Tinder super likes not visible

On Tuesday, April 24, I saw someone on Tinder who SuperLiked me. I accidentally swiped left when I meant to swipe right. I was not able to reverse the swipe and paid to upgrade my Tinder, but it was too late. Since then, I've been swiping to try and find him, but I can't seem to. I've also been looking at my "Likes" but he's not there. Is there any way to go back several days? Or to view who SuperLiked me from last week? Even if I have to pay for a feature, I'm willing to do so. Thanks.

Tinder my tinder plus account

Suddenly my old contacts on tinder disappeared and also my photos. I had to register again with all procedures upload my photos again and when did that now super likes are just one instead of 5

I just renewed my account and from 5 super likes now I have only one per day

How to restore old contacts and get 5 super likes as per terms when I made payments .

Tinder someone tried to hack my phone through tinder

I've downloaded the app and matched with a few people and i met someone so i decided i won't be using the app anymore so i deleted my account . However, i decided to reinstall the app a month later, and i matched with someone her name was Miral she was 23 living in cairo egypt, the account had many pictures of her. i was a little bit suspicious she might not be a real person. We kept talking, she used to disappear all of a sudden and text a day or 2 later. Then today she kept nagging me to call her on the phone number she game me the first day we texted (i checked the number on truecaller and found out it was registered with miral fekry so i was kind of reassured but i also found it linked to a weird email: [protected]@gmail.com) it didn't all make sense so today i askef for her fb account to make sure she's a real person she gave me an account named miral monir which i found related to another person who didn't have her picture at all. Then she sent me a link which i believe sent a virus to my phone or tried to have access to it. Then i reset my phone and I'm never using this app again ever .

Tinder tinder gold refund

Hi there,

On 17 April 2018, My Tinder Gold account automatically updated, crediting my credit card with AUD $164.99. Tinder gave me no option to agree to continue the 6 month subscription or not, it simply updated.

I'm currently not working and in a very financially tight scenario. I'm not using Tinder often and was aware I wanted to cancel the subscription. I wrongly assumed I would get the option to continue to subscribe for another 6 months. I have looked at the Tinder website and reviewed the opt out option - albeit 3 days too late. It mentions Tinder doesn't retrospectively backdate payments. I am distressed about this unexpected credit card payment and I appeal to Tinder to please cancel the Tinder Gold subscription and refund the 6 month subscription. Tinder will note that there has been no usage of the program over the past 3 days. However, I did log on to try to find a contact for them - which is next to impossible.

As mentioned, I am seriously distressed about this $164.99 payment on 17 April 2018.

Tinder banned for no reason

I'm a pretty stand up guy. A few photos, brief profile. Been using Tinder for years. Few days ago the app crashes and when I try to login I get an error A40303. I contact Tinder for help and get a generic reply that I've been banned for violating either the terms or community guidelines. I read them all in detail and there is no possible way I could have violated anything. When I respond asking what did I do, they do not respond. I have followed up on the ticket several times and they don't respond. I really don't care that I was banned but I feel it's an attack on my character if they are banning me for something I didn't do. I'd just like to know what it was they think I did. I should have a right to know.

Tinder my number got changed and it won't move my subscription to my new account

I've had Tinder Gold for less than 1 week, and when my number changed, it made it impossible for me to recover my old account ([protected]) since that number is no longer active. I tried to move my subscription, but it will not, and it's the same phone so it should recognize this, and it's the same person making the profile. I'm asking to get the subscription moved over as I paid for a whole month

Tinder tinder is a scam!! employee at tinder falsely banning me multiple times for no reason!!!

I am making a complaint about tinder for banning not one, but two completely different accounts for absolutely no reason. And i have proof that they did it for no reason, without breaking any rules.

It started when my original account kept getting put "under review" which started happening conveniently after i told a guy harassing me to stop and blocked him. I started getting put under review randomly and they took the review off because the reports were false. I spoke to tinder reps who told me that the account review is being taken off, every time. Then one day, right after a tinder rep told me it was being taken off review again, without notice, they banned my profile.

I emailed them multiple times asking them if thats what they did. I received no response. So, i created a new profile under a new email, which you're allowed to do. I had been emailing tinder from the email on the new profile i had created, asking about the old profile that got banned.

Some [censor] customer service rep (Emma) comes back and says now THIS profile is banned for violating terms of service, after only being open for a few minutes.

Mind you, i reviewed their terms of service in detail and haven't broken any rules on either account at this point, so i know someone is behind this and abusing their power at tinder.

I then tell the rep (Emma) she just deleted a brand new profile that has only been open for 5 minutes, and again, wheres the proof of violating terms? She responds like a robot and tells me "theres no appeals process at this time so the profile will remain banned".

