Tire Works Total Car Care Unethical behavior

I went into tire works - pecos las vegas to get 4 new tires, since I couldn’t afford the $300 all at once for all 4 tires, I applied for the credit with snap fnance in the store. I was approved for approx. $1300. My intention was to only buy the tires, but the manager convinced me that I needed new brakes new rotors and a few other things plus two warranties for the same price. I assumed they knew what they were talking about, they are mechanics right? Before this day I had regular car check ups and never had any issues, in fact I had my breaks replaced a few years before going in to get my tires at tire works…. It took me 2 years to pay off the loan for what I could have paid in a few months if they had just sold me the tires. Here's the kicker - the manager who signed me up for credit (All before even looking at my car by the way) , told me that when snap finance calls me, to make sure I don’t tell them about the other items I have been charged, to only say it was for my tires alone. I thought this was weird, but at the time, I was told that it was important to have these things replaced and being a single income household, I couldn’t afford a break down in my car.
I hopped in to the shop several times during the two years because I was having trouble with air leaks in my tires, and a nail at one time. There was a small slit in one of tires which I was told was “no big deal”. (i was supposed to have a lifetime of service warranty)
This past december my tire light came on, I went in and had them look at the car. I was told my tires were perfect and there were no problems and that the sensor light was broken which they could replace for around $120. I chose not to purchase. I trusted they knew what they were talking about. I drove to san diego the next day, and got a flat on the way. I called tire works, they told me “you aren’t covered outside of vegas” (Nowhere on the warranty states this) I had to purchase 2 brand new tires in san diego because apparently my alignment was off, and my drive line or rotors are not in fact new, I doubt the brakes were even done either!
I have filed a complaint with the bbb, contacted local media, snap finance, and my next step is to contact an attorney.
I think you should know what this company does, there are 100’s of complaints all over the internet in regards to this company. They do not email you back when contacted/, jasmine tells me she is unable to communiate via email - and she told me this via email! I wnt a paper trail of all conversations, I will be trying to get reimbursed for everything I have paid them. My car is falling apart because of their failure to do correct diagnostics. Stay away from this place!

Tire Works Total Car Care Car Repair

HORRIBLE experience. This company is a SCAM! Have spent tons of money unfortunately at the Tire Works shop on Cactus because they draw you in and it will end up costing more if you go somewhere else and don't keep paying them to fix your car. Most recently went in for them to fix oil leak. I bring my car home and it is still leaking. I bring it to the Tire Works closer to my house and the manager at Blue Diamond says that the Tire Works on Cactus fixed the radiator not the oil leak. Doug was the manager at the Cactus location who did all of this has and conveniently in the last couple weeks been fired. I call corporate customer care to get this resolved and JASMINE SALGUERO (who is "head of customer care") was so rude to me, cutting me off, giving me attitude and said that there is nothing she can do. I have NEVER talked to someone is "customer care" as rude and ignorant as this girl! I ask to talk to her boss and she says she is at the very top and she is the only person I can talk to. Please do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Customer service is a JOKE!

