Tmart.com Order Number

I ordered a case for my Tablet and i didnt recieve an order number. I know the order went through because the amount was deducted from my account. They make it impossible to get in contact with them. I feel it is bad business to not have a customer service number. I sent them two email and didnt get a response.

Tmart.com Scamming users out of t-points

They are located in China. There is no way to contact them via phone.
You can tell by the chat conversation below they care nothing about their customers and they are willing to lose a LOT of business over $1.30. The biggest issue is they are trying to SCAM users out of their "t-points". I had 130 t-points left and went to go check out with my cart of two items...

Memory Card 16GB $11.85
Memory Card 32GB $21.96
Total $33.81

Discount using 130 t-points $1.30
Discount using 15% off coupon was $5.07

Total ended up being $32.51 (Should have been $27.44)

I asked customer-no-support if they could fix the issue for me and they said that I could have the order canceled but my t-points would not be refunded. So I could get the 15% off but I would lose $1.30 of my money. It's just $1.30 but is about the principle of the matter! Steal $1.30 from me today, $10 next week?

STAY AWAY from http://www.tmart.com ! They have policies put into place to scam you!

Tmart.com Screen does load properly and keeps telling me I'm typing in the wrong username and password

The original start up screen is not displaying. It goes straight to the screen where I have to enter my information for my gmail account. It states that too many attempts been made to unlock the screen but then asked for my gmail usernane and password.. it states in the middle of the screen that if I forgot the username and password to go to google co.uk/accounts/recovery. I have not forgot my password because I am able to login on other devices using the same info with no problem. I have tried contacting the company's customer service but they have a number that I can't even call which is +[protected]. I've also tried their express customer service and its way to complicated to figure out all the criteri they are asking for. I used the chat to talk to
someome but they told me to dowload the manual from the website that they gave but it was not helpful at all. I just wanted to get my item replaced and if not a refund.

I need to override screen lock pin as can't enter my tablet.

Tmart.com Wrong product delivered

I purchased a replacement power supply from TMART (order number: [protected] > was delivered on
Jan 6th, 2013 | “mini power adapter for apple magsafe macbook pro a1184”)
After receiving the order I noticed it was the European power plug version,
so was absolutely of no use to me. So next I used their websites customer service portal
and notified them. Now after a month plus, and 3 more attempts
I have not even received so much as an email confirmation, nor any reply what-so-ever. Bear in mind that
this company has one of the most tedious & ridiculous methods of customer
service - you have to send a video and or pictures of the problem, plus verbal description. (Which
I did in the spirit of cooperation.)

Going the extra mile, and doing their customer service job for them - I also even suggested a reasonable solution to save TMART time & money. By finding a replacement, and asking them to just send me this $1.25 part (“EU To Us Power Plug Converter Adapter Sku: [protected]”) and I'll make do with the wrong product. To be honest I just don't want to wait another month for them to get off their ### and ship it on the slow boat from china...again, so I am willing to lower my standards of customer service satisfaction. I also believe that this is their intended result, ignore you to the point that when they finally grace you with an actual response, that you’ll be so grateful for their attention – that you will take whatever crappy is on the table.

To be completely fair, I also ordered a 4000 lumen flashlight, but that product shipped from USA warehouse and I am happy with the product. That was only half of my order, and 50% fulfillment is not acceptable.

All you people considering TMART as a choice for cheaper goods – do your homework. Then take notice all the complaints about them, and on very many consumer websites. The bottom line = Their Customer Service Is Severely Lacking To Completely Nonexistent. My theory is they ignore all customers with problems until they complain on forums like these, counting on the fact that only a small percentage of people willing to actually follow through. I consider it my duty, and I am proud to be one that stands up for victims of theft and unscrupulous companies! Plus I will post on as many websites and forums as it takes until TMART makes this right and I get what I paid for, plain & simple. It's a matter of principal.
Frankly I think the attorney general of my state should take notice of this. I'll forward this and other complaints to him.
Also of note, look around TMART - do you ever see a negative rating for ANYTHING they sell on their own website? I should have noted that bit of B.S. sooner. I even wrote one 2 weeks ago, and “gasp” it has never been posted with the rest of the “customer” (robo writer) reviews. In other words, only TMART employees “customer” reviews for their products.