I tell her she won't be able to provide proof because she either A. got confused about which account we were talking about and banned the new one because she wasn't checking which account we were talking about or B. she is in on this and is doing this to me on purpose.

I ask for an appeals process to be started (twice) and if she is going to refuse that to me, to please confirm. I never received an answer back nor did i receive proof of any violations being made on my end.

I still haven't heard back on my ORIGINAL account that they said i violated terms on. I have been harassed by countless number of men from this app who find me off the app through mutual friends or internet stalking...and more than half of them threaten me when i reject or block them...those men are still using the app freely. My ex, has friends who work at tinder and i wouldn't be surprised if this is something to do with him as well.

I have sent tinder proof of this...from the very beginning when they banned my first profile. They are textbook harassing me and have taken my money for my membership, and done what they will with it, all while falsely banning me,

Be careful of this app, if some sour man or woman gets upset that you don't want them, they may use their power of the "report" button, or their friends at tinder to get you removed. Despite whatever money you've given them.

I still haven't received proof or an answer back to my appeals request.

Tinder being banned from tinder for no reasons whatsoever

Hi there,

I am an Australian temporarily living in Cambodia. I was a Gold Tinder user up until approximately March 21, 2018. One morning I saw the Tinder icon on my phone behaving like it was updating itself. I thought ok, I was not going to use it today anyway. Next day I tried to log into the app, but couldn't get through. I didn't pay much attention to it as I know apps do crash sometimes, it is normal and I wouldn't be worried too much.

Next day I couldn't log in. And next day still couldn't.

I then sent email to customer service trying to understand what's wrong. They couldn't help me apart from saying that I might have created another account inadvertedly and I need to log into that account and delete it, and after that I could use Tinder again.

Now I cannot imagine how would I be able to create another account not knowing it... I thought you would need to receive a confirmation code first and enter it in order to get registered... And in my case as it was suggested that I logged in with my Facebook account - I don't even remember my Facebook password, let alone logging in anywhere with it...

I checked it again - and this time I got the error message, code that I was banned from Tinder. That was a big surprise for me as I was a genuine Tinder user, really looking for people to meet and have fun. I checked community guidelines - I really couldn't see what I had broken. I was clear all-round. I then sent a reply to Tinder customer service reporting the mistake with banning my account. And - and I got a reply that I really was banned for violating the rules... No information about which exactly rules I have violated.

I sent another message trying to figure out what I had done wrong, and I got a reply "Unfortunately, we cannot provide any more detailed information at this time".

Wow, Tinder team, that's not the level of customer care I would expect being a Gold member. I am nearly 40 years old, and I have never been banned from any internet communities. I have never even received a warning (by the way, warnings are normal practice in developed internet communities, where moderators do their job keeping peace between members - let the person know what they are doing wrong and see if they hear you. If not - ban them).

I perceive this Tinder team actions as very rude and disrespectful to me.

Tinder actually violated their own rules and policies - I was told that I was a bad person, very bad person. So bad that Tinder could not tolerate me on their platform anymore and kicked me out. With all of that Tinder failed to tell me why I was bad in their opinion.

Needless to say - I have not been refunded for the subscription prepayment.

So here we are - I am a bad person as per Tinder opinion, and I had to pay for that. Like it or not...

Tinder matches disappear and I never see them again, the most recent in the middle of a good conversation and im pissed

Her name is Sam, 24. I was in the middle of a good conversation and opened the app again to send her a message and she was gone from my list of matches! Now im really pissed because she was super cool, the same thing happened to me a couple days ago with a girl named Jen. I just assumed she unmatched with me but seeing as tho it happened again today in the middle of a good conversation I doubt it. Your app is [censor] up and I would really appreciate for you to look into it and if at all possible find her for me, name is Sam, 24. Tinder unethical behaviour

I am a paid Tinder user, and I paid quite a substantial sum of money for an opportunity to find a long-term partner. Yet what do I get in return? Fake accounts, scammers and inaproppriate sexual and racial comments. Tinder is elitist and sexist and racist, and I feel more and more frustrated that for my money I get insults practically everyday. I am absolutely always friendly and I swipe right quite often - if they say there is Tinder rating (which I find wrong anyway), then mine cannot be very low, cause I am also good-looking. But they say the best matches go to those with a high rating, then mine is supposed to be low if I am only getting jerks who insult me just in their first messages for no apparent reason? I also got insulted for my religious beliefs. At first I would just delete people with no complaints, as we are all different, and my religion forbids vindictiveness, yet I can feel my patience is already running out. This rating system is violating my human and female rights. It woud have been great if Tinder gave us an opportunity to upgrade to Tinder Select - I want to start a family and raise kids as Lord Himself told people to be doing, so I feel I deserve to be getting better matches than people with complexes trying to harass me with their own insecurities. If I could give Tinder zero stars, I would do it immediately. I want appropriate service for my money.