Tire Works Total Car Care Tire

The car was towed in by AAA. My daughter had a blow out on the freeway and the AAA driver felt best not to change the tire on the soft shoulder of the road. Went to Tire works where they told her she needed a new tire. I had been on the phone with her throughout this ordeal. I instructed her to tell them to put on the spare and I would take care of the tires on my day off. Next phone call the manager Charlie Meredith told her she needed a new tire. I told her there is a full spare in the trunk. He said, they only sell new tires and couldn't change the tire. They told her a donut would only be good for 50 miles I told her again there is a full spare in the trunk. I didn't hear right back from her so I called and they had sold her a new tire. I asked to speak to the manager, Charlie Meredith, he said, they are there to sell new tires. Good he sold a tire today! He said, it was coming from another store and it was on its way if I wanted to pay a restocking fee and driver time he would stop it. He said, they don't do tire repairs. I asked him if he looked in the trunk and he said, NO. They put on the tire that has been discontinued for over a year 235/50R17 Bridge Stone Potenza G019 Grid $235.00. I even called Bridge Stone and he didn't even think that tire was in inventory anymore. The next day I took the car in to Costco and had them take that tire off and put my full size spare on, No problem. I went into the shop and spoke personally to Charlie he said, it is 100% non refundable because she drove on it. They talked her into a new tire because they made her fell unsafe driving on a donut and said, your going to need a new tire anyway. He said, he would credit me $63.00 if I would buy three more new tires from him. The tire was driven on less 40 miles. I went to Costco and purchased four new Michelin's for the car. There were Michelin's on before and I didn't want a Bridge Stone on the car. I was also told the Bridge Stone didn't have the same drive pattern. I am still fuming over this. I now have a $235.00 tire in my garage that we didn't want in the first place. Tire works just refused to put on the full size spare tire, in the trunk of the car. They only sell new tires, really? I called their customer service and spoke with Danielle, controller and she was just a defensive saying she slide her card through at that point non-fund able. They don't accept returns. I still feel to this day they should give a full refund.

They do NOT mount customers own tires and the do NOT put on spares... They sell tires and offered to do just that... If you did not want that then you could have called another tow truck and taken someplace else...
As far as returning a tire because you did not want that tire, you have got to be kidding me... She drove on the tire so now they can not resell it as a new tire again...
Last, Who cares if it was s discontinued tire line... That just means that they do not make the tire any more... It does not make it a bad tire.

The full sized spare was not on a wheel? They would have to take off the bad tire, mount the spare, check the spare for leaks, balance the wheel. It is a lot to do and would have been very nice if they did it for you, but as they said, they only mount tires they sell and not tires customers bring in. Without the charge for the new tire, there is no money to pay the guy doing the work in the shop and no sale for the manager. The manager might have been fired if he used the shop for unauthorized work, maybe insurance problems, too. Seems like AAA tow truck failed you - should have taken the car to some place that could actually help. Instead, he just dumped it at the nearest place that had something to do with tires? Or, he gets a kickback for towing cars to there?

Tire Works Total Car Care Upsale Pressure

I met the new manager, Michael Deaver, when I went there to fill up my tires for a trip. I mentioned the trip to Michael. My tires registered 34 lbs/ I wanted 40 lbs. Michael "discovered" I had inboard tire wear and recommended that I get new tires for the trip. That my tires were "unsafe." He stated that Bridgestone did not make the tires that were on my car, and quoted three others, while also mentioning the "buy-two - get two free" program. I left and discovered that he filled my tires at 36 lbs. I am giving him the benefit of the doubt that his tire pressure device was faulty. Arriving home, I found on the Bridgestone internet site that they still make my tires. I called Deaver, and he said he will check his two other sources and get back to me. His assistant called me back and offered a fourth brand of other tires. Looking back, it was very poor service, untrue advice and extreme upsale pressure to buy their tires. Another tire store told me I was good to go for another 1, 000 miles or so on my old tires and the wear was not in the "unsafe' range. Tire Works went from a real possibility for my next tires to "don't brother with this place..."

I use to work for tire works, The owners burn there employees and customers. Please believe me folks this company is out for your blood and money. They teach there employees to steal, and if you as a employee don't want to steal from people you get fired. I will be personally filling a complaint with the AG's office soon. I have proof of the theft from all of there stores. If you have had any repairs that have cost you over $100.00 go to another mechanic to make sure parts were put in your car. This company trains there managers to get you to open a credit card threw tire works so they may rip you off.. I have seen a lot of parts not go on cars, and customers get charged for them and the labor to install.. Take it from a honest person take your car to another mechanic and have it checked out before you agree to do it at Tire Works. I have found dealerships tend to be more honest, and in the Las Vegas area Big'o...

