Time Share rental / Misrepresentation
so far, costumer service refused to answer questions and very rude. The sale executive Don Biggs does not return phone calls. No offers has been forwarded to me until I called them yesterday. Customer service- Maritza Mead stated that there was an offer on 2/26/09- that was a long time ago. She claimed that an e mail was sent to me but I never got it umtil she re sent it to me.