Tmart.com Haven't Received My Refund

I ordered an Xbox 360 slim hard drive order# [protected] and quickly figured out that the one advertised is a knock off and the one I needed was an official Microsoft Hard drive to play old Xbox games. I requested to cancel the order and was told it was cancelled. I looked in my account and saw that it wasn't. I emailed and chatted via live chat and asked if the order was cancelled and was told that indeed it was and the system is having problems. It still doesn't say it's cancelled. My Paypal payment had cleared and I asked for a refund via live chat and through emails. I was told to wait 1-2 days. It's day 4 and I was starting to get worried. I tried contacting their joke of a customer service phone number which consists of an answering machine. I left a message with no response. I did live chat again and was told that the manager wasn't in to issue a refund and they are on Hong Kong time. This was supposed to be a US site according to their website and I believe they're hiding behind that so people don't know they're shipping from Hong Kong and their products are cheap knock offs. On live chat I was told that only the manager has a code to get into Paypal to issue a refund and to wait 24 hours. I'm not waiting the 24 hours. I've opened a dispute with Paypal after reading the complaints of fraud, non refunds etc. I'm not wasting any more time. Tmart can now contact me through Paypal and at any point I can escalate my claim and Tmart will have to pay Paypal back and have a strike on their record. I don't believe they have any intention of paying my money back and they have every intention of keeping it in their bank account hoping I'll give up like the rest. It's not happening.

Tmart.com I Have Not Received A Refund

I ordered an Xbox Hard drive from Tmart only to find out the hard drive I ordered wasn't an official Microsoft hard drive and that is what I needed to play old Xbox games on the 360 slim version. I immediately cancelled the order by email and through live chat. The order did not show up as cancelled so I requested again for it to be cancelled. I was told there's a problem with the system and it was in fact cancelled. I requested a refund and was told to wait 1-2 days. It is day 3 and there is no refund process started in my Paypal. I tried calling their joke of a customer service phone number which consists of an answering machine. That screamed fraud to me that they have nobody to actually talk to on the phone. Nobody called me back. I did live chat again and the excuses started again about the system having problems, that they are on Hong Kong time and the manager has to issue a refund and he will in 24 hours and that they don't have the password to issue refunds. I was under the impression this was a US site. I think they're advertising that because they know that nobody will buy cheap knock off items from Hong Kong so they like to appear as if they're from the US. After reading the thousands of complaints about fraud, refunds not being issued etc. I decided to take matters in my own hands and open a dispute through Paypal. Tmart.com can now deal with them and if that doesn't work I'll escalate my claim which will give them a strike against their Paypal account and they will instead owe Paypal instead of me. I do NOT take kindly to being ripped off. Please don't buy from this company. It's a scam. Their customer service is a joke and they have no intention of giving your money back. They keep the money in hopes that you'll give up.