Tire Works Total Car Care Threadware warranty

I purchased four Bridgestone tire from 9 North Tire, Inc for my 2007 Honda Odyssey. I have paper work on tire rotation and balancing and wheel alignment (from both Honda dealer and 9 North Tire). Tire Works Total Car Care Waiting for oil change

I called before I came to make sure they were not busy. They said to bring the vehicle right over. I have been sitting here for almost an hour and my vehicle has not even gone back yet. I asked what was going on and they said there was others in front of me. I told them they should of told me it would take a long time. I had a free oil change coupon. Now I know why those who came after me are being serviced first. I will never come here again.

Tire Works Total Car Care Disorganized Corporation

Tire Works AKA Morpheus Investments, LLC. is a scam of a company! Jeff and Roshie Weightman are the owners of this company. I have never seen such a company with so many problems and issues. The amount of scandals that goes on in this company is ridiculous! I work in the automotive industry and have for a number of years and have never seen a company that SCREWS the CUSTOMER! TO CONSUMERS, NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE FOR SERVICE.
1. I have seen the history of former/current customers in their so called database and WOW. How can you charge a customer with a "Buick" almost $4, 000 to replace his exhaust system? It doesn't cost that much to get a PERFORMANCE EXHAUST SYSTEM! LABOR WAS ABOUT 20 HOURS WORTH OF LABOR CHARGES. DOES IT REALLY TAKE 20 HOURS TO REPLACE EXHAUST? GOOD THING I REMEMBERED THE CUSTOMER'S NAME SO I CAN HELP THIS CUSTOMER FILE A LAWSUIT, WHICH IS BEING FILED WITH THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY IN LAS VEGAS. WAIT, YOU'LL HEAR ALL ABOUT IT SOON!
2. FREE OIL CHANGES!?!?! YEAH RIGHT, MAKE SURE YOU CHECK TO SEE IF THEY REPLACED YOUR FILTER/AND OR OIL! THEY PROBABLY DROVE YOUR CAR IN AND LIFTED IT UP AND DID NOTHING! TRUST ME, I'VE SEEN IT HAPPEN AT 5 LOCATIONS!
3. THEY TREAT THEIR EMPLOYEES LIKE SLAVES! A TYPICAL EMPLOYEE WORKS OVER 70 HOURS A WEEK! 6 DAYS A WEEK, 12 HOUR SHIFTS! RIDICULOUS! I CAN'T WAIT TILL MY MEETING WITH THE D.A.!
4. DON'T BUY! THEY NEVER HONOR THEIR WARRANTIES! TPP (TIRE PROTECTION PLAN) WHAT A BUNCH OF CRAP! TO CONSUMERS: IF YOU HAVE A NAIL IN YOUR SIDEWALL OF YOUR TIRE, WHICH THE RMA (RUBBER MANUFACTURER'S ASSOCIATION), BRIDGESTONE, GOODYEAR, MICHELIN, KUMHO, YOKOHAMA, ETC. DEEMS THE TIRE UNREPAIRABLE AND UNSAFE. TIRE WORKS WILL STILL FIX IT NO MATTER WHAT.
5. THEY LIE AND CHEAT! THEY PAY A SALARY OF $450/WEEK TO MECHANICS, AND $550/WEEK TO SALESPEOPLE(MANAGERS) TO WORK 70 + HOUR WORK WEEKS?!?!?! SOUNDS LIKE LESS THAN MINIMUM WAGE TO ME. WHICH I HAVE SEVERAL MEETINGS WITH COMMISSIONERS OF THE LABOR BOARD SOON.
6. INSIDE INFORMATION...(SALES PRACTICES) IF A CUSTOMER COMES IN WITH A MAJOR PROBLEM, MGR IS ALL SMILES (WE CAN GOUGE THIS PERSON) TELL THEM THIS IS WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE CAR (EVEN THOUGH ITS NOT) WE CAN GOOD MONEY ON THIS CUSTOMER! HOW ABOUT WE CHARGE TO PUT THIS PART ON AND DON'T REALLY DO IT. WE SAVE TIME AND MONEY! YIPEE! WOW, THAT'S GREAT SERVICE DON'T YA THINK?
7. KEEP IN MIND FOLKS, THIS IS 2010! REAL RECENT NEWS! BECAUSE OF ALL THE MEDIA IN THE NEWS LAST YEAR( 2009) MY CHANNEL 13 WAS RIGHT ON TARGET AND SHOULD KEEP THE PRESSURE ON TO SHUT TIRE WORKS DOWN!
8. LAST ADVISE TO PEEPS THAT READ THIS! MAKE SURE YOU DIDN'T BUY GEOSTAR AND MILESTAR BRAND TIRES. THEY ARE MADE FROM THE CHEAPEST RUBBER FROM CHINA. I.E. COST OF A TIRE ($35.00)/TIRE. THEY'LL MARK IT UP TO $60 - $80/TIRE. GOOD PROFIT MARGINS IF YOU ASK ME. I COULD GO ON AND ON. YOU'LL HEAR ABOUT IT AGAIN ON FOX5 AND CHANNEL 13 NEWS. THEY ARE DOING QUITE A BIT OF ADVERTISING ON FOX5 AND SOON THEY WILL FIND OUT THAT THEY ARE GOING TO AIR SCAMS OF TIRE WORKS SOON!

