TMG charges on my cell phone bill

My provider on my cell phone is charging me $ 113.00 for the third party what is:
TMG code/service 33456 skill2thrill and 84040TMG trivia games...your phone NB is [protected]

My cousins, children they used my computer and probably they activated this program...without my knowledge. I want to remain you they are under 15 years old.
I would like to get reimbursement on my account [protected] to my provider Fido... $113.00.
This charges was not fair.

TMG Illegal Text Charge

Dear Sir,
There was a quiz question on my computer and i just replied. Then there were nine more questions. I replied too. Then they ask me do you want your score then let us your cell phone. I gave my cell phone number and they sent me my score to ten questions. That all so far. But later after two days i am receiving text questions on my cell phone that i keep on deleting as i can not spend time. I tried to stop it but i failed to do so. now on November 14, 2009, I received my cell phone that contain Text MSg-Short Code Program charging me $2.00 for each text that I never subscribed. I talk to Bell Customer Service they said they can not do anything . It will keep on charging you unless you talk to the company directly that I didn't know. I requested Customer Service to give me name and contact of the company so that I can talk to them, the Agent deliberately avoided to give details of charging company. On my repeated request, then he gave me information that they are paying to Impact Mobile and find their contact from website. I contacted the Impact mobile and asked the same question they replied that they never charged you but there is another company known as TMG and advised me to talk to them. Agent gave me their contact No. When I contacted them, the agent said he can only help you that you will not receive these text in future but i am not authorized to refund for illegal charge. She gave me email address . I also sent email message for refund for Oct and charge back for November too.
In the nutshell, there is three company collusion to cheat the cell phone users. In my case my Bell company, Impact Mobile and TMG (Text Massage Challenge, [protected]@textchallenge.com). Illegally charges innocent consumers of cell phone. They should be booked as per law of the land.

I never give authorization for payments being charged to my cell phone!
And i will not be paying this amount of $36.00 or any future charges.

I also have the same complaint as maple fudge. this one is through Fido
wich is an extension of rogers. I had absolutly had no idea i was being charged. they say they send a text msg about charges. i check one of these msg's & i can assure you it does not clearly state that this is costing me. I'm very disapointed at rogers. I was a long time customer.I guess i'm still a customer through fido. I know who my next cell comp. will not be

Your complaint is not clear to me. Are you filing a manufactures warranty or did you buy an additional warranty from target? It sounds like your filing a manufactures warranty and in this case target has nothing to do with this process. If you purchased an additional warranty from Target, and it is still valid, then Target will exchange your item at the store. The only time you need to ship back the product is for manufactures warranties.

its all in the very fine print.

the thing you clicked was an ad hoping that you would do exactly as you did.

TMG Fraudulant Charge on AT&T bill

I was contacted by a lady witha heavy foreign accent representing On-Line Business Listing Yellow Pages asking me to verify my company contact information. I was one step ahead and told her to take us off her call list and that I was not interested in her service. THE SAME DAY I got an email that I ordered an uprgrade of my DSL service. So, I called AT&T and with the order number determined it was a company out of Denver by the name of TMG Marketing 720.904.7200. I called and they acknolwedge that they solicite companies to upgrade their DSL Sevice.
