TinyPrints Mixed Experiences with TinyPrints

As someone who has interacted with TinyPrints, I must say that my experiences have been quite mixed. While the quality of the products is generally good, there have been significant issues with delivery timelines and customer service. On one occasion, I paid for expedited shipping for Christmas cards, only to have them arrive after the holiday. The lack of timely communication and resolution from customer service was disappointing. Despite the attractive designs and quality of the cards, the overall experience left much to be desired. It's essential to weigh the pros and cons carefully before placing an order with TinyPrints.

TinyPrints I had a great experience

I had a great experience. I have used them for 10 years with excellent results. This year, there was a hard-to-spot typo (my fault) that the designer didn't catch (their fault) and they reprinted the whole order for me for free. Thank you very much! I will continue to use them every year.

TinyPrints Wonderful experience

Wonderful experience. Ordered grad party invites and postcards, which were perfect.
Everyone loved them. Liked the fact that I could add my own pictures, personalize the invites, and have people rsvp via the website. I was shortchanged one postcard, but they sent me 10 right away to make up for it. Would definitely do business with them again without hesitation.

TinyPrints I just made Valentine's Day cards for both grandparents

I just made Valentine's Day cards for both grandparents from my son. I realized I wanted to make minor changes to the color of the fonts after I submitted my order. I decided to contact customer service a few minutes after I made the order. It was too late. Their business is so efficient in printing orders, it was already being processed. They offered me a free card the next time I order. Mind you, the font color is a minor change as it was something I should have edited before I clicked place order. Thank you Tiny Prints I am a loyal customer of yours from now on!

TinyPrints Wonderful!

Over a number of telephone conversations I have been actively creating a Christmas card for 2015 with an exceptionally patient and competent Lead, Tim Personius. He was creative and helpful in designing my card this year, in the same proficient manner in which he also helped me create a Christmas card in 2014. I would highly recommend Tim for the position of Supervisor as his personality, attitude and artistic competency reflect extremely well on your Tiny Prints/Shutterfly reputation. This is my 8th year in choosing Tiny Prints for my yearly holiday card. I have never been disappointed in the past and can highly recommend Tiny Prints again this year along with Tim Personius. TinyPrints I've been using Tiny Prints for our holiday cards for

I've been using Tiny Prints for our holiday cards for a few years now. They've always delivered on time. This year, I ordered our cards, received the digital proof by email and after I submitted my OK for the proof, I realized that I needed to change out the photo. Oops! I emailed customer service and attached the new photo to my email. Then noticed that they have a live chat, so I sent them a text to which the rep looked into my order immediately, and the change was made as I had requested. They even sent me an extra proof to see the final product before sending it to print. And despite the fact that this extra round of work was involved, the cards were delivered 3 days before the expected delivery date! Such a helpful team and great service.

TinyPrints CANNOT believe the negative reviews!

I ordered my daughter's baby shower invitations on February 2nd. Estimated delivery was February 15th. Got them on the 13th.
Also, I had SEVERAL edits. They usually charge after three or so edits, but they did not charge me and very quickly made the adjustments and emailed me each proof. And I had to call back and order more, which they gladly added.
Not only that, but they emailed me a 20% off my order plus free shipping directly after I placed and paid for my order. I simply called them and told them and they refunded me the difference to my debit card within two days.
The invitations were perfect, they came early and I had very helpful customer service.
My advice to cranky, lazy people is don't wait until the last minute to order your prints. I ordered our invitations two months ahead of time and still got them early.
I had a fantastic experience with Tiny Prints and would recommend them to anyone.

TinyPrints Terrible Customer Service and Late Delivery: My Experience with TinyPrints

I gotta tell ya, I had a real problem with TinyPrints. I mean, I was so mad I filed a complaint with the better business bureau this morning. And let me tell you, if you've had a bad experience with them, you should do the same. This company is just not up to snuff and we need to spread the word.

So here's the deal. I ordered some Christmas cards from them and I paid extra for rush delivery. But after 9 days, they still hadn't shipped my order. And let me tell you, trying to get in touch with someone at TinyPrints is like trying to pull teeth. I mean, the average wait time to talk to someone is 117 minutes! And they're on Pacific time, so if you're in the Northeast, you gotta call in the afternoon or evening to get through. And even then, they don't respond to emails and when you finally do get someone on the line, they're not helpful at all. They don't know where your order is in the production process and they can't explain why it's not being delivered on time.

And get this, their hours are only from 11-7 Pacific time. And during the Christmas season, they don't seem to have enough staff to handle the increased call volume. I mean, expecting customers to wait over 100 minutes to talk to someone about an order that's already past its shipping deadline is just plain ridiculous.

I still haven't received my cards and I'm gonna ask for a full refund. Honestly, I don't think this company should be in business. They just don't seem to care about their customers or their deadlines. So if you're thinking about ordering from TinyPrints, I'd think twice.