Tire Works Total Car Care Multiple Bad Car Lifting / Wrong Front/Rear Tire Install

This is actually 3 complaints.

I had a 95 Mitsubushi 3000gt a few years back, i needed new break pads installed. I called tireworks and setup for install. They quoted me on pads and rotors, as I dug into the rotors. Not quite so, I had new rotor's installed last time I had my break pads changed, since it was an old used car I purchased. This was totally unnecessary, due to the fact that when I hear the first warning break squeak I take my car in immediatly.
I insisted on just the pads, and they installed them. I decided to stand in front of the bay as they worked on my car. As soon as the lift went up, i heard a cracking sound. Now, it is an old car, but as soon as I hear this, I look at the lift and kneel down to see what happened, and they have the lift too far to the left drive side of the car, which broke all the plastic enclosed pop pins that hold the side of the lower skirt of the car on. Now making the the plastic/fiberglass skirt flimsy / wobble and look tacky. They said they ordered the parts to repair it, but I didn't bother to take the car in, cause I simply didn't care, I needed a new car, and purchased my car below; which also had a problem at tire works months later.

My new Dodge Charger, I love it :D, however in vegas roads, theres a lot of junk all over the roads that can hurt your body / tires. That happened, and I blew a tire that I needed repaired. I for some unknown reason took my new car to tireworks to get a replacement tire. I was instructed that the 2006 goodyear's on the car were discontinued and had to get something different. Whatever fine, I needed my tire fixed, I had work, and tire works was close to my house. I decide to watch everything and supervise everything while doing it this time. Everything went perfectly, until I noticed while I was washing my car, that the tire I purchased was not a runflat now, while all my other tires are, even after I asked for a runflat, as well as, the rear tires were moved to the front and the front moved to the rear, for a tire rotation. I didn't know at the time, that the car had two different sized tires in front and back, 255 in rear and 245 in front. AND NEITHER DID THEY. I mean come on its a tire shop, shouldn't your know how to install tires properly? Regardless, I don't care and i'm too busy to be bothered by it, I ended up letting the dealership rerotate my tires properly.

The final and most horrible complaint;

My father, for some reason insisted on going to tireworks to get an oil change and see about a gas leak, different location this time. He had a coupon, I think thats the only reason he went. I knew he needed another gas tank, and specified that the gas tank be looked at, as its leaking at the top due to cracking from age. He was called back and quoted 1300, and that there was only 2 left at a ford warehouse in some other state. Come to realize, that ford stopped manufacturing this part years ago, they don't have it in stock, and will not. I googled for it, and the first result stated an oem product, for 130$ shipped, they said they could install it for $200. Pretty signifigant difference. Who was going to profit that $1000 ? Needless to say, they talked him into getting all new pad's and said the rotor's should be replaced, which he declined.