Tmart.com Avoid this one at all costs

Well, I wanted to buy my family tablets for christmas and was so excited with black friday and to get a good deal on a few of them. so i waited with walmarts website on my screen and then all of a sudden this other site came up tmart and i got excited and ordered 1 and a case with a keyboard on it. well i didn't see the shipping methods until afterwards and it was going to take like 45 days to get so i contacted online chat as they have no phone service. and told them no way i want it like now so they told me another $30 for express service 1 to 3 days. and i said i want it . and then all of a sudden my tablet is out of stock and i had to either wait or order something else so i looked and i did get another but more money so when i sent them another payment for the shipping i added the difference as well. oh my god, this has been a nightmare. well, yes i need get a package from their states side location but you know what it was ../? it was a free $2.00 audio thing that i didn't order or want and they used my $30.00 shipping fee to ship this item and only god knows where my table and case are at. now, this is the 9th day i have been waiting for my order and they have no support or customer service of any type.
each and every time i did their online chat, i was told a different lie. first the item out of stock and then when they got the extra money oh look it isn't out of stock we shipped it. and then they only shipped 2 cases no tablet and then they said i had to find it myself to track it down . as once it leaves them they don't track it. oh no, now what. my perfect christmas presents is now nothing for christmas for my family.
i have been fighting with them everyday and night telling them i wished i had checked a little more in depth about them they have tons of bad reviews on [redacted]s.com and here and on their twitter and facebook as well.
and then after texting them tonight they are trying to tell me i have received and maybe my children are using it without me know it. lol i said you have got to be kidding me ... so i narrowed the facts down for them. kids aren't here in this state ii live alone my mailbox is the locked kind and my package was express so i would need to sign for it.
now they are saying they shpped and keep sending me the link with the information the same information i have had since the 29th but they keep saying no i found your order and we shipped it.
now they use to get me excited but i have learned that they are nothing but liars, con artist thieves and prey on the innocent to take their hard earned money and then they punk with all the lies.
they kept wanting me to wait as it is shipping ems has it. or my side postal has it and the site will update when united states receive. told them it will never update then because it isn't coming ...so i am going after them as far as going to the officials in hong kong, china and the united states to see if there is anyway tmart can be closed down or website off the internet.
there has to be some way that they can't do this to us
i am so thankful that i use a prepaid credit card so that i didn't give someone from another country my banking info
that is the only smart thing i did on this whole transaction as if i had stuck to my plan i would have my tablets from walmart already and excited to give to my brother and sister. but now all i have is a most horrible nightmare experience that is why beyond my belief. if this hadn't happened to me and someone was telling me my story i would have been laughing saying no way ... but yes way, .
please lets stick together and as a whole group do something about this site tmart
that thinks they can take our hard earned money and not give it back and cause grief and stress and anxiety and probably over there laughing about it all.
now, my nightmare hasn't ended i'm still going thru it. they are telling me there is policy and i have to wait 45 days. and i told them no i don't ... i had paid premium shipping and that means those 45 days is for normal regular free default shipping and i am going to go directly to the card issuer and with all these complaints that are just like mine and with all my conversations that i saved with tmart. i know i will get my $126 back real soon.
so if anyone has any ideas or are in the process of already doing something to try to shut them down please contact me.

I agree 100% with all the negative reviews. One of the worst companies I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. I was fooled in to thinking this was an American company and only later through the appalling email and live chat conversation did I learn it was not. The product I received was faulty and after 6 weeks and numerous emails I finally got a return number but I'm not even going to bother returning the item as I know it will be one long hellish experience. Avoid this company at all costs. I will be adding my review to as many sites as I can and just wish I could get the message out to more people.

Same is happening to me, I ordered a tablet I didn't like it a waited days for a RMA number I returned it through UPS I have a tracking number and proof that it was delivered and signed for first they tell me they couldn't find my order then they finally said they gave me my refund on 3/7/13 it is now 3/15/13 and ain't crap in my Paypal account, I swear I'ma sea these money hungry ###

Tmart.com Refusal of Contact Information

After speaking via chat with live service operator "Lavender", I placed an order for some time sensitive items on December 3rd. "Lavender" assured me that they would be there by the13th, as I was leaving to go out of the country to visit family on the 14th. I ordered items from the US warehouse only just to be safe. On December 6th, I noticed that my tracking info wasn't progressing very fast, so I got on their online live chat to ask what was going on. I was answered by "Janney". Below is the exact transcript of our entire conversation, which wasted an entire hour of my life, and reads like some asinine "Who's at Bat?" skit. If the package doesn't come, well, ok, it sucks, but I'll figure out something else.

