Good evening,
My name is Slandy Ogine-Noel. I'm a black woman who have been a long time customer of TJ Maxx. On September 3rd, 2018, I visited the TJ Maxx store at 2195 Market place Blvd, Cumming GA. I purchased a few items which amounted to $200. I left the store and went home. After arriving home I checked to see if all the items that I purchased were there. My receipt stated that I should have 28 items after counting all of the items, I realized that I was missing two ites and one of the items was a double charged. I contacted the store and the employee over the phone told me that I would have to come to the store with my receipt for the credit. On September 4 I went back to the store with the items purchased. The cashier (Indian woman)checked my receipt and quickly noticed the double charge and I told her that I was also missing two items. She checked to see if they were left at the store the day before. She couldn't find them. At some point she asked the associate (white woman)next to her what she needed to do about the situation. The white associate told me that she needed to called the manager and told her that there was an "angry customer " at the store who was missing some items from a previous purchased. After having talked to her manager, the white associate came back to me and asked for my name and number. I asked her why, she told me that they "suspect fraud" and that their team of people needed to investigate the matter. Let me be clear, all if this is over a small sum $26 of products that I didn't receive. I was basically accused of being a shift in front of other customers over $26 worth of products. I complied, and gave her my name and phone number. I asked her how long their instigation was going to take, she vaguely replied that she didn't know. I was appalled by their behavior, no one offers an apology, not an associate, not a manager. It has been three days, I am still waiting for someone to contacts me. I was dumb founded because I Know that TJ Maxx is a diverse company with great core values. I am certain that TJ Maxx does not stand for such discusting treatment of its customers. I figured that it is best to let the company know of the behavior of the employees at it's Cumming GA store. These employees really need to attend a sensitivity training, such behavior is simply unacceptable. I absolutely love TJ Maxx and still do but I just don't see myself ever go back and shop at that particular store again. The manager needs to understand that customers do matter, and ought to be treated with respect regardless of race, color gender or religious beliefs. People ought to be treated with dignity. Hopefully, now that I contacted TJ Maxx about this matter, it will be resolved. Thank you!

T j maxx customer service is horrible... Today i went there to return a pack of candies with a receipt and it was unopened... An spanish "manager" or "coordinator" by the name of bernadish... Or something like that looked at me and said; i dont like u, i will not return it... She started insulting me... Absolutely disgusting... Horrible... Just the worst store to buy and to return stuff.

You don't get rewards for using the silver access card. If you use if 3 times or more per month you are entered in a monthly gift card drawing and receive invites to exclusive shopping events.

I have five emails from TJMaxx not one of them has advised me about the upcoming event on Saturday 9/22/18 at the Lyndhurst, NJ site. Had I not stopped in there today and purchased several items as did my aunt, we would not have known about it. I checked both my email addresses, desktop and phone. All I received was info about new merchandise! Please add me to the events list I'm a great customer!

I have been a TJ Maxx customer for a very, very long time and love Marshalls and Homegoods as well. I have a silver TJMaxx card as well as a TJMaxx credit card. I often use the silver rewards card and another payment method (another card or cash). I have asked different employees if I will still get rewards points and have been met with multiple answers sometimes from the same person!Do I or do I not receive certificate points if I use the silver rewards card? The SynchronyBank charges way too much in interest; my aunt also does not use her card for the same reason.

Also, some of your personnel are way too aggressive. They need to know how to speak to a customer when she/he is asking a simple question. They do not need to speak so loudly that the people in the parking lot can hear them! (this occurred when I asked a cashier about the silver card issue!).