TinyPrints Disappointed with Tiny Prints' Service: Rush Shipped to Wrong Address & Charged Again for Their Mistake

I recently ordered my baby shower invitations from Tiny Prints, and I must say that I was a bit disappointed with their service. I had previously ordered some wedding-related items from them about a year ago and had a positive experience, so I thought I would give them another try.

However, things did not go as smoothly this time around. My billing address is in a different state from my current address, and I was surprised to find that they had rush shipped my order to my old address. When I contacted them to have the invitations reshipped to my new address, they informed me that it would take another week and that I would have to pay for rush shipping again if I wanted it to arrive on time.

I was not happy about this, as I had already paid for rush shipping and felt that it was unfair to charge me again for their mistake. I even double-checked my billing and shipping addresses, but the customer service representative, Veronica B., did not seem to care. I felt like they were price-gouging loyal customers like me, and it left a bad taste in my mouth.

I understand that they had to reprint the invitations, but it was their mistake in the first place. I hope that I can still send out my baby shower invitations on time, but I am not very confident at this point.

Overall, I am disappointed with Tiny Prints and will not be using their services again. Their products are already quite expensive, and I do not appreciate being treated poorly as a customer. I will be telling anyone who is in the market for their products to go elsewhere. It's a shame, really.

TinyPrints Disappointing Experience with TinyPrints: Invitations for 25 Year Company Anniversary Party Still Not Received After a Month

I recently placed an order for invitations to a formal 25 year company anniversary party on TinyPrints.com. I was really excited to receive them and send them out to my guests, but unfortunately, it has been over a month and I still haven't received them. I even paid for expedited delivery and was supposed to have the invitations with custom envelopes by the first week of December. The event is in mid-January, so I was really counting on having them by now.

I need to have my RSVPs in to the banquet hall by December 30th so that I can get an accurate headcount and pay my bill. But without the invitations, I can't even send them out to my guests. It's really frustrating because I spent nearly $20k on this event and now it seems like nobody will be able to attend because they haven't received an invitation.

I've called TinyPrints multiple times and have been promised that I would receive the invitations by the next day, but I still haven't received them. It's really disappointing because I was hoping to use this company for future events, but now I don't think I will. If you're thinking about placing an order with TinyPrints, I would suggest finding a more reputable company. The positive reviews on their site are obviously fake and posted by the company themselves.

This has been the worst online shopping experience I've ever had and it has cost me way more than they could ever repay. I'm really disappointed in TinyPrints and I feel like they've ruined this event for me. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to it. I hope that they can improve their services in the future so that other customers don't have to go through what I did.

TinyPrints Terrible Experience with Tiny Prints: Late Delivery, Inconvenience, and Nightmare Customer Service

My experience with Tiny Prints has been a complete disaster. I placed an order and paid for Expedited shipping, which was supposed to arrive before Christmas. However, I received an email stating that my order won't arrive before that date, even though I placed the order days before the cutoff date. I upgraded the shipping to the fastest available, but still, I couldn't have my items delivered before Christmas. I was so disappointed and frustrated.

To make matters worse, I received another email telling me that the items I ordered are being shipped separately and will arrive on different days. This was not what I expected, and it caused me a lot of inconvenience.

Getting in touch with customer service was a nightmare. The online chat was closed at erratic times, and it was only open for part of the day. The times even changed from being closed on Fridays (which the site stated on Friday Dec. 16) to being open 11-5 Mon-Sun (which was on the site the following Monday Dec. 19). I also sent several emails, but none of them were answered. Calling customer service was even worse. The wait times were between 80 - 120 minutes, which was ridiculous. If you leave your call back number, you get a call back about 3 hours later. It was so frustrating.

In conclusion, I would never recommend this awful company to anyone. The whole experience was terrible, and I regret placing an order with them. I hope they improve their customer service and delivery times in the future.

TinyPrints Disappointing Experience with TinyPrints: Incompetent Customer Service and Technical Issues

I gotta say, my experience with TinyPrints was not the best. I was trying to get some holiday cards for a client and it was just a mess. I made a card and ordered 10 to check them out before getting 500 more. But when I tried to change the order amount, it was like the system was fighting me. And I needed to change the address on the return labels too, which was just another headache. So I called customer service and let me tell you, I was on the phone for a whole hour. But they said everything was good to go.

But then, two days later, I got a message saying there were no photos on the card. And I couldn't even get into my account to see what was going on. So I called customer service again and spent another hour trying to figure out where my photos went. They said it was all good, but I didn't trust them. So I asked for a digital print and guess what? No photos again! I had to call customer service AGAIN and it took four rounds to finally get the card ready to order.

They did give me some discounts, which was nice. But then I found out that the order wasn't even rushed, so my client is gonna get the cards a whole week late. I had to call customer service AGAIN and they gave me another discount, but honestly, it doesn't even make up for all the time I wasted. I wouldn't recommend TinyPrints to anyone. They're just too incompetent.

