TMC Academy/Education Review review: do not study or work at tmc academy/education

TMC academy have high staff turnover rate

They make their teachers sign a 1 year contract. In the event that teh teachers resign or even get sack during the 1 year, they need to pay the company 2 months salary

The teachers are completely at the mercy of the school. The company can use whatever reasons they like to sack the teachers who will have to pay 2 months salary to the school for beach of contract

The admin staffs are also subjected to such contracts when working for TMC Academy.

They can try to complain to Ministry of Manpower (MOM) who can help them to get back their salary. But if the company decide to sue them for breach of contract, they need to hire their own lawyer to defend them in court.

(You must be nuts to think that the governemnt or MOM will hire lawyer to defend you in court)

So do not study or work in this school