What is TOTALLY unacceptable is that I asked no less than 4 times for a supervisor name and number, and was deliberately evaded, left to sit without answers for several minutes, and patronized by Janney for over an hour. If Tmart is advertising itself as an American company, they'd better be ready to comport themselves like an American company, complete with english-fluent agents that don't type in non-sequiters, a contact phone number list somewhere on their website (which I believe is actually a legal requirement), and at least a minimal responsibility to address the requests of their customers, particularly the ones they've given bad information to. :

Tmart.com This is one of the worst experiences I have had for online shopping

Liars, What happened to the 2 days delivery ! This is one of the worst experiences I have had for online shopping. Most of these reviews have been done through friends of the Chinese company Tmart. I ordered two Wi Controllers and it was supposed to be two day free shipping through DHL. I was given a DHL tracking number which had a direct link from the email I received from the company. When I complained they said to be patient and that product was out of stock. So I waited. They said it was delivered and when I filled a complaint they said I needed to check with the “post office”. The first signal that something might be wrong. I decided to go directly to DHL website and input my tracking number. NO surprise there…the tracking number was not legitimate. I contacted their live online support team which of course was no help at all. When I requested a refund they said that I needed to process a complaint through the “post office”. I asked them why they kept saying the “post office” when they use DHL and of course no response. Spend your money somewhere else. They will take it and string you along pretending to be a real company and tell you that it was shipped when there is nothing being shipped.

It showed that Your item was delivered at 1:29 pm on January 08, 2013 in ALBANY, GA 31701. Your tablet and remote were shipped from Hong Kong warehouse. The tracing number is RQ132199078SG for checking. Because the international free shipping, it will take 4-5 weeks but up to 7 weeks to expect its arrival from shipping date 2013-01-03. Please wait paitently.

i have yet to receive my item although i receive some if it. my sister order after me and received her item and they over charged her. my lawyer instructed me to try and contact them again so i did. if they do not respond i will take action because i had no problem paying them so they shouldn't have had a problem sending me my items. i will never shop here again and to anyone else do not waste your time in this site its all a big scam!"

Tmart.com I will NEVER attempt to order anything from TMart again

I attempted to order some merchandise that needed to be delivered in 2 days, so I paid a considerable amount extra?. I used a pre-paid VISA as a precautionary measure in case my personal identifiable information was compromised!. I'd rather them take me for a $100 card than clean out my checking account or run up my credit card for thousands;. The site rejected my card while I was closing out, so I contacted my credit card company to see what the problem was!. They said there's no problem, there's an authorization for $77".89 from TMart?.
I waited 2 days and went online to track my order:. There was no order, but I am still out $77.89. I went online on their "chat line", and no one could find my order. They asked me for an order #, and I told them that I didn't receive an order # because the system kept refusing my credit card, but yet they still encumbered $77.89 on my credit card. They asked me to check my email for a confirmation, and there was no email. I spent my whole lunch hour going back and forth on this BS.
I decided to get back online after I got off work to speak to another "keyboard" since they don't have a customer service # to call, which kind of threw up a red flag to me. After waiting for an hour, YOYO finally came online with me. Maybe YOYO was busy talking to all the other unsatisfied customers. YOYO were as unhelpful as the last "keyboard".
Finally, I said just un-authorize the charge on my card, and I will take my business elsewhere because I've already missed my deadline. No one ever responded. I guess my next step is to contact my card company and dispute it, so I can get back the credit on my card.
I will NEVER attempt to order anything from TMart again. I wish I would have checked the reviews before I got mixed up with this company. I have seen very few positive experiences in the reviews that I've checked. TMart stays in business by preying on chumps like us! ...forget it TMart. I'm going to Brickhouse Security. Ive checked their reviews!

I have bought an excellent product from Tmart.com.Last month I buy the Makeup Camouflage Concealer Palette. The 3 or 4-day, and customer service attitude is very good, also send a small gift to me.I think this is Great store, or will continue to focus on.

