Do not buy goods online from these foreign sellers
I bought three pair of boots online. I did not recognize that this was a foreign seller until I got an email thanking me for the purchase and describing the purchase. I ordered two men's and one pair of womens boots. The seller sent me three pair of men's. I wrote them and said one pair was to be a womens boot and the mans boot they sent is way too big. I even sent them the email setting out my order per their receipt. They would not replace the boot that was wrong. They said I signed for the boot (USPS left on my front porch) so I accepted it. I did not accept it. I received if and opened and immediately e mailed the seller. Also one pair if wheat colored boots came with an orange upper! Not good. Beware of these sellers! Their prices are low so tempting but they could send you any boot or shoe or box of Rocks and say, you accepted it. Too bad. Also they provide no phone number or physical address so you cannot track them. Do not buy goods online from these foreign sellers! I could not complain to pay pal because I could not copy and paste the sellers web address, which is what pay pal requests. Tricky sellers!
Fraud
I ordered a pair of Timberland boots for the cost of $82, and the next day I got a mail saying that the shipping fee was $20 when send to Denmark. I paid for both the boots and the shipping fee. And now the site is closed and my money is gone... Does any one know if I somhow can get my money back, it a lot of money.
I ordered from them recently too and had a similar situation occur. They didn't ask for additional shipping fees, but once my payment went through, the site came up as "account suspended" for the following 2 days. Now I can access the site again, but my log in information is (conveniently) invalid.
Did you ever get this resolved or perhaps, even get the boots you ordered?
Fake boots
I ordered boots from the Timberland.uk. website. The money was taken out of my account by GSPAY. It is impossible to contact anyone and the e mail addresses are false. Also I have no address. for the Company. I have now found out the boots are fake. (I have not yet received them) I checked after seeing a complaint about
them on the Yahoo website and compared the pictures of the boots to the real thing.
I received an e-mail after trying to order, thankfully my order didn't go through far enough for credit card information. I now keep receiving requests from them to send payment through western union.
Dear customer:
We only accept western union currently.

Soles disintegrate and crack
I bought not just one but two pairs of timberland pro work boots. They were not cheap (~$110 a pair) and were oil resistant, slip resistant, electrical shock resistant with steel toes. The soles disintegrated and cracked in multiple place all the way through. The upper leather and leather lace eyes were fine, but the soles were dangerous. I used them for...

I'm a contractor, Outdoorsman and 51 year old male who purchases a lot of outdoors clothing/boots for my business and hobby. I have a variet of items from different manufactures like Rocky, RedHead, Cabelas, Timberland ect. Timberland was one of my favorites since I was a boy and bought my first pair of Timberland boots for hunting. Their brand name always instilled a feeling of value, quality and durability that far exceeded other brands. Recently I purchased a pair of Timberland Pro Series boots for construction work from Bob's Clothing on Long Island. I have never purchased a piece of unadulterated inferior crap in all my 51 years. In no time at all the very thin leather wore off the boot tips. Next, all the eyelets are fabric, not reinforced nylon or steel. One by one they tore thru until I only have two or three eyelets per boot to use for the laces. They aren't used hard or abused and very shortly I'm going to throw a good expensive pair of boots in the trash can. The only thing I can think of is that Timberland is purchasing Chinese junk and slapping their name on it for the big profit. I'll have to look long and hard before I buy another Timberland product- very sad after being a lifetime customer.
Terrible customer service! I ordered a pair of boots and they guarantee to receive before Christmas and they didn't even ship! This company SUCKS! And then giving a hard time to return the money
7 days and I still waiting for my order and they never send me a tracking number neither.
Soles came apart cheap [censored] boots need to be sued for this BS! Worst quality boots ever! Pure rip off!