TinyPrints TinyPrints Ruined My Christmas: Unprofessional and Misleading Service

I ordered some cards from TinyPrints on December 10th and I was really excited to receive them before Christmas. I chose the expedited shipping option so that they would arrive no later than Friday, December 16th. However, on that day, I received an email from TinyPrints saying that they had some production issues and that my cards would be shipped in 1 to 3 business days. They also said that they would overnight the cards to me, but that would mean that I would receive them on Thursday, December 22nd, which was too late for me to send them out to my friends and family.

I immediately called TinyPrints on Friday, December 16th, but the hold time was 240 minutes, which is 4 hours! So, I decided to call them on Saturday, December 17th, and the agent told me that my cards were ready to ship, but they would have to go out on Monday, December 19th, for a Tuesday, December 20th arrival. I called them again on Monday to make sure that the cards had shipped, but they hadn't! They told me that the cards 'should' ship out on Tuesday, for an overnight delivery to arrive on Wednesday, December 21st. But, it's now Tuesday, December 20th, and I still haven't received a call confirming that they shipped my cards for delivery tomorrow. I'm really upset because they have ruined my Christmas! Not only is this unprofessional, but the information they give out is not true! I still don't know when I am going to receive my Christmas cards.

After I escalated my concerns, they did agree to reimburse me for the entire cost of my order and still overnight me the cards. However, at this rate, I doubt that I am ever going to receive my cards. I'm really disappointed with TinyPrints and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They have ruined my Christmas!

TinyPrints Terrible Customer Service and Orientation Issues with TinyPrints Christmas Cards

So, I got this coupon for TinyPrints and I thought, "Hey, why not order my Christmas cards from there?" I went ahead and bought a square card and some longer envelopes because the website said that I wouldn't have to pay extra postage for them. But when I got the envelopes, the flap was on the side, so I put my address label and stamps there. And guess what? Every single envelope (all 150 of them) was returned to me because the USPS said that I needed double postage because of the way the envelope was oriented. I was so mad!

I contacted TinyPrints and they told me that I should have known which way the envelope should have been oriented. Can you believe that? They wouldn't even reimburse me for the stamps! All they said was that they would send me new envelopes. Like, what does that cost them? A couple of dollars?

Now, I have to decide whether to buy all new stamps (which would cost me $75) or readdress 150 new envelopes, cut out all the stamps from the old envelopes, and tape them on the new ones. And to make matters worse, the envelopes won't even arrive until three days before Christmas (I guess they couldn't afford to ship them any faster). So, I doubt that I'll be able to get them out in time for Christmas.

TinyPrints should have told me that I needed to orient the envelopes in a certain way or put the flap on the long side where it normally is. I mean, come on! And to top it all off, their products are so expensive (even with the discount certificate). I will never do business with this company again. Their customer service is terrible!

TinyPrints Disappointing Experience with TinyPrints: Delayed Delivery and Poor Customer Service

I recently ordered some Christmas cards from TinyPrints and I must say, I was quite disappointed with the whole experience. I was promised by both the website and a customer service representative that my cards would be delivered by December 16th, which was perfect timing for me to send them out to my family and friends. However, on the day of delivery, I received an email stating that there was a production delay and that my cards would not be shipped out for another 3 business days. This meant that I would not receive my cards until after Christmas, which was a huge letdown for me.

I decided to call TinyPrints to see if there was anything they could do to expedite the process or at least offer me some sort of compensation for the inconvenience. However, I was put on hold for a whopping one hour and 40 minutes before I finally got to speak to a customer service representative named Taylor. Unfortunately, Taylor was not very helpful and seemed quite rude throughout our conversation. She offered to take off the shipping cost, but I felt that this was not enough since the delay was due to a production issue on their end, not a shipping delay.

When I asked to speak to a supervisor, Taylor informed me that I would have to wait on hold for at least another hour before I could speak to someone. I was already frustrated with the long wait time, so I told her that I did not want to wait any longer. However, she decided to put me on hold anyway, which was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

Overall, I would not recommend TinyPrints to anyone. The customer service was terrible and the delay in production caused me a lot of stress and disappointment. I spent $85 on these cards and now I won't even be able to send them out until after Christmas. It's a shame because I had heard good things about TinyPrints before, but this experience has definitely left a bad taste in my mouth.

TinyPrints Disappointing Experience with TinyPrints: Poor Quality, Mixed Orders, No Envelopes, and Terrible Customer Service

I gotta say, I was really disappointed with my experience with TinyPrints. I mean, I wouldn't even give them one star if I didn't have to in order to leave a review. It was just that bad. I ordered some premium cards, thinking I was gonna get something really special, you know? But what I got was seriously underwhelming. I mean, it looked like a 5-year-old had printed and cut them out. And to top it all off, there were no envelopes included! What kind of card company doesn't include envelopes?