For this issue, our related staff check it and found that your payment is still transaction Pending Amount. In general, your payment is still on your credit card account. In our site, we usually charges the payment through our Paypal. We also can not find any order by your emails. We have not charged your money. This Tmart is a company of liars, fraud & scammers. I will NEVER order from this company again - absolutely horrible customer service. I placed an order on 10/15/12 for a droid phone to be shipped to my son in college. He was then coming back so before the item was shipped(although it still hasn't even left their site and it is now 10/31 I followed the website instructions and changed the shipping address. They also don't have a phone number to contact, this company if you want to call them that is HORRIBLE! I have not heard from them at all I now want to cancel my entire order, get my money back and NEVER work with them again, but that seems to be difficult as well. THey sure do take your money right away and then dont produce the product or customer service...I have asked numerous times to ship the phone to AZ rather than OK. I DEFINITLEY would not refer this company AT ALL!

DO NOT buy from this company it is a scam Tmart.com are liars and cheaters. they use a Bate-and-switch selling tactics
I spent hundreds of dollars and they never shipped my merchandise. I am now going to dispute the charges with my credit card company. They have no phone support so in trying to tack down my items i had to online chat with someone and got nowhere. I called 3 weeks ago and they tell me it would be here in 10 days. Now they are telling me 10 more days .What happened to the 2-3 days delivery from USA that was posted for the items ? Tmart.com (aka) Yallstore.com, Yall inc, etech.com & Gadgetown.com still using the same techniques by posing as customers here and on other websites to fraudly boost their rating.

Tmart is a fraud based on dishonesty. I placed an order but i did not receive it. I wasted my time by writing them emails that they didn't answer it They charged my credit card and they refuse to give me a credit back. Then finally they said wait until you receive your items then send it back and when we receive it we credit you, I waited 40 days and i did not receive my order, then i contacted my credit card who refunded my money, it was a headache. I will not use tmart any more and I do not recommend it.

Tmart.com TMART IS A RIPOFF, STOLE MY MONEY AND MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATIONS

I should've read the reviews here before I used Tmart.com. it was a big mistake.
After i placed an order that I never received, I emailed customerservice @tmart.com several times, I did not receive an answer back about my order, and there are no other way to contact Tmart. But the only thing I received is a big credit card bill. They must have used my credit card information .
Now we learned Tmart.com website is not secure.

I agree they are ripping me off too. I am wainting for most of what I ordered. What was delivered today. Was damaged so I asked for a refund of $17.99 They stated we must get permission from our leader to give a refund. They are a joke

COMPLETE RIPOFF...They made a mistake on my order so it was resent to their facilities by USPS. They then told me it would be resent and I'd receive it in 7 days. After waiting 3 weeks and me constantly asking where my order is, they then tell me I have to pay $3 to reship for a mistake they made. They don't value customer service at all as there is no phone number available at all to actually speak to somebody, only some terrible Live Chat that's only available through a special link (the link on the site doesn't work) where they tell you whatever just to get rid of you. I told them to refund immediately and I'm still waiting for my money. I got to this site from a Google search for the product i ordered too, I thought Google had some protection from fraudulent companies like this but apparently not. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, I HOPE YOU GET TO READ THIS BEFORE YOU THINK OF BUYING FROM THEM.

I order a lot of tattooing equipment online. Its cheaper and easier than driving to a ship that sells the equipment. I purchased an $80 order of equipment from Tmart including a new machine, a new power supply, and some smaller things. Not only did it take twice as long to ship, but when I got my products, they we're damaged. I contacted them for a return, and was told I could only return them to have them replaced and that I would have to pay the shipping to send the broken ones back and receive the new ones. I explained to them that since it is their mistake they have an obligation to fix it with no penalty to me. They then tried to blame me for breaking the product so I sent them the packaging it had been it (mint condition box, layers of bubble wrap, impossible for them to be damaged). They then asked for a picture of the product and how it was broken, and after that email I received, I tried to respond but my email is now BLOCKED. I can't even dispute this with them now. They sent me faulty products and then didn't deal with it, which is not legal at all.
If anyone has any suggestions of how to deal with them to get my money back that would be great. Considering this is fraud, I almost want to talk to a lawyer to take them to court.

