I have been locked out for a couple of weeks. Have been thinking of deleting this account as y'all are letting in far too many scammers and people from overseas. This is unacceptable to me and should be for y'all also considering the nasty climate we live in. Do your due diligence before someone sues you for being so damn lax in your policies.
I would like to have my account unblocked (Have no idea why it's even an issue) and I INSIST on a response as I have gone through these posts looking for answers and y'all don't seem to ever comment or help people having issues and it's not all in regards to the financial aspect, but you shouldn't be ignoring those posts either. YOU DO HAVE A MORAL AND ETHICAL RESPONSIBILIES TO UPHOLD.
I have been contacted ONLY by scammers. You can tell that their sentence structure is wonky and they don't have English down, what was creepy was someone found me on Viber and then when I asked them, was told I had given them my number... Yeah, NOT. Blocked. If you are going to have this open to the world, you do need to do due diligence for safety reasons.
Another individual, Ronald Allen Attebberry is a felon on probation for Stalking his ex GF, breaking and entering, Assault and causing severe bodily injury to an elderly person while attempting to stalk ex gf again in September of 2016. My question is this, why isn't your legal department on this, with you having dedicated staff, to o through court record of the people signed up. Why not do a light (At the very least) background check on everyone signing up BEFORE they can access your site and you run them yearly or bi-yearly. SOMETHING.
I also happen to think that people need to be required to list what they are looking for and any complaints coming through are investigated fast and in depth.
Please find out why my account won't let me log in, reset it and contact me in a timely manner.
This is frustrating and annoying.

Typical scam, be aware!
1. He/she will deter you from the site
2. He/ she will tell you that they are so in love with you after talking for only a bit and despite never having met you in person
3. They will not be consistent in their converstional skills, meaning they do not answer to direct questions
4. They are unable to be tracked down by their names which is strange, considering, they mostly work as freelancers overseas...they claim to not have a FB account (how did they register with Tinder then?)
5. They send incredible poetic love letters which sound really personal but don't coincide with their other messages in terms of language and intelligence! Hint: copy their lovings worde into google search...

6. Finally they will start talking about money, problems, emergencies...
7. Don't get caught up in that, even if they are theatening with suicide...it's a scam, let them kill themselves and spare us ...

I had tinder app on my phone and few days back i had deleted this app from my phone. Now suddenly my gf asked me whether i am on tinder and she thinks i am using it which i am not . Can you please check how it is possible that my account is still active on tinder. Is there any un-authorized usage by tinder by collecting data from FB profile.

Yeah two things one there's a small tab up to the top now that says my card is hidden and to 'enable discovery' which is weird because it's already enabled in the settings and two that my likes refill in a weird manner, ill get a message saying i have likes again but ill actually end up getting what just looks like an unlimited amount of them, only for double the amount of time (that's supposed to go by) to go by before I ACTUALLY get my likes back and even then I'm matching with people at a much slower rate from when I used it a long time ago. i just downloaded the app again and it's looking like I'm not really getting put out there the way I should be like I was before, which I mean I guess could just be in my head but yeah im just wondering what's up doesn't seem to be working all correctly

Discovered on May 16, 2017: My daughter, Bonnie Callander has had her image and name used to create a fake tinder profile. This was done as a form of harassment and to deliberately cause her stress. My daughter's Facebook profile picture and her name was copied and used as the profile picture for this Tinder profile. The picture also includes my daughter's friend Jessica Rankcom. Jessica also did not give permission for her image to be used.
The perpetrator imitated my daughter in online Tinder chats. In these chats the perpetrator also gave out her Snapchat user name. We discovered that this was happening through an acquaintance who believed that he was chatting to Bonnie. This person made contact with her on snapchat ( because he had been given Bonnie's snapchat user name by the person acting as her on Tinder) and talked about her Tinder profile. It was then we discovered that she was being imitated and portrayed in an unfavourable way.
We wish for this Tinder profile to be stopped (if it's not already deactivated). I have made a report to ACORN (Australian Cybercrime Online Reporting Network) and I would like for the perpetrator to be found and for he or she to be charged appropriately with Identity Theft, Defamation of Character, Cyber Bullying, Impersonation etc.
In addition to the Tinder conversations, Bonnie's Snapchat user name has been given out via This Tinder profile and now she receives random 'dick picks' which are quite distressing.
We are also concerned about what may have been said/ images sent under the guise of Bonnie's name.
Her reputation and mental health have suffered considerably because of this.
This incident has caused much stress at her school - Traralgon College. She is now being bullied and harassed. I am also a teacher at this college . There is a concern that the perpetrator is either a current or former student. It is definately someone she knows as they have been able to access her Facebook and they have also used sayings that Bonnie would use in relation to the mispronunciation of her last name CALLANDER VS CALENDAR. Eg: 'No my name is not calendar but you can take me on date' was the intro line used on the profile.
We wish for this cyber bullying issue to be resolved and the perpetrator to he'd accountable .