I tried to tell myself to be grateful that I even got my cards, since I know a lot of people have been having trouble with shipping this year. But then I realized that halfway through my stack of cards, I had someone else's cards mixed in with mine! How does that even happen? It's like they just threw two completely unrelated print orders into one and called it a day.

So then I had to go out and buy envelopes myself, which was a pain. And I was debating whether to send my cards out with the mystery family's cards or try to get in touch with customer service. But when I finally did get through to them after waiting on hold for 176 minutes, they just hung up on me! Can you believe that?

And it's not just the cards that were a problem. I also ordered some custom stationery to give as a gift, and that was a mess too. The plastic shrink wrap was melted onto the corner of the notecards, which was really disappointing. And the personalized waterproof labels I ordered were folded in the middle of a line of labels, which ruined six of them. They packaged everything in a box that was too small, so they had to fold the labels to fit. I've been ordering cards for years and I've never seen anything like this before.

All in all, I paid more this year than I ever have for cards, and I was by far the most disappointed I've ever been. I don't think I'll ever order from TinyPrints again. If you're looking for a good card company, I'd recommend checking out Simply to Impress. They've been amazing the past few years, and I'll never use another company again. Beware of TinyPrints, folks!

TinyPrints TinyPrints.com: Buyer Beware! Don't Trust Their Customer Service!

So, I had a pretty bad experience with TinyPrints. I was ordering invitations online for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary and decided to call to make sure everything was going to go smoothly. The lady on the phone assured me that they could ship the invitations to me, but not to PO Boxes. She said they would send me the PO Box invitations separately so I could mail them myself. I was a bit confused, but she reassured me that everything would be fine and that the invitations would be printed the next day and mailed out the following day.

Fast forward 8 days later, and I was expecting all the recipients to receive their invitations. However, when the mailman came, he handed me a package from TinyPrints with ALL my invitations, except for the PO Box invitations! I was so angry! Now I had to take time off work to stuff envelopes, go to the post office, and pay extra for expedited shipping across the country (I'm in CA, and the celebration is in NC).

I called TinyPrints.com and was told that it was entirely their fault for "dropping the ball." I told them that they had severely hurt my parents' 50th anniversary as the invitations would be late, and it was all their fault. It was noted in the system what the lady had told me when I made the order! Their solution for all my stress, taking off work to do what I paid them to do, and paying extra to hopefully get the invitations out was a $34 refund on a purchase that was over $200! I mean, come on! To admit they screwed up, making me do what they advertise that they do, and then giving me not even a 15% refund? That doesn't seem right to me.

Maybe I should be happy with getting 15% back, but after all, it's not their parents' 50th anniversary at risk here. Why should they care about lying to me (or their employee being incompetent, whichever it was)? I'm just a small order that apparently means nothing. Buyer Beware, I know I will NEVER use them again.

TinyPrints Never use this company

I order Christmas cards from Tinyprints. The website and customer service lady both said that my christmas cards would be delivered by December 16th. On December 16th (the day the cards were suppose to arrive) I received an email stating that there was a production delay and that it would be another 3 business days before my cards would be shipped out to me which basically means that my cards that say Merry Christmas on them will be delivered to me on or after Christmas then I will have to mail them out to family and friends after Christmas. I was very disappointed with this email so I called TInyprints waited on hold for one hour and 40 minutes before I got to talk to Taylor who could not have been ruder she offered to take off the shipping cost. I told her of course I would expect you to take off the shipping cost it was a production delay from TINYPRINTS not a shipping delay. I asked Taylor to speak to the supervisor and she said I would have to wait on hold for at least another hour to talk to a supervisor. I explained to Taylor that I was not going to wait on hold for another hour after I had already been on hold for an hour and 40 minutes. Then Taylor decided to put me on hold while I was in the middle of speaking to her and after I had already told her I did not want to be placed on hold. DO NOT ORDER FROM TINYPRINTS I spent 85 dollars on my Christmas cards that will not be delivered till after Christmas. This is the worst customer service I have ever seen!

TinyPrints Incompetent is an understatement

I wouldn't even give one star but you have to if you want to leave a review. It truly doesn't get any worse than this... stay far, far away from tiny prints! I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. I ordered premium cards & unfortunately paid a premium price to receive something that seriously looked like a 5 yr old printed & cut out. Oh & to top that off no envelopes. I kept telling myself to be grateful that I even received my cards when so many others haven't... however halfway through my stack of cards I realized I received someone else's cards in place of mine too. HOW IN THE WORLD DOES THAT EVEN HAPPEN THAT YOU MIX TWO COMPLETELY UNRELATED PRINT ORDERS INTO ONE? So after I go & purchase envelopes that were supposed to be free, do I send my cards out with my new mystery family or wait on hold 176 minutes for customer service only to be hung up on when it is finally my turn? I paid more this year than I ever have for cards & by far have been the most disappointed that I have ever been too. To make matters worse I ordered custom stationery (to give as a present) along with my card order. After the mess with our Christmas cards I was pleasantly surprised with how the stationery turned out so you can imagine my disappointment when I went to remove the plastic shrink wrap & it was melted onto the corner of the notecards. Oh, & the personalized water proof labels I ordered to match were folded in the middle of a line of labels ruining 6 of the 30 I ordered. They packaged them in a box that was too small so they folded the labels to fit. I seriously have never seen anything like this before & I've been ordering cards for years. This was the first & last time I ever order from tiny prints. Beware! Check out simply to impress... that's who I've used the past few years & they are amazing! Never again will I use another company!

