I have canceled this so called account I have with this TLG*LIVWEL and they are stil taking money out of my account every month. What can be done to make them stop charging my account?

TLG*LIVWEL is charging me $11.99 a month because I ordered flowers from 1800flowers and clicked for $15 discount. The trick is that they don't give you a discount for that purchase but it is for a future purchase which I didn't make so I didn't get the promised $15 discount. Instead I get charged $11.99 a month. I noticed the charge from TLG*LIVWEL when it first appeared on my bank as a pending charge. I called to cancel but was told that it was too late too cancel since the charge had gone through. I still told them to cancel but two month later I am still being charged by them. I will call them again tomorrow and request refund of all charges and I am also calling my bank to stop payment to them and see what they can do to get my money back.

I called them when I saw thier name appear twice on one credit card bill with two charges of $11.99. I called them to find out why they were charging me. The woman, Theresa said that I agreed to try their service for one month free for a $15 discount off of gardening supplies. After that, the service would continue automatically for $11.99 per month. The service that they offer is discounts off of certain services and goods. I never agreed to this promotion. Theresa said she would credit the money back to my account within 7 business days. We shall see if that happens. I am going to call my credit card company to let them know not to accept any more charges from this company.

This company is defiantly running some pretty underhanded sales tactic tics. Since it is the season to be jolly, I was perusing my bank account statement and ran across this TLG LiveWell “Reoccurring” account on my statement. I ask my lovely wife who handles the bills…. WTF is this . To wit she replied I don’t know. “I thought it was something that you had done. I mean you order did order vitamins didn’t you.” I said .. Yes for GNC not livewell. Long story short. I got on the phone first thing this morning and called them to see just who the heck they were. Well…. There not TLG LiveWell but “Great Fun”. I don’t know about you guys but I’M NOT HAVING ANY FUN. They have been charging my account since Mothers day 2011 38.99 with a promise of come dang coupon or deals on shopping. That I never signed up for . Come to find out that I ordered flowers for my mother on mother’s day and some button that I did not click said sure FTD send my credit card information to a company that I never requested and let them take money out of my account. He won’t mind. So now, not only did I cancel this bogus stuff, but I will never use FTD to send flowers to anyone ever again. This is how 90 percent of us has got…Got. By being nice and sending flowers to loved ones. Not only should we be complaining about this Great Fun company but FTD as well because they knew that they were aiding in Great funds profit on unsuspecting people and abating the crime by some 30 free trial…. That you never signed up for. Criminal just plan criminal. Called bank first had them stop any and all charges coming from this company. Call TLG Live Well and got a refund for only 38.99.
The only way they will refund any more money is to send them a fax or letter. Read through other post and you get the information.

I had the same issue. It wasn't until I called, that I realized that I was being charged for the last 2 years! Call me crazy but If you are like me and use your card all the time and pay it off, you think it was just another simple charge. I called the number listed on my statement [protected]) the number in the previous coment is off by one... and they were very helpful. I was credited the last *12* charges! I was amazed becuase everyone else said 2. I am still going to dispute the last year and get the rest of my money back. Unfortunatley I have to write a letter and fax it in. Here is the information if anyone has the same issue and needs to fax it in.

I had the same problem. I have been charged for over a year, is there anything that can be done to get my money back?

I had the same problem. To fix it just call that 800 number on your statement [protected]). After the LIVWEL* there will be an 8 digit number, that's the account number. Advise them that you don't want the service and don't know what it is. The Customer Service rep can only cancel the account and give you back 2 credits so you'll need to ask for a supervisor after that.

I just got off the phone with them, they were very nice about it. Apparently we got signed up for this when ordering flowers and signing up for a 15% refund, it was apparently a 30 free membership to something but we never got an email about canceling it, never got anything form them in the mail and had no idea we had even signed up for anything.
