Tindergold subscription nightmare

Dear Sir / Madam,

Created a SINGLE Tinder profile then subscribed to Tinder Gold 7/9/2018 and paid AUD $164.99 for the 6 month plan expiring 7/3/2019.

This worked well until early November 2018 when the Gold subscription disappeared from my SINGLE Tinder profile.

Try to "restore purchases" in the Tinder app via settings to receive "Restore Error, your subscription is currently tied to another account".

This cannot be possible as I only created a SINGLE profile as listed above.

Requested assistance from Tinder who advise "multiple profiles" for my subscription are present and to delete old profile.

This has failed numerous times and further customer assistance requests lodged with Tinder about this situation have not resolved Tinder's own problem with my profile and subscription. This has also included authority to review my SINGLE email reference used for my profile for a duplication check by Tinder.

What can Tinder now do to resolve my issue or refund the unused subscription amount?