TinyPrints HORRIBLE!

They are either incompetent or liars or both. I was ordering online, for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. I decided to call to make 100% sure everything went well. I asked that tinyprints ship for, the lady clearly stated that they could. She stated that they could not ship to PO Boxes, which was odd as she stated that they ship via USPS. Whatever, she said that they would ship me the all the PO Box cards so that I could mail them, fine, there wasn't that many. I was told that the cards would print the next day and mail out the following. Great. I verified TWICE, was reassured, made the payment. Today 8 days later, I am expecting all the recipients to be getting their invitations today, I get a knock on my door, the mail man hands me a package from TinyPrints with ALL my invitations, missing all the PO Box invitations! I was furious! Now I have to take time off work to stuff envelopes, go to the post office, pay extra for expedited, across country (I am in CA, the 50th celebration is in NC). I called TinyPrints.com I was told that it was indeed ALL THEIR fault for "dropping the ball"! I told them that they have severely hurt my parents 50th as the invitations will be late, it was all their fault, it was noted in the system what this lady told me when I made the order! Their resolve for all my stress, taking off work to do what I paid them to do and paying extra to hopefully get the invitations out was a $34 refund on a over $200 dollar purchase. Granted it's not the biggest order they could have gotten. To admit they screwed up, making me do what they advertise that they do, they give me not even a 15% refund? Doesn't seem right to me. Maybe I should be happy with getting 15% back, after all, it's not their parents 50th anniversary at risk here, why should they care about about lying to me (or their employee being incompetent, whichever it was) I'm just a small order that apparently means nothing. TinyPrints Disastrous Experience with TinyPrints' Mailing Service for Baby Shower Invitations

So, I recently ordered some baby shower invitations from TinyPrints and let me tell you, it was a complete disaster! I opted for their mailing service which is supposed to address, stamp and mail out your order for you. But boy, was that a mistake! I have no idea how the invitations turned out because THEY NEVER ARRIVED!

I understand that once the order is picked up by USPS, TinyPrints has no way of tracking it. But after multiple phone calls to their customer service, they just kept reassuring me that the invitations will arrive "any day now..." Yeah right! If it wasn't for their false reassurance, I would have done something else.

Of course, TinyPrints is blaming the USPS for the lost invitations. But seriously, all 26 invitations got lost? That's highly unlikely. I mean, it's possible that a few got lost in the mail, but all of them? Come on!

Now, it's too late to order new invitations and we had to resort to calling and texting the guests to invite them. It was so embarrassing! Worst of all, it's my daughter's first baby and she was really looking forward to the baby shower. But now, she's disappointed and that's the worst feeling in the world - to disappoint your own daughter during such a special time in her life.

I wouldn't recommend TinyPrints to anyone. Their mailing service is a complete joke and their customer service is useless. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else for your invitations.

TinyPrints Disappointing Experience with TinyPrints: Missed Christmas Card Deadline and Poor Customer Service

So, I was in a bit of a pickle this Christmas season. I had underestimated the number of cards I needed to send out to my loved ones. I decided to order a few extra cards from TinyPrints, a website I had used before. I was told that my cards would arrive by December 20th, which I thought was plenty of time. However, when December 21st rolled around and I still hadn't received my cards, I started to worry.

I called TinyPrints to inquire about my order and was told that my scheduled delivery date was actually December 21st or 22nd, not the 20th like I had been told. To make matters worse, the representative informed me that my cards were still in packaging and had not even been shipped yet! I was shocked and frustrated. When I asked when my cards would arrive, I was told that they would be delivered on December 24th, Christmas Eve.

At this point, I was beyond upset. I had already missed the opportunity to send out Christmas cards to some of my loved ones, and now it seemed like I would miss even more. I demanded a full refund, but the representative told me that she had to check if I was eligible for a refund. I couldn't believe it! After some back and forth, I was finally granted a full refund.

What really bothered me about this whole experience was the lack of concern from the representative. She didn't seem to care that I had missed the opportunity to send out Christmas cards to some of my loved ones. And to top it off, TinyPrints never even notified me that my order would not be fulfilled as promised.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with TinyPrints. I wish I could give them a zero rating because of the way they conduct business. I will not be using their services again in the future.