Tireworks did agree to resolve all the issues, but how hard is it to do something right the first time? And charge people an appropriate price the first time, without having to go home and google, and figure out everything for yourself. I mean come on, do you want repeat business, or are you just looking for money?

Tire works is actually being faulted by the attoreny general, for several problems.

Tire Works Total Car Care No Hassle Road Hazard Replacement Plan

On 3-31-07 I purchased 4 brand new tires for my car and purchased the Protection Plan Warranty Tire Works was selling totaling $914.81. This warranty states if I have a "road hazard (such as cut, puncture, snag or impact break) Tire Works, at it's option, will either repair at no charge, or if not repairable, replace the failed tire with a new (same) tire or comparable tire, or refund the original purchase price of the tire only." On 2-18-09 my tire was low so my husband aired it up with his air compressor and took the car to Tire Works. Mike Deaver (the store manager) said that their was a nail in the tire and they can patch it (no charge) but the patch won't hold. He said the tire is unrepairable and we need a new tire. He then proceeded to say that we would have to pay for the tire and the warranty won't cover it because he says we neglected the tire. He says their are burn marks on the tire indicating we drove it while it was flat. This is a false statement. Then he proceeded to tell my husband that all 4 tires look rough and we just need to buy a whole new set of tires. He said he would give us a good deal on a new set for $700. I get all my regular service (oil changes, tire rotation, etc.) done at Desert Nissan and had them fax over my last service. October 18th of 2008 I had the car serviced and Nissan stated all 4 tires were in good condition. Since October 18th as of today 2-20-09 there have only been about 2, 000 miles put on the car. After arguing with Mike about this warranty he told me I could call the Corporate Office. He gave me the number [protected]. I called and spoke with Heather. She apologized for the way Mike treated us and said she would call him and see what's going on and call us back. She called me back shortly after this and said the same thing Mike said. She said they would not warranty the tire. I asked for a refund since they were going to honor the warranty. She told me that they patched my tire for free. She told me I could take it to another Tire Works location. I asked her if the other location would have to go thru her as well and she said yes and she said they are not going to honor the warranty. Tire Works is lying about this tire. We have NEVER driven this car while the tire was flat. My husband has an air compressor in our garage and he airs our tires up all the time. Tire Works is trying to scam us out of more money by trying to get us to purchase more tires. Mike also informed my husband that the tires I purchased from them in 2007 have been discontinued.

similar thing happened to me" my tire got a bubble in it, I took it to Silverado location- and the guy said my struts were bad would cost $1200 plus $200 new tire it wasn't covered under warranty. and was yelling at me . I told him I had a Toyota warranty to cover them. so I left the store and went to Toyota. they said struts are fine. so I called the warranty # Jeanne said take to green valley location and talk to mike or mark, mike said struts are bad Toyota doesn't know what there doing. so I went back to Toyota told them what mike had said . went back to tireworks made them put a donut on tire mike was suppose to order new tire he forgot and quit the next day so I called the store today 10-15-13 took my car back to get struts inspected mark said the tire has separation which caused bubble its not covered. warranty does not cover tire separation. he also said my struts were fine.. I guess they don't want to cover any tires.. but would sell me another tire with warranty package.. bull crap... I am filing with department of business and industry- they have pending fraud charges.

I went today, 6/30/10, because my tire had a nail in it. I asked how long it would take and was told 45 minutes, which I was okay with. An hour and a half late, my truck was still outside and hadnt moved at all. I have a warranty on my tires, so I did not think there would be a problem. When I asked the cashier how much longer he asked if I could come back in the morning. I said no because I am a full time student and I also work, so my time is very limited. This is not the first time I have had customer service issues with Tireworks. If I had know simple repairs would be so time consuming I never would have bought tire from this place. I even asked if there was another Tireworks I cold go to and was told they are all would take the same amount of time. Then to top it off the cashier gave me his card and wrote "Free Flat Repair" I though why should I pay, I have a warranty that I paid for. What a joke!I do not recommend Tireworks to anyone. I even spoke to an ex-employee of Tireworks and he said that they are crooked too. This Tireworks is located at 2220 W Horizon Ridge Parkway. STAY AWAY FROM TIREWORKS!

