretending it's the real deal. They're tricking folks into thinking they got the right plants, even if they don't bloom. It's a real gotcha!

Tennessee Wholesale Nursery Disappointed with Tennessee Wholesale Nursery's Customer Service and Warranty Policy

I done bought some plants from this here Tennessee Wholesale Nursery (tnnursery.net). I gotta say, them ferns I got was real nice. They give me clear instructions on how to plant 'em and all that. But then I ordered what was supposed to be an oak leaf hydrangea, along with a couple other things. Now, I know sometimes plants don't do so good in the first year, but I started to wonder if what I got was really an oak leaf hydrangea. The leaves didn't look right last summer and it didn't bloom. So, this year I confirmed it ain't no oak leaf, and I reached out to the vendor to see if they could help me figure out what it is and how to take care of it. I didn't even ask for no money or nothin', just some help. But you know what they told me? They said they couldn't help me 'cause it was past their one year warranty. That ain't right. I just wanted some help identifying what I got. So, based on this rude experience, I ain't gonna buy from them again.

Tennessee Wholesale Nursery Total Rip Off: My Experience with Tennessee Wholesale Nursery

I really wish I had read the reviews of Tennessee Wholesale Nursery before I made my purchase. I thought I was buying plants, but instead I received roots that never grew or died in the process. It was a total rip off and a waste of my hard-earned money. I really regret trying to buy plants online now.

To make matters worse, they only sent half of my order and I had to insist on getting the other half. Their responses to people's comments on Yelp are total BS. They even asked someone to take a picture of a non-existing plant! Who does that?

Their warranty is hilarious. They say that within 90 days, if your plants die, they will replace them. But since they sent me bare roots, they weren't even alive yet. So, the "Some Plants Will Not All Come Up Same Season as Planted but Will the Following Spring" is not covered in the 3-month warranty. It's total BS.

In their reply to my comment on Yelp, Tennessee Wholesale Nursery actually tried to tell me what I can and cannot expect from products that do not grow. They have no warranty because they may not grow until "the next spring." They act like everyone who posted on Yelp is just making it up. It's ridiculous!

I would advise anyone to avoid this place at all costs. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Tennessee Wholesale Nursery Poor Service and Warranty: My Experience with Tennessee Wholesale Nursery

I ordered some giant ostrich ferns from Tennessee Wholesale Nursery (tnnursery.net) back in February. When they arrived, they looked like a bunch of skinny dried up roots. I was a bit disappointed, but I was told to plant them anyway. Unfortunately, by May, they still hadn't come up. I contacted the nursery again, and they told me that the ferns wouldn't come up until June. I waited patiently, but still, there was no sign of life.

I decided to request a replacement, and the nursery asked me to take pictures of the plants. However, since they hadn't come up, all I could take a picture of was the burial spot. The nursery assured me that they would send a replacement in June, but I didn't receive anything. I contacted them again, and they asked for more pictures. Now, they're telling me that they will only send a replacement if I pay $25 in postage to ship them. There is no warranty to replace your plants, and it seems like they're playing games back and forth, hoping that I'll just give up.

I'm really disappointed with the service and warranty (or lack of) from Tennessee Wholesale Nursery. I plan to let all my friends and family know about my experience, and I'll be spreading the word on all my plant forums, BBB, attorney general, and anyone else I can tag onto this review. I would never order anything from them again, and I feel like they've lied to me. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to having some beautiful ferns in my garden.

Tennessee Wholesale Nursery Disappointing Viburnum Acerfolium from Tennessee Wholesale Nursery: A Review

I gotta say, I ordered some of them maple viburnum, Viburnum acerfolium, from Tennessee Wholesale Nursery (tnnursery.net) and I was a bit disappointed. The height was alright, but the root mass was just pitiful. And to top it off, there wasn't enough moisture-retaining material around the roots. I was worried they weren't rooted well, so I took a picture of the root mass for all 11 shrubs. I shoulda sent them back right then and there, but I figured the company wouldn't send out plants that wouldn't grow. So, I soaked 'em and planted each one in some free-draining potting soil to give 'em a chance to grow before planting 'em in their permanent spot. I put 'em in a protected area and checked on 'em regularly to see if they were growing. I know how to take care of dormant plants, I'm a garden pro after all. But, unfortunately, only one of the plants survived and even that one only showed a little bit of growth after 5 weeks.

Now, I ain't one to complain, but when I contacted the company about it, they wouldn't give me a refund or even offer to replace the plants. They expect you to reject dormant plants within 24 hours, which is just ridiculous if you ask me. I gave 'em the benefit of the doubt, but I wouldn't recommend making the same mistake I did.