TinyPrints Unreliable Shipping and Customer Service: My Experience with TinyPrints for Christmas Cards

So, I decided to give TinyPrints a try for my Christmas cards this year. I ordered about 100 cards and was expecting them to be delivered on 12/20. However, when the day came and went without any delivery, I started to get worried. I called their customer service line and had to wait in a queue for a whopping 31 minutes before someone finally answered. They told me that my order had not yet shipped and that there was no overnight shipping option available. Instead, they said that I would have to wait until 12/24/13 to receive my CHRISTMAS CARDS. Seriously? I'm not the only one who has had this issue, either. Their customer service wait times are notoriously long and their e-chat service is often unavailable due to high volume.

To make matters worse, I was told that my order had shipped, only to check the FedEx website later that evening and find out that my shipment had been cancelled by TinyPrints. I was beyond frustrated. I went to their Facebook page and found that many other people were experiencing the same thing. The same complaints were also popping up on Yelp. It's not a good look for TinyPrints.

What really stings is that I have to go to my mailbox every day and see all the beautiful holiday cards from my friends and family, knowing that I won't be able to send any out this year. It's like buying a used car with a ton of miles on it and a ripped front bench seat - you know you're getting into something that's not great, but you hope it'll work out. In the case of TinyPrints, it didn't.

Overall, I would say that if you're considering using TinyPrints, either don't or be very cautious. Their customer service is lacking and their shipping is unreliable. It's just not worth the hassle.

TinyPrints Disappointing Experience with TinyPrints: Lack of Communication and Delayed Delivery

I recently had an experience with TinyPrints that left me feeling pretty frustrated. I had ordered some cards to send out to my clients in the hopes of spreading some holiday cheer. The estimated delivery date was supposed to be between 12/13 and 12/16, which would have given me plenty of time to get them out before Christmas. However, it's now 12/23 and I still haven't received them.

As someone who works in a relationship-based business, this is a big problem for me. I don't want to look like a fool in front of my clients, and I certainly don't want to come across as unreliable. To make matters worse, my wife ordered the exact same cards as me, but two days later, and she received them on the 18th. It's frustrating to see that she was able to get her cards on time while mine are still nowhere to be found.

I've called TinyPrints multiple times to try and get some answers, but each time I do, I'm met with excuses and vague promises that the cards will be there "tomorrow." It's incredibly frustrating to feel like I'm not getting any real information about where my cards are or when I can expect them to arrive. I'm starting to feel like I'm being given the runaround.

As someone who values good customer service, I'm really disappointed in the way that TinyPrints has handled this situation. I understand that mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and transparency has made this experience a real headache. I'm now considering spending Christmas Eve running around to Walgreens to try and find some last-minute cards to send out to my clients. It's not exactly how I wanted to spend my holiday, but I feel like I don't have much of a choice at this point.

Overall, I would caution others against using TinyPrints for their holiday card needs. While I'm sure that they have plenty of satisfied customers, my experience has been less than stellar. If you're looking for a company that values transparency and good communication, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

TinyPrints Disappointing Experience with TinyPrints: Delayed Delivery and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I'm pretty bummed out about my experience with TinyPrints. I placed an order during a promotion that promised guaranteed delivery, and even paid extra for expedited shipping. But as the days went by, my order just stayed stuck in the PRINTING stage. I was getting more and more frustrated, especially since the promotion was still being offered even after I placed my order.

Finally, I decided to call customer service and boy, was that a hassle. I had to wait on hold for over an hour before I could even talk to someone. And when I did, they told me that my order wouldn't arrive until three days after the promised delivery date. That's just not cool, man.

So I did some digging and found out that UPS actually offers overnight delivery on Saturdays. That would only be a one-day delay, which I could totally live with. So I called back and asked if they could hook me up with that service. But nope, apparently their contract doesn't allow for Saturday delivery. And to make matters worse, they said my order might be delayed by four or five days! What the heck?

Honestly, I'm feeling pretty ripped off right now. I paid a premium price (even with a discount) for this service, and I expected better. TinyPrints is a big company, they should be able to offer better expedited options and keep better track of their deliveries. And to top it off, they're linked to Shutterfly, which has also given me problems with quality and service in the past.

All in all, I wouldn't recommend TinyPrints to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and find a different company to work with.

TinyPrints Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Tiny Prints

I've been a regular customer of Tiny Prints for quite some time now and I must say that my experience with them has been pretty good. However, this year, I faced a bit of a problem when I ordered my Christmas cards. You see, I had moved to Florida since the last time I had purchased from them and I had changed all my account information to reflect my new address. But, despite all my efforts, the cards ended up being delivered to my old address in another state. I was quite disappointed and frustrated with this situation.

When I contacted their customer service, they told me that I had to call them and change my address even if it showed correctly on my order. I was taken aback by this response because I had already changed my address and it was showing correctly on my order. They basically blamed me for the mistake and said that it was my fault. I was not happy with this response at all.

