I received a tiscot watch as a christmas present 2015, it was purchased in switzerland in december 2015.In october 2016 the watch stopped. I took it to a local agent who informed me that the battery had failed and it would cost £50 to replace. As the watch was under 12 months old I sent 3 emails to tiscot with no reply!! I feel this is very poor customer service and would look for the faulty battery to be replaced under warranty