Tennessee Wholesale Nursery Warning: Tennessee Wholesale Nursery Uses Shady Tactics and Substitutions in Orders

I really wish I had done my research before making a purchase from Tennessee Wholesale Nursery. After reading reviews from other customers, I realized that everything they said about this company was true. I found out that they have a clause hidden in their "warranty" page that allows them to send you anything they want, even if it's not what you ordered. They claim that it will be equal or greater in value, but what I received was just a common grass plant instead of the more expensive plant I had ordered.

The worst part is that they only offer store credit, which means that if you use it to buy anything from them, you have to keep in mind the substitution clause. It's like they're trying to scam people out of their money.

If you read their reviews and their replies across the internet, it's painfully obvious that this "business" is just trying to take advantage of people. They even took one customer to court for leaving a negative review years ago (and lost), and they have threatened other customers with ruining their credit by filing false unpaid debt claims and using collection agents to harass them. These are both violations of the law, and it's really concerning that they would stoop to such low tactics.

To make matters worse, they do business under multiple names like TN Tree Nursery, DNT Tree Nursery, Quick Growing Trees, Tennessee Wholesale Nursery, and OnlinePlantNursery. It's like they're trying to hide their shady practices by using different names.

Overall, I would not recommend doing business with Tennessee Wholesale Nursery or any of their other names. It's just not worth the risk of getting scammed or harassed.

Tennessee Wholesale Nursery Cautionary Tale: Our Experience with Tennessee Wholesale Nursery's Dormant Viburnum

We done ordered a viburnum from Tennessee Wholesale Nursery last year and planted it in the early fall. It come shipped in a dormant state, which we didn't know what that meant, but we planted it like they told us to. We made sure to protect it from the snow and salt during the winter, and we took care of it during the Spring. But now it's June, and all the other viburnums we planted from a different place are budding, but the one from TN Nursery still looks like a stick in the ground. We done called customer service a bunch of times, and they kept telling us that as long as the scratch test showed green under the bark, it would "eventually green out". But the last scratch test we done showed that the plant ain't viable no more.

Now, if we want a replacement plant, we gotta pay 50% of the cost PLUS shipping. We done decided it ain't worth the risk, 'cause we don't have much confidence that another plant will thrive. We just wanna warn y'all to be careful 'bout ordering plants that come shipped in the dormant state. The warranty only covers the full cost if the plant dies within 90 days, and with dormant plants, you gotta wait until the next season, so your purchase ain't never fully covered.

Tennessee Wholesale Nursery Terrible Customer Service and Incomplete Order from Tennessee Wholesale Nursery

I ordered some bamboo plants from Tennessee Wholesale Nursery (tnnursery.net) almost two weeks ago. On their website, it said that each package contained five plants, so I ordered 45 packages for a total of 225 plants. Since I ordered on a Sunday, I called the next day to confirm my order. The lady in customer service checked my order and confirmed that I would receive 225 plants.

Four days later, my order arrived, but it was short 180 plants. I called immediately, but no one on the phone could help me. They told me to email customer service, which I did several times. Unfortunately, I received very little response from them.

Finally, six days later, they emailed me back and said that my order was complete. They refused to send me my remaining plants or refund my money. I was very frustrated with their customer service, which was the worst I have ever experienced from any company.

Thankfully, I had taken a screenshot of their website, which clearly stated that each package contained five plants. However, I noticed that they had conveniently changed their website to say that each package contained only one plant, and they were charging a little over $4 each. This was a significant increase from the original price of $12.99 or $14.99 for five plants.

I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company because of the poor customer service and the fact that I did not receive all the plants that I had ordered. I would caution anyone against ordering from this company and suggest that you learn from my bad experience.

Overall, I would give Tennessee Wholesale Nursery one star out of five, and that's only because you have to give at least one star to leave a review.

Tennessee Wholesale Nursery tree

Ordered a sour wood tree in Aug 1016, was billed that that time and told it would be shipped in Nov 2016. About Nov. 17th, still had not received my tree and we had already had at least one frost. Once I emailed them saying I had not received it, it was shipped. I got it several days later. This was supposed to be a ball and burlap tree. There was one semi-long root, no ball or burlap. I planted it anyway, as it was supposed to have a one year warranty. Come spring, it never took or grew. It was dead in the ground. I emailed them 2 times to let them know I thought it was shipped too late in the year and that it died and I wanted a refund. I have never heard from them.
I see this company has several other complaints and I am not surprised. How they can continue to cheat people and stay in business is beyond me.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

this person ordered plants, we resent them 3 times and she called and wanted a 4th replacement is truth. she paid for 50 trees and wants 200. I have proof of 3 shipments. Beware any online nursery who deal with people like this. We would not be in business long for sure if we did these type things. It sonly people like this that goes online after an honest company goes over and beyond a policy to deal with them and then they go and slander.
