TISSA / The Income Solution SA Not impressed

Good Day,
I was under the impression this opportunity provides data capturing laid by actual companies as advertised.
I was not aware we would need to register accounts (using fake phone numbers and USA addresses that you provide).
Not to mention, you will only start earning once people click and purchase the product or service you advertising.
I do feel you need to be more upfront about the details before taking R440 which is NOT refundable until the person "follows the steps"

TISSA / The Income Solution SA Phone numbers don't work

All there is, is a web page where links don't work, the phone numbers don't work. They never call you back. Why is there an upfront joining fee? That spells scam to me. Why not take a percentage from your earnings like Avon, Tupperware or even Sars for that matter.

Back in 2012 my mother fell for this trick and she asked me to look into this website as she paid the money and they sent her a letter with a user name as promised. And that's where it ended.

Logging in, you're on a web page and you can't move away from it, the links do not work. And they are doing what they said they would, sending you a user name. So legally they are covered. When I tried to call there was a voice mail stating that all consultants were busy and that they would call you back. No call backs ever and consultants were never available as they were all busy with no hold time.

Now the Jhb number doesn't go through. I haven't even tried to call the other numbers.

TISSA / The Income Solution SA the promise not met.

I responded to an advert an advert in the internet by registering by R440.00. The money was deposited by internet banking their FNB account no [protected]. according to their advert the their package would be sent to my email address within 48 hours after receipt of my registration fee and that an sms would be sent to me before shipment of the package. The transaction was done on the 19th October 2018 and up to now the package has not been delivered. They also sent me the LOGIN details of Username. D93519 and Password D93519 which i have found to be fictitious.

Attention D93519 your package only get shipped to you when you actually paid for shipping which you did not, you chose the free option which was the Email option and that is why you did not get a package in the mail as you did not take this option.

I registered with this last last week. Their material and advertising looked real but up to now I have not received their material. i must have real been trapped in their scam.

TISSA / The Income Solution SA Work from home, make money

Who makes really money with this packages? Guys if you don't make money within fourteen days must ask refund otherwise won't get refund after fourteen days, nice trick of them to catch people that way to make money and secondly packages overlap and must pay for it for access and then VIP for rest but then over overlap, why pay for VIP if find rest also in [protected]@career, nice money making, SCAM, the after fourteen days won't refund wonder if they really refund the people? Why don't the people answer your comments if ask if really makes money and if e mail them they also don't answer your e mails, wonder why? Think twice...Tissa is a scam, the adverti*****ts and how to do job is two different things. Tissa can't even assist on all websites and work and how to do it and some websites not working or don't get access to. Some says making money and working, show me how you to do it then, even on the facebook for Tissa if you mail some of the people who says is making money don't even answer your mails, unless they don't want to share their secret...Secondly the jobs overlap between the packages and must pay then for it, I just lost a lot of time not succeeding and lots and losts of data!Tissa one big scam, they don't refund also and ignore a mails

Hi guys, after all the same type of comments from user Pretora i contacted Tissa to find out what is the story about this client this is what their reply was:

"Good day Johan

We appreciate your email and giving us the chance to defend ourselfs as we refuse to pay sites to be able to defend ourselfs.

This client has completed and signed our information material where se explicitly confirmed that see agrees to our terms and conditions, but when it came to requesting this clients refund they failed to comply with the criteria and conditions that was outlined on our information material as well as website before they registered. This client also refers to paying for the VIP membership but in fact used our products without paying their monthly fees and going to the bank to stop the debit order even tough it was signed that one months notice should be given as with any company you sign a debit order with, once again the debit order and VIP options is optional and they chose to take this options as well without being forced to do so.

This clients refund was solely refused based on the fact that they did not follow our refund policies in place.

Surely for example when you go and purchase something at a store they have certain criteria with which you need to comply with to qualify for a refund, as do we.

We have a huge amount of clients making immense success with our products, just by following our guidelines and steps that we supply them with.

We appreciate you contacting us so we can explain our side of the story.

Tissa I am sorry to say but I've paid in Jan'17 my R440 and from end Jan'17 till May'17 my VIP R79 per month for access to the rest, so I didn't use without paying! come and check my bank statements, beginning May when saw didn't made any money since Febr'17 till April'17 I started to think twice about this and started to cancell everything and asked my bank to cancell the debit order from May'17. Secondly the packages overlap, why must over R400 for one package and the VIP for access to rest then overlap. Surveys you can also find at @home career under onliner researcher as well as datahub copy and paste are in fact the same as global data entry in the @home career. Secondly I couldn't get full assistance with what I was struggling because support told me can only asssist up to the classifieds not the rest, I have still all the e mails with all my queries and problems. How must you succeed if can't get full assistance? Thirdly it took my while to go through the tutorials to understand what must be done because not so clued up with the computer and internet, so for saying no experience needed, I don't agree...Fourthly when started and saw after week or two no money made started mailing support at Tissa to ask how long will it take to make sale and was told to me will depends, can take awhile, Also have all the support e mails as proof, so that is why I thought while waiting on copy and paste for sale, let me try the @home career stuff, which also had tutorials to go through before starting, that;s why it took me three months between copy and paste, global data entry, online researcher and article writing to try without making any money on either of them, without saying there was websites I couldn't get access or didn't exist, also have my e mails as proof still to support or acess denied to some websites, So I did really try this but didn't made any money and can't keep on doing this using time and data without making money, I am unemployed and need income, can't wait for money...

TISSA / The Income Solution SA Unsure of registration

The website provided contains different land line numbers including a Durban 031 number, JHB 011 number i cant remember the third one. I wanted to pay them a visit in their Durban office and verify their legitimacy before i join. I then decided to begin by calling to ask for their physical address in Durban since they have a Durban landline advertised on the website. I was informed that they do not have an office in Durban but only in North West where i questioned "but how come you advertise a Durban number since it creates a perception that you also have offices in Durban and worse when i call the Durban number it goes through" The response was that all the landline numbers advertised are computerized and they redirected to one number which is their office number in North West. Ultimately that raised eyebrows to me to say a person may join something thinking that one day i can walk into their offices all to find they are no where to be found. However, like i said above the scheme sounds very tempting and having read through comments iam stuck in the middle right now and not sure whether to consider or disregard. Maybe someone can help me decide? N.D- Durban KZN

We have never used any Durban address on our website our address was always the North West address, the reason why we make use of all the major provinces numbers is to make it cheaper for our clients to give us a call.
You are more than welcome to visit our office in North West, alternatively you can give us a call on [protected] to ask all the questions or you can give us your number and we will be happy to give you call

Leon de Wet, of Tissa.co.za is involved in a very elaborate scam. He advertises that if you join TISSA, they will provide you various jobs available online. There is a cost to join, however there are no jobs on offer. All Tissa provides you is a search engine and a how to guide how to internet market. Don’t get caught by a company called tissa cc / datahub. They say that they create jobs for sa by capturing data for other companies, you pay them r390 to join and they will send you the registration documents and information needed to begin. They are not lying about sending you the info because they do but the “hundreds of companies” that they are talking...