Hi, my name is Melissa and recently I have discovered that someone is using my name and a photo of me on tinder. I haven't ever used it as I'm in a relationship and one of his friends matched with this profile.. how do I get them reported? This is very unsettling for me and my partner as you could only imagine how he's feeling.. can you please help me get rid of this person impersonating me? I haven't had Facebook for awhile now so my account is deactivated so I am to believe.. I don't know if they have hacked into my Facebook as the old password I did use is saying it's incorrect. Please help

I am 20years old just made an account 4 to 5days back made many friends 50 60 few have my contact details and few people asked for my number i didnt give so they started irritating me my only mistake was i didnt unmatch them so out of the one person was completely fakew hom i saw on yinder so i got scared and today i was banned uneccessarily 😔

My Tinder plus won't activate as another account registered to me is in use however was de-activated. The other account is not used by me or anyone it was blocked for some unknown reason, will deleting the account off its Facebook help to fix the issue or is there something else that I'm missing that will help resolve the issue.

Any responses are appreciated, please help! Thanks

My name is Meenal and I believe that someone is using my pictures for a fake Tinder account. I already have a Tinder account linked to my facebook, however recently my friend found another account using one of my photos.

As you can imagine it’s pretty unsettling knowing someone is using your photos on a dating app.
Please help me out as it is related to my privacy concerns.
How can anyone user our details like this, please look into the problem

Apparently, I have an account using my photo, but a different name, age and I am apparently in a different location! How is this possible? Surely there must be something illegal here?

I never agreed to a recurring fee, where did that come from? Also, you cancelled this account as you said there were complaints about it. You never attempted to call or e-mail to discuss these complaints either, very unprofessional. Plz reverse this charge of $9.99 from my visa card immediately! I also feel you should refund the $9.99 from last month as you did not provide the full month's service. And, make sure that this account & recurring charges are cancelled. Thank you.

My picture was removed because it was profane/nudity. This is ###. There was nothing that wasn't acceptable for a female to post. This is SEXist and ridiculous. I want my profile picture to be equal to that others of the opposite gender share.
What I am getting at is this, allow me a perfectly acceptable profile picture. Any woman on the face of the earth would be allowed to post this picture without any repucussions.

I was the impression that this was an adult only site, so assumed pictures of babies would not be allowed. I have Been informed that pictures of a family member (a baby)have been posted online in tinder would this be true or would the pictures be blocked.
How can I find out if these pictures have actually been posted and how do I get them removed if so.

I had tinder plies on an account but can no longer remember the password so I made a new account. I had tinder plus on my old account and because I forget my password to it, it's still charging me and it won't let me buy it for the new account, this is causing me really bad complications. If there's anyway you could help with sorting my problem out it will be appreciated. I really want to get this sorted because I'm paying for something I can't use and you won't let me buy it for my new account.

Purchased plus and as soon as I did it logged me out and I can not log in anymore! I've contacted sustainer support manytimes and yhey have done nothing for me. I just wasted 12$ for nothing. If my account does not start working soon and I do not have plus I will be posting negative reviews whereever I can! This is BS. Your site or workers or whoever is in charge of censorship decided that two of my photos were inappropriate and needed to be removed today which is ridiculous and shows how immature, sexist and biased your companies values are. They were torso photos of me in a long sleeve shirt and underwear, less revealing than most bikini or topless photos of men that are allowed on the site, yet it was deemed inappropriate due to the fact that I am a woman who is comfortable enough with her body and posing with confidence and that society and apparently your app is uncomfortable with female sexuality. If you think that my photos should be taken down because they are too revealing then you should have to take down any bathing suit photos of all men and women and photos of men with no shirts on as well, or photos that show any skin besides arms and calves and faces. This is an unfair way to judge people's photos and you have no right to decide that my beautiful body is innapropiate. You are running your company with double standards and sexism, and if you do not allow my photos to remain this time, I will have to take further action against your company.

I'm complaining about tinder and their useless customer service, it took me to tell them I was going to the ombudsman before I got a reply within 10 minutes, I was happy to pay the £6 a month because I could afford that but to advertise monthly pricing and then taking the whole year in one installment is false advertising, I need that money for travel to college and meals at college but can't even get a reply as to how many days it will take to get my money refunded, I would think a big business like tinder would have a 24/7 customer service team, they take your money quick enough but you have to fight tooth and nail to get it back, false advertising is against the law in the UK and that is what advertising monthly payment amounts but taking a full year, if I had known that was how it works I would never have went near signing up.

I tried to pay for a subscription but the site dint accept my payment and declined instead I was charged for every time I tried to make a payment and I lost some money as google transaction charges... this man is nothing but a con stay away from him. He will tell you lies; that he loves you borrow money and never pay it back. I've been punched slapped and knocked down. Trust me ladies slid this one to the left.

This man needs to be removed from your sight. trust me I am out over $1000. I trusted him, my mistake but I know for a fact I am not the only one he has done this to.