However, they did agree to reprint the cards and send them to my current address. But, the catch was that I wouldn't receive them until the 22nd of December, which was too late to send them out before Christmas. I was quite disappointed with this because I had ordered the cards well in advance and had expected them to be delivered on time.

When I told them that I would accept the cards for the 22nd, but I wanted a discount for their mistake, they offered me a measly 15% discount. I was not impressed with this offer at all. I mean, for their mistake, I was getting cards too late to send out before Christmas and a paltry 15% off. I decided that I would not be ordering from them again and that they had lost a good customer for life.

In my opinion, their customer service experience has become crap ever since Shutterfly purchased them. They used to be good, but now they stink. There are plenty of other great printing services out there, like Minted for example. So, if you're looking for a reliable printing service, I would suggest that you look elsewhere.

TinyPrints Disappointing Experience with Tiny Prints: Delayed Delivery and Missing Custom Envelopes

I recently placed an order for my Holiday Cards on Tiny Prints website on December 9th. I was in a bit of a rush, so I decided to pay extra for expedited shipping. At checkout, the website projected that my order would arrive on December 16th. However, I was quite disappointed when my order did not arrive until December 20th. I was eagerly waiting for my custom envelopes that I had ordered, but to my surprise, they were not included in the package. I was informed that there was a "production issue" and that the custom envelopes could not be included in my order.

I was quite upset about this as the custom envelopes had the mailing address of all my recipients and my return address. I had to hand address all 80 of my Holiday cards, which was quite a tedious task. To make matters worse, plain white envelopes were provided to me at "no additional cost." I found this to be ridiculous as it was their mistake that caused me not to have the custom envelopes. In my opinion, they should have provided me with envelopes since it was their mistake.

The letter that came with my order explained that the custom envelopes would be shipped within 3-4 business days. However, by that time, they would be of no use to me. I wish they had notified me of this issue before I received the shipment so that I could have made other arrangements for my address labels. I had to spend extra time and money to get my address labels printed on plain white envelopes.

I decided to call customer service to try to get a refund for the custom envelopes. However, I was put on hold for a long time, and I was not confident that I would be able to get a refund. I am very disappointed with my experience with Tiny Prints, and I will not be using their services again. I hope they can improve their customer service and quality control in the future.

TinyPrints Disappointing Experience with TinyPrints: Memorial Cards Arrived Late and Poor Customer Service

I recently had an experience with TinyPrints that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I had ordered memorial cards for my Father's memorial service and paid for overnight shipping, as I wanted to ensure they would arrive in time for the service. However, much to my dismay, the cards did not arrive on time. In fact, they arrived two days after the service had already taken place.

Naturally, I was upset and contacted customer service to inquire about the delay. I was told that the cards had been sent overnight and should have arrived in time for the service. However, this was clearly not the case. I was left feeling frustrated and let down by the company's lack of competence.

Thankfully, I had anticipated the possibility of a delay and had made arrangements with a local printer to recreate the cards. However, despite the fact that I had to pay for this service out of my own pocket, I was still charged for the original order by TinyPrints. When I contacted customer service about this issue, I was told that I would need to return the cards first before any charges could be reversed.

To say that I was disappointed by this response would be an understatement. I had already gone through enough trouble and inconvenience due to TinyPrints' incompetence, and now I was being asked to jump through even more hoops just to get a refund. It was clear that the company had no interest in making things right for me.

To make matters worse, I later found out from my Fed Ex delivery man that the cards had only been shipped the afternoon before my Father's service. This was a clear indication of TinyPrints' lack of professionalism and disregard for their customers' needs. It was unacceptable that they would advertise overnight shipping for memorial cards and then fail to deliver on that promise.

Needless to say, I will never be ordering from TinyPrints or their parent company Shutterfly again. I will also be sure to let everyone I know hear about my negative experience with the company. It's a shame that a company that claims to specialize in personalized products and customer service could be so careless and unprofessional.

TinyPrints Disappointing Experience with TinyPrints: Terrible Customer Service and Unhonored Promos

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience at TinyPrints. I was really excited to use my promos for free shipping and a free gift, but when I went to check out, the shipping promo said it had expired. I was pretty bummed, so I decided to give their customer service a call to see if they could help me out.

The first agent I spoke to, Shelby, was not very helpful at all. She told me that they had stopped honoring the free shipping promo because it had leaked online. I was pretty frustrated, but I asked if she could give me a one-time shipping code instead. She told me that she couldn't do that due to company policy, which I thought was pretty ridiculous. I mean, how hard is it to give someone a one-time code?

To make matters worse, I found out later that another friend of mine had called TinyPrints and spoke to a really nice customer service agent who gave her a one-time shipping code without any issues. When I brought this up to the manager, she told me that it wasn't allowed and that the other agent would be getting in trouble. She even had the audacity to ask me for the other agent's name so she could "rat him out"! I couldn't believe it. How could they not honor the same promo that another agent had given out?