Tmart send me incomplete item. The item was missing one important unit. They replaced that missing unit with the same unit of another part. As you can see in the picture there are two same units but another unit was misising. Tmart clearly cheated on me with my money!

I ordered items recently before reading the reviews. I wished there was a way to review the order before being charged. I noticed that my shipping address was not correct. Immediately I was looking for a number to contact them and correct it but no number. I found the live chat and someone responded. Why have live chat if they can't help. I was told the address would be updated but received an email the next couple of days that it could not. I contacted FedEx and was told they could change it because the item has not shipped but the label has been created which means they can alter it. I contacted Tmart and was told they couldn't change it. This will be the last time I order anything from them and I did contact my card issuer for a refund. I wanted my daughters to receive the Christmas gifts but I see if they finally arrive to that address I no longer live in that state. I hate this company and process.

I ordered two "3W Rotary Colorful Crystal LED Bulb Domestic Stage Lighting White". I received an email saying they were shipped 10 days ago on November 3rd. It's now November 13th and I still haven't received the order. So I pulled up the email to check the tracking. The number doesn't work. So I tried to contact customer service, however. the online form won't except my order number. Tracking number and order number not accepted, and apparently no way to contact them without those numbers. Horrible company and disgraceful customer service. Avoid it like the plague.

I paid for two items and withen 5 hours I contacted them and asked to cancel order they sent email stating that the order was canceled and that a full refund would be refunded to the account used to order in 1-2 business days. the amount that was to be refunded was $18.29 usd I waited didn't get it emailed again because they too the live chat down so emails the only way of contacting them I asked what was going on why didn't I get my refund they said to give it accouple more day so I did still no refund emailed again they said to give it a week then emailed again and said 2 weeks then I emailed them again asking why I haven't gotten my refund they replied back saying that they did refund so I contacted my bank they said there has been no refund from tmart.com then they told me that at their bank they have over 50 people with the same problem.then they said to report them to the FBI's IFCC department and contact tmart and tell them that your going to report them so I did tmart replied saying that they refunded .3 usd I emailed back asked whats .3 usd they said they refunded .30 cents usd and that they cant refund points I then emailed asking why they refunded .30 cents and what are they talking about points the most points you can use is $2.00 off the order was $20+ and used points that brought it down to the $18.29 I said then they emailed said they will not refund points I emaid asking to speak with manager and for a phone number they refuse to give it I ask why are you stealing my money I'm disabled and don't have much it took me 2 months just to save enough to make the order and asked them to check to see if they sent it to the right account they sent email saying sorry we will fix this and to give it accouple days I contacted them again because I never got refund now they say they cant refund money and that they refunded .3 usd I emailed back said the .3 usd showed in bank and asked where the rest of my money is and they said again wedont refund points and again I emailed showing them the order and the canceled order and showed how much it was with out points and showed how much it was after points and showed how much I paid I paid $18.29. again they said they refunded .3 usd and they refuse to refund anything else I emailed them saying that I paid 18.29$ and you refunded .30 cents and that you still owe me 17.99$ and now they don't answer if anyone has a lawsuit against tmart I would like to know how to get one started this is not a good company in anyway and should be shut down so if any one has a lawsuit against them please let me join the lawsuit and fight to stop them from stealing anything else. PS God is watching and he will punish them for breaking the ten commandment's. god bless all the people who are fighting these thief's / crooks and liar's tmart has no honor and needs to be shut down

Tmart treats the customers as if they are stupid.
This company is not an honest business.
It seems most if not all the positive Tmart reviews are written by Their employees.
I do not recommend it .

We think we have something misunderstanding between us.
For the address, we don’t provide our address as we do not support the customer to pick up the item. We only are afraid of the customers are not been served well. If you tell us the reason why you want to get the address, we will tell you our address for our safety. If you any item’s problem, we also will provide you the return address according to different country as we have warehouses in Hong Kong, The United State and The United Kingdom.

Tmart.com They are located in China, won't ship your products to you, then won't refund your money

They are located in China, won't ship your products to you, then won't refund your money.