Tinder tinder gold

I have purchased a one month plan or something like that through tinder. All of a sudden I log on and it says thank you for upgrading to tinder gold. Well come to find out they charged my card another 55 dollars. I would appreciate it if that would be cancelled as I never approved of this. I do have a very basic subscription but am not interested in whatever tinder gold may be. Also paying 55 dollars for it. I would appreciate a refund and for it to be cancelled and to go back to just my basic one month plan as I chose months ago.

Tinder tinder dating customer service

Good Afternoon.

My name is Aimee Felton and my contact details are below.

Please note that I am not a business. But a user of a dating app with no other option but to log a complaint this way as I can't get a response from your customer service team.

I used tinder for a month or so and found it wasn't for me. However upon going to delete my account I was logged out before it completed the process. I was then unable to log in either with my number or Facebook. It simply directed me everytime to set up a new profile.

I then proceeded to contact your customer service for help. I was given the reference [protected]. I had a response which told me to screenshot my issue however all I was able to screenshot was the set up of a new profile. I explained my issue extensively and have since had no contact whatsoever. I have sent 9 emails. Yes 9! And no one will respond to help me.

I find this appalling. I have offered to prove my identity, give access to my account and verify my photos and payment method yet no one will get back to me?

All I want is my account removed. I can't do it myself as I can no longer log in. The system does not recognise me. I have contacted a friend and they confirm my profile is still up and live. Therefore I can't understand why I can't log in and also why no one will help me.

I have been left no option but to log this complaint.

Tinder tinder online website does not load

I was using tinder from my pc and it was all working well then one day I tried to go on the page and it didn't load. I tried refreshing the page, nothing happens, it keeps loading. This has been going on from 21/03/18 and the website is still not loading.

I have sent a complaint directly to their customer service and they said they would look at the issue. But nothing has changed.

Tinder tinder ban for no reason

I haven't broken any guidelines or terms so why did I get banned? I was going to pay for the full app (LMAO) but now I don't think I even want to mess with the app at all. So many people report being banned after doing nothing to break the rules, why does tinder suck so much lol. I doubt I'll be able to resolve it in anyway, I just would really like a tinder employee or some personel to admit fault, that they allow people to lose their accounts over what is in all reality, nothing.

Exactly the same thing happened to me. Writing email after email to tell me why they think I deserve to be banned. No reason ever mentioned and just being told there is no recourse! Again NO Reason whatsoever, nobody tells me even a hint, just a link to the guidelines that just prove that I have not violated any terms. My account was up for over a year and had been unchanged for several month! It's ridiculous and seems to be a scam to make money, since if you have a subscription at the time, they just take your money without having to give you any refund and on top of it all the people you matched with and maybe even started to have a good conversation are all lost and so they are also playing on and with people's emotions first luring them in and then take their matches away and their money! Something has to be done about this.

Tinder reporting catfish account

There's a tinder account going by the name Rich, they're listed as 24 years old, went to fanshawe college and western university. In their bio they're claiming to be 6'8, and Scottish transplant to Canada.

The Facebook account that is linked goes by the name Rich Swan https://www.facebook.com/100015594039850
They're also using the Snapchat handle "arbivark" which I believe is also their reddit handle.

Tinder fake account with stolen picture

I have already reported my problem, but it seems You don't care about it. Someone created a fake account using my photo and name. It is causing issues for me. I hope, you represent a serious service and my case will be handled as soon as possible. I ask you kindly once again to find this profile and remove it.

Reporting real fake accounts mostly falls on deaf ears. I reported so many fakes (with proof that I researched on my time!), that they should give me a job and pay me for my time but mostly I see these same accounts over and over again, but insult to injury then returning the favor in banning me for no reason at all, being a user of their app for over a year! It's frustrating to say the least!

This account is false and degrading my character. I have not given authorisation for this and it must be removed immediately please.
My photo is being used without my permission.
We are currently seeking legal advice and local authorities have been notified.

Tinder subscription fees wrongly charged

Dear sir,
I am wrongly charged a subscription fees of Rs. 2900.
I was only checking the subscription plan of tinder gold for a year and it just went through the payment.
I do not want this subscription so i request to return my money back
This is a very bad experience with the tinder i am having.
Nobody can charge me the amount tinder has charged without notifying.

Tinder random ban + horrible customer service

Was randomly banned today after making a new account, no reason whatsoever. Emailed customer support hoping for actual help and instead I get a copy of the "You got banned" article from their Help Center, no reason stated for the ban either. Have been a Tinder Plus user for months but the company obviously does not value its users, paid or not. I haven't had any sexually suggestive content or anything else of the sort on my profile but the ban happened regardless. Horrible customer service, and horrible app mechanics.