Tire Works Total Car Care Fraud and scam

My battery needed replacement so I trusted this place to take good care of me since I live in the neighborhood. The manager suggested the best, Ultima battery, supposedly a 5 year battery. I sprung for the $244 battery. Yes, that is right... $244! Five days later the battery was dead in my garage. The tow truck guy told me it was the battery. I called Tireworks and the manager told me that it was the starter. I took the car to the Toyota Dealer and they told me that it was the wrong battery and it was installed wrong, that is why it went dead. I replaced it with another one from the dealer. Tire works refuses to refund my money. Don't trust these guys with anything on your vehicle. I am out the $244 all because I trusted this place. Don't go there... ever or You'll be sorry like I am.

I own a 2012 f350 super duty 4x4 diesel
I went there for a set of toyo r/t 35/12.50/18.
Price was descent. But 6 months later was up in California where there is NO fireworks. Went to an American tire store to have a tire rotation and balance to find out they are NOT the proper load range tire for my truck. So needless to say no rotation or balancing. Immediately calling tire works on Ann rd / Simmons in north Las Vegas. They put me in touch with (remember these names ) Jazzmine and Daniel. Two women that have absolutely NO business being in that position. CUSTOMER SERVICE. Lmao. So since sept of 2016 I've been battling with them to replace my tires to the proper load range which is 128. They install a 123 which is incorrect. So basically if I should get into an accident tire works is liable. But they don't care. They live in some fantasy world. There excuse is I may have told the salesmen just to give them to me. I'll take that risk. Lmfao. Which if that was the case why would you give me a full road hazard warranty. Rite there they admit the guilt. Now they saying bacause I went from a 20" rim to an 18" rim that they are free from liability. So stupid. I've been in touch with ford, toyo tires, discount tire, ted wiens, superior tire and big O. They have all said that TIRE WORKS IS %100 in the wrong and should take responsibility for there screw up. But these 2 women have not a clue. They also said I'm just concerned about how the vehicle looks over safety. Is this rediculous. So here it is 5/24/2017 and they still don't think there wrong. I cannot tow to its full potential. Afraid tires will blow and injure or kill someone.
So basically stay the HELL AWAY FROM TIRE WORKS.
If you have to pay a little more then got somewhere else. Even that Mexican tire shop on Craig and lamb. Lol
There's a lot more they have screwed up as well.
So now I'm filing a small claims suit against them. So stupid. I have documented paperwork from all the above listed earlier that they screwed up.
So tire works WOMAN up and admit your wrong and take care of your screw up before you really do KILL someone or someone's.
Next is news 13

I purchased a set of bridgestone tires for my corvette and had them put on brand new zo6 corvette wheels not only was the balance incorect one tire was put on backwards but was corected . The problem is they have been balenced three times over a period of months and still can't get it right, and now they tell me they don't have any weights to rebalance for almost a month. Just how long does it take to get your wheels balenced corectley at a Sams club one pissed off customer!

