I bought 16 led canopy lights and and during the week we had rain and water was going through the lights and more than half lights are bent and have huge gaps so I called Titan [censored]ty led company to come and fix them upon customer request which they said they would but never did because supposedly they said to pay for damaged broke [censored] lights which I didn't because : 1, why would pay 6, 000 for damaged and incorrectly installed lights and 2, half my lights are now out and I have to deal a half dark lot. I called and told them to fix it or I'm not paying for them so they sued me over a simple customer request which I find to be the most pettiest thing a [censored] [censored] led company would do. There lawyer calls me and [censored]ed and moaned about us owing them money for broke as lights. I curse this company to hell alongside with owner, and the owner of this company can suck all our dicks of who submitted complaints

Brian Hennessy of Titan LED sells refurbished LED bulbs My experience was to buy a lot of 10 LED bulbs with a Lifetime Warranty . Within just a few months of ocassional use the LED bulbs started failing. The customer service agent failed to respond to my EBay Message asking politely if they were aware of a quality problem. EBay and PayPal were unable to help.

The claimed selling point of these LED bulbs (for me) is their long life - claimed to be over 50, 000 hours .These bulbs from Titan LED are lasting much less time than the cheapest dime store bulbs ! I deliberately bought these bulbs with a Lifetime Warranty to ensure a long service life. In fact both the bulbs and the warranty are totally worthless.

After one polite inquiry about this problem to Titan LED this devious company blocked all communication to them. They also blocked all PayPal transactions.This was to prevent any refunds or charges back? This despite having paid them promptly & giving them perfect 100% Feedback promptly after I received the bulbs.So they actively prevented me from persuing even an inquiry .And no chance of a Warranty claim if they do not respond to email.

I have constantly tried to know about the bulbs but there is no agent who is willing to help me. I have spend a huge amount of money for these bulbs thinking it will be long life. But now I have to change all the bulbs and get new ones from a genuine seller. This is so disappointing how I need to spend again. This is complete non sense from Titan LED claiming their bulbs are long life! I want the refund from this company which is selling fake bulbs! comparatively to other LED's their products are not at all cost effective! All lies and fake promises!

Titan LED and its owner Brian Hennessy have been involved in deceptive, fraudulent, and untruthful practices for quite some time now. For starters, they claim to be 100% USA manufactured LED bulbs yet they have been installing Chinese LED chips in them for a while now, all without alerting their clients to this, let alone their staff.

On top of this, they have had numerous installation complaints, numerous light failure complaints, numerous driver failure complaints, and even numerous rebate complaints from many clients which, to this day, still have yet to be rectified.

To make matters worse, they have ripped off installers of their pay and have even ripped off their own sales reps of commissions earned. They even had their own National Director, who was there since the company's inception, not only quit, but leave to start a new LED company once he realized everything that was transpiring without his knowledge.

Fair warning not to ever do business with a company that continuously allows this type of blatant fraudulent behavior!
