My phone has been stolen and the offender has logged into my Facebook on it today because facebook notified me.

The resolution for this would be for you to please log me out of my tinder on my iPhone SE as they will be on it now and im worried about them finding out my personal information, but not on my laptop as I want to use it on here.

I am using it on my laptop but don't want the offenders to have it on the phone

Hello my name is Darcy Shields. I opened an account with Tinder just over a year ago approximately April 2017. I still have an account though I have not used it for some time. I met someone through Tinder in July of 2017 using the name of Steve John Frank. I have been in contact with this person since last July but I am seeing behavior that may be unethical/immoral. I would like to believe this person is an legitimate person but I am not sure. Unfortunately, soon after talking to me he told he deleted his account on Tinder. I am making this complaint because he said he is from Texas and yet he managed to find me in Edmonton. Does Tinder offer their services in the states? How did this person find me? I tried to search for his profile on Tinder on my laptop but I did not find an option to do this. This person has asked me for money, promised to meet me etc. etc. non of which has happened. All I want to know is if there is a way to find his account and see if he is legitimate. Please get back to me. This is very important to me.

I have been deducted for tinder but I uninstall it long ago. I was deducted 53 ghana cedis. Pls I need u to refund me my money. My name is Katumi iddrisu assam. I was on Tinder Gold. I added 3 more pictures (no nudity) and got blocked? After writing I was just told I had committed an offense and NO EXPLANATION.

On pondering a woman I recently went on a date with may have been vindictive . After the date I emailed her (Politely not crucial or judging and said i didn't want to continue as we were not compatible. After she read my email she texted me ruthlessly - screaming thru the email calling me names etc (I didn't respond).

How democratic is it for Tinder to have a person to report someone and not hear the other side? Why will Tinder not respond to my emails about this?

There is something criminal going on on the tinder app. They're banning people for no reason. We pay a subscription, and then they ban us, and they don't pay the money back, or even explain what we're supposed to have done wrong.

I have been banned for no reason whatsoever. I didn't do anything wrong. Was using the app one second, having lovely conversations with nice people, all amicable and good. Then banned the next second. I. Did. Nothing. Wrong.

Tinder shouldn't be allowed to get away with this. It isn't fair. I was a paying member, and there's not even so much as a human being looking into it for me. How can this be legal? Tinder has stolen money from me, and is now denying me the chance to meet people, for no reason.

Go online and google "I got banned from tinder for no reason" and you will see hoards and hoards and hoards of people saying the same thing.

This isn't fair. Tinder must rectify this policy, and this procedure. They must look into this.

Theres suddenly some man who messages me and told that theres an account named as my name 'fabiola gracia' and using my profile picture pretending that it was me. The worst part is they post some nude picture like a girl showing her boob and i'm sure people start to think that the nude picture was me. Please help to find who is that cause I dont even know how to use this application. I'm so mad. It obvious that people might think that the naked girl was me because they stole my mirror selfie that didnt show my face anyway. Please solve this i'm so sad to receive this kind of things. I rarely use other application to avoid this kind of things, pleaseeeeeeeeeee improve your application security it gives a lot of bad impact on my name for sure.

I got my '40303' just after purchasing a 12-monthes Gold subscription.
Like those many others,
I have NEVER violated any of Tinder's ToS or It's Community Guideline, and have NEVER offended any user whom I have contacted inside and outside of the app.

It happened after trying to re-create a new account, hoping to get a 'fresh start'.
I have deleted my account which had some purchased services on it (boosts and superlikes) and a valid "Gold" subscription, then created a new account. The Boosts and Superlikes didn't restore, The "Restore Purchases" button / feature only brought back a "Plus" subscription but this wasn't the "Gold" that I had.
Opened ticket at Tinder's support team,
Then soon after I got suddenly logged out of the app and eventually realized I got banned.
Like many others,
I didn't receive any warning or had my account reviewed by Tinder prior to this.
And like many others,
I have immediately sent some emails to Tinder's support team, Literally bagging them to explain the cause of my ban -
but was never replied with anything other than the "we can not provide any further details at this time" copy-paste.
Never been accussed in such way before. This was a major personal insult to me, Besides losing the money I spent for Their premium services - which were now terminated with no refund.

I used to love Tinder.
During my 3+ years of using the service I had such a great time and had alot of successful dates.
And for this reason I used to pay alot of money for all the extras,
and I did it with full trust.