I took my SUV in because the brake lights were out and I've used Tireworks in the past and they are close to my home. They advised that there was a computer box that was faulty and needed to be replace. They said that they didn't have an account with the dealership and that the part could only be purchased from the dealer. I asked them if they could repair the vehicle if I purchased the part and they said they could. I had to special order the part, a $700.00 part, and then picked it up and dropped the part off to them and they said they would call when it was ready to be picked up. I got a call from the manager, Craig, who said that the part did not fix the problem, and when I asked what I was supposed to do with the $700.00 electrical part they told me to purchase they said they couldn't do anything, but hey they weren't going to charge me for anything that they did (which amounted to them having the car for two days and spending $700.00 of my money). When I asked the manager, Craig, whom I could speak with in their customer service department he told me to call "Heather" and she could help me. I called the customer service department on the Monday after picking up the car on Saturday, and provided all the details, and waited approximately 2 hours for a reply.
The reply was I was out my $700.00 and they weren't responsible for for their mis-diagnosis. I was told too bad. I asked them how they could possibly make sense of that from a business standpoint when it was their "technician" that made the diagnosis, and told me that the $700.00 part would repair the problem. They told me my request to be reimbursed would not be honored. I asked to speak with someone in a position above this person and was told there was no one else, even though this woman was not the owner. She would not provide me with any information in which to contact an owner and once again told me that my request would not be honored, and that I was on my own.
After taking it to the dealership they repaired the problem, which was a completely different part than was diagnosed by Tireworks.
With that said, not only will they receive no more of my money, but I want to tell everyone that will listen that this company is not to be trusted. They will not stand behind their work!
DON'T USE THIS BUSINESS, they will take your money and not take care of you.

Hi, I know your post was back in 2016 but I am currently in a lawsuit against them after the blew the engine on my Jaguar. The assistant manager who took in my car quit, came to my lawyer's office after he quit and gave us a full declaration under oath of how the scam works. You can enjoin on my case or if you're not interested in doing that I would appreciate if you can reach out to me to share any information and/or your experience with them that I can use for my case. I can be reached via text or call at 702.818.0315. Thank you

Absolutely the worst car repair experience of my life in service as well as cost. Totally got steered into a very expensive transmission rebuild by not getting honest, upfront information regarding the entire vehicle upon inspection and quote on the work needed. It has been in and out of the shop since and still not fixed which has been costing me a fortune just in rental cars and whatever else.

This place needs to be put out of business bad. The whole shebang is incredibly shady all around.

My wife stopped by Tire Works on Craig and Decatur, to replace the right front tire on her Subaru Legacy and they said it would cost $450.00, luckily she called me and I told her to leave. What a bunch of [censor]ing con artists.

I took my car in for an alignment, they said there is a six month warranty. I had bought brand new tires before i took my car in for an alignment at Tire Works in Las Vegas, Nevada, specifically the location was at 7070 South Jones Blvd, 89118. After my alignment was done everything seemed fine until the 6 months were up and my car steering wheel started shaking side to side when i drove it, especially on the highway. They told me it was doing this because the alignment ran out?... which made no sense to me, because they admitted to doing the alignment but they still say it is not their fault because the warranty was up. They ruined my three new tires, because half of the tire was scraped off because of the bad alignment job. The manager was really rude, and kept saying it was not their fault, when everywhere else i went, they said that who ever did the alignment did a poor job on it. This company is full of [censor] and should get shutdown. They are stealing people's money. total rip off.

DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOU VEHICLE!
the manager laughed at my face when i said i would sue them.. what kind of place is that?
customer service = bad.

OVERALL: i paid about eighty for the alignment, which ruined the tires i had just bought from another place, brand new tires.
TIRE WORKS IS [censor]!

This place is a JOKE. Do not take your car to these crooks. I worked at the location on Craig and Decatur for one day and quit because i could not stand to see people getting ripped off.

I didn`t even receive a paycheck for my days work. I called the owner of the company after a few days, a woman named roshi or something like that. She flat out denied that i worked for the company and said i had no paper work to prove it..What a crooked [censor]. I hope tire works burns in hell.

This place is scam central. I can't believe they are still open for business. They threatened one of my best friends because he didn't want to pay for some unneeded repairs. A bunch of bottom of the barrel thugs run this joke of a company.

These guys were completely rude, not helpful AT ALL, and told me they could not even remove my flat tire from my car...after not even TRYING to do it. They did not offer any solution to the problem and will never get business from me!

I paid a bill by credit card. A year later I see a charge from this company on my credit. I call. I'm told they made a mistake and I owed a balance of $203. Without a word they reported this to my credit and now want $685! I was told sorry for the mistake. But pay the balance in full!