I was pretty upset at this point, and I told the manager that I had a picture of the free shipping and free gift promo before it expired. She didn't seem to care, and still refused to give me a one-time code. I ended up leaving the site and going back to Shutterfly, where I've had much better experiences in the past.

Overall, I would not recommend TinyPrints to anyone. Their customer service is terrible, and they don't seem to care about honoring their own promos. It's a shame, because I was really excited to use their service. But now, I'll be leaving terrible reviews all over the place. Save yourself the trouble and go with a different company.

TinyPrints Frustrating Experience with Tiny Prints Christmas Cards

I've been using Tiny Prints to order my Christmas cards for a few years now, but I think this year will be my last. The process of ordering my cards was a bit of a pain. I wanted TP to mail my cards for me, but I couldn't do that if I ordered a liner for the envelope. It took me a few tries to figure that out because there was nothing on the website that said that. Then, I spent a good half-hour trying to figure out how to mail my cards to only some people on my address list. I couldn't figure it out, so I just deleted those addresses. Finally, I submitted my order, and it was supposed to be delivered the following week. But it was delayed by quite a bit.

When my cards finally arrived, I was excited to send them out. But then, a week later, I got a call from a friend who had received someone else's card with my name on it. I was confused and worried, so I emailed TP customer service to let them know what had happened. But it took several days for them to respond, and when they did, it seemed like they hadn't even read my email. They asked if I wanted my order redelivered, which wasn't even the issue. I was frustrated and gave up.

But then, TP sent out a second round of my cards to everyone on my list. I was so annoyed that I called TP to try to get them to stop mailing things to my address list. But I've been on hold for over an hour now, and I'm not sure if anyone will even pick up. It's been a frustrating experience, and I hope that others can learn from my mistakes.

TinyPrints Very expensive, poor quality

I have ordered invitations from TinyPrints and I was extremely disappointed with them. First of all delivery was late!
When I made my order I told them that I needed my invitations to be ready on a certain date and they assured me that was not a problem. I received my order two weeks after the promised date. They did not offer me a discount or anything else.
Quality was not good.
TinyPrints prices were very expensive and I expected high quality, but unfortunately quality was quite poor.
I don't recommend them to anyone, level of their service is low, and it's simply not worth wasting money here. Stay away!

TinyPrints Highly unprofessional service

I have ordered some invitations from www.tinyprints.com and they made a mistake there. I contacted customer service and they agreed to fix everything. Waited for about two weeks and finally received a replacement. When I saw my invitations I was shocked, because there was the same mistake and these people did nothing at all. Contacted them again and they completely ignored me. I do not recommend this company, they are highly unprofessional.

TinyPrints So disappointed

I purchased 25 photo cards on December 14th, 2015. I also entered about 15 addresses and names of friends and family. The site promised to mail the card between December 19th and December 23rd. On Christmas eve I realized that no one had received my cards. My cards didn't make it to everyone else, but received my 5 cards on December 19th. Then, things only got worse. On new years eve my friends and family received some cards, but those were another family's Christmas card! All 20 people on my list received other peoples cards! I don't know where did our cards go, so disappointed. But in the end I received a full refund.

What a terrible place of business, and what terrible customer service agents. If you do not believe me, please see for yourself on SITE JABBER, where you will see REAL customer reviews. I had promos for free shipping and free gift. The shipping said expired so I called. She told me that it was impossible for the 2 codes to work, to which i said i have a picture of someones order where both codes worked. THEN they tell me it leaked online and they stopped honoring it. So i asked for a one time shipping code, as I was a new customer, and had spent a good amount of time designing my gift. AND I also knew for a fact that another customer service agent had just given a one time shipping code to another customer. So naturally, I did not think it would be a problem. But then the cs agent Shelby, told me she could not do it due to policy. Which is bs, because like i stated, someone else i know called a few minutes before me, and spoke to a very nice cs agent who gave her the one time code. The manager who at that point intervened, told me that that was not allowed and that person would be getting in trouble. She had the nerve to ask me for his name so i could rat him out. So I said, if I help you, will you provide the one time code, and she said she would NOT help me! HA! How do you even do that. How do you not honor the one time free shipping that one of your other cs agents JUST did? OR even just honor the shipping bc you had until you realized YOUR mistake. This is a problem that your customer service agents and manager were aware of, yet no comment was made on your website retracting the code and letting your customers know that a leak had happened. That's like being at a supermarket and they put up the wrong price. Guess what, they still honor it! The right thing would have been to give me the lousy free shipping code. Instead, you lost a customer all over a shipping fee of $9.95. I shouldve stayed with Shutterfly in the first place! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! SHADY business, terrible terrible terrible customer service. Completely ruined my day and my gift, thanks tiny prints.
