Tiny Details Took money/no product

I sent over $120 to Kristopher Buchan at Tiny Details for products to put together at home. I have never received the products. I have left several messages and have not gotten a response. I have found out this guy has five phone numbers. Some for Tiny Details, a hobby shop, & a real estate agency. I called the court house in his town & was told they have had "numerous complaints" on this guy. Beware & stay away from this guy & his so called businesses!

Tiny Details Rejection with NO refund

This company sent me a kit to make 50 miniature books, for a deposit of only $55.00 They stated on the paperwork that if I chose not to complete the 'kit' that I could send everything back for a 50% refund. I made all of my books, sent them in and waited for my money to arrive... 3 months later after I called and called and left message after message... finally I get someone on the phone who then tells me that my books are being rejected, and will be returned to me for corrections. After receiving my books back, I realized it wouldn't be a simple fix, that I would in actuality have to remake all 50 books. I decided to send in for my refund. Today they called to let me know that I wasn't going to receive a refund because it has been after my 60 days alloted to complete the kit. A nice little catch, since they held onto my books for so long during the 'rejection process' its now too late for me to collect a refund. Well isn't that nice.