Don't even bother to go through their refund process. The only way to get your money back is to dispute it with your credit card company. They want you to use PayPal because PayPal normally sides with the merchant.

They have now used domain privacy so you can't tell who owns the company, and have switched their nameservers, so you can't tell they are in China, but they are. If they are that sneaky and deceptive on their website, what do you think they will do with your money?

TMART.COM ARE SCAMMERS AND A FRAUD! Stay away!

The Chinese are well known for being bullies when it comes to taking your money. I was suspicious that TMART was Chinese so I checked to see where they are from and lo and behold! Thanks for your website.You confirmed my suspicions. I am tired of stuff made in China because it's either counterfeit, cheap or broken.!t is better to shop in a local store or in other countries like Italy, Canada, Greece, etc. .It may cost more money but you are getting a far superior product than anything "made in China". Also, It's getting easier to spot a Chinese website just by the wording and advertisements. Lastly, try to stay away from any food imported from China. I know you're thinking that is impossible but not really, once you get angry enough it'll be quite easy. They do not follow any health regulations and can counterfeit everything from frozen peas to cabbage and even use poor animals that were probably skinned alive and tortured in everything from chicken nuggets to spare ribs. Believe me, it's worth the sacrifice and you will sleep better at night.. I have nothing personally against individual Chinese people. However, when it comes to honor and respect for their fellow man and animals it really sucks.

this was my first time ordering from t mart, and what a big mistake. i ordered a wltoys power star x1 radio controled 6 channel helicopter. when i received it, it was defective. i contacted t mart through email, because that's the only way you can contact them. should be a number you can call for customer service, but there is not. the man named "cimier" has give me the run around. glad that i didn't send it back after reading all these complaint's. they would have my heli and my money. i am going to put in a complaint with my card company. i will never order from t mart again...!

I purchased a Yongnuo600EX RT flash from TMart. The unit overheats and doesn't work. Despite raising the complaint within the 180 day warranty period, they say "out of warranty - you fix on your side", which translated to english means "Bugger off! we don't honor warranties!" I have raised the mattter with PayPalunder their buyer protection scheme. I'll keep you informed but I'm not holding out much hope on getting a refund of over A$200

I only saw these negative comments after placing my order and am now getting really worried. I place my order a week ago and everything seems to be on track. I even received an email saying that my item was shipped. Has anyone ordered hair from them?

I usually shop on tmart. But this time ive had the worst experience. I ordered a product for christmas on dec 10th and it is now January 23rd. There policy is in 45 days no product you get a refund. There customer service was horrible and they now ignore me. i will be contacting my bank about this issue today! Worst experience ever tmart.

Their customer service is TERRIBLE! I have spent 2 weeks trying to get a RMA# to return something so I can get my money back. Still no RMA#. I just received and order that showed up broken. I sent a photo and explained the situation and they are asking me for an explanation. The picture shows it's broke. What more of an explanation can I give you? There is no phone# to talk to anyone and it takes them a day to reply to an email. The online chat is worthless too. No one has ever replied.

It has been over 2 weeks since I placed an order. When I go to check the status of it their website tells me... "Sorry, since you have chosen the shipping way of no tracking number at placing an order, we can’t get your logistics information. Please switch to for the check." I don't even know what that means for sure, I only assume that it means since I didn't pay extra to ship it expedited that I am S.O.L. I have not received my order, but they keep sending me e-mails advertising more products that I can purchase. I plan to dispute my payment through PAYPAL if it does not arrive this week. Thanks for drawing my attention to their obvious customer problems.

My name is Andrew Russell and a week ago i purchased a case from T-mart.com have since heard absolutely nothing. I have repeatedly checked for my logistics information in hopes that my case would have been shipped and could be tracked. Sadly, however, no logistic information is available and has probably not been shipped. Although it is only a $1 purchase, the principle is that i purchased an item and have yet to received an email about it except that they took my money, obviously.I just want some answers and hopefully a peace of mind. Thank you for allowing me to vent!