I have found so many similar complaints on the Internet -
What leads me to believe that Today,
Tinder is not a trustful service anymore.

I downloaded Tinder App last Thursday night, I did not say anything wrong or do anything wrong in Tinder.
But Tinder logged me out itself last night which is Wednesday night ( one week since I started to use it ).
Now I can not login Tinder anymore, either Facebook nor phone number.
So wired.
I m new to USA, I knew Tinder from AD in Facebook recently.
I m a person who always keep my promise. And I never be rude to anyone or ask money from anyone.
But this time, Tinder made me can not reply to my friends in Tinder. This action of Tinder is not good.

I got tinder about three days ago out of interest. It has been noted as a hook-up site but many people also often use it to find friends in their area, etc, etc. I was meeting people and enjoying the way the site was set up, until I went to log in to see what was going on and found I'd been banned.
I do not have any idea why I would be banned. I made no inappropriate comments or jokes. I was disrespectful to no one. And, I was completely forthright and classy in my bio and images.
So, why did I pay $85 dollars for an enhanced app that locked me out two days after purchase?
And, why can I not get my money back?
I can figure out ways to meet people in person, your app was a convenience that I don't really have as a hermit bound college student, but money is a bit harder to find.

Can you tell me why, even though I have my search distance as 100 miles from my Connecticut home, that I get choices from Calif, FLA, Colorado, Penn., and other places that re hundreds or thousands of miles away. Thanks. I don't know if this is technical glitch, or a fraud that would necessitate me contacting the BB or an attorney. I have screenshots of MANY example of women who appear on my scroll, even though they're hundreds of miles away.

I have subscribed to 6 monthly tinder plus, but from last two weeks I am not to login tinder through facebook. I want my refund back as I am unable to do so from last many days.

I am a paying customer and have never used Tinder inappropriately, nor have I ever been offensive or spoken out of course, yet I am locked out of my account for no apparent reason, other than being "reported too many times". There is no reason for this to have occurred and I would like this issue to be resolved as soon as possible as it is a waste of money and there is no way to contact them. Will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

I inadvertently signed up for Tinder again, and paid all over again. Can you please inactivate my account, and refund all or at least part of my money, I would greatly appreciate it. I had Tinder before for several months, and was very happy with it, however, now is not a good time in my life to be dating. If I choose to use a dating site in the future, it will be Tinder again.

I can get onto tinder, swip and like but I don't think it's functioning properly.

I have not received any likes within days of having the app. I have deleted, rebooted the app as well as turned my phone off and on.

I don't think my profile is showing online or can be viewed by other people using the app and might not be receiving my likes.

Please kindly advise what I should do.

I have signed up 2 weeks ago on tinder. Lately I have very serious problems about data protection on my tinder account and someone is controlling my account which means they delete messages, conversation with my matches and even deleting the matches.
I know is someone from their staff who was paid by a rich guy to monitor my account and make impossible for me to be reached my potential matches. Whenever I like someone in few minutes that person appears again like I never swipe right plus it shows me the same set of men. Another thing is that they do not allow me to change the location therefore to meet people from around the world and they keep showing my age even though I made the choice not to.
I am very angry and already complained to them but without answer, they didn't bother. For what did I pay ? For them to use my personal data and control my account and all matches and to not allow me to meet people. They are paid for something like that by guys who cannot cope with the loss or cannot move on with their life and they wish to control other's people life form behind the scenes.
I think this is a very grave situation in my opinion because our data is not protected plus the staff is controlling our accounts for such amount of money...
I am taking in calculation to complain to police. I have not idea who is watching them and if they are legal or not. Many people complained about them but it seems that nobody cares.
Could you please help me and tell me what to do as I am not able to use my account properly, they are watching every step I make and delete from my matches, messages and conversations plus dislike the people that I liked in order not to match with them. I consider this an abuse and someone has to take action.

My account says that there is a profile error and to try again later. However I has been like this for about a week now and I have tried logging out and in and deleting and restarting the app to no avail. I was just seeing the fee but I had done payment of rupees ₹2100. Please refund my money it is very important please it was by mistake they showed 250 or something but they took 2100 rupees. I have opted for tinder gold account but still i am not getting any matches... is tinder jus useless or just a fraud... it has been a long time i am using this application but i am highly dissappointed with it. There are very rare chances to get a match and it is not possible to get them easily because there are many peoples using tinder at a time... bt still no results.. please explain why?
