Tim Hortons #9 breakfast

My husband and I ordered two breakfast meals, along with coffee. My meal, #9, was horrible. It was burnt, the bacon was under cooked and the hash browns were clearly a day old. My husbands mea was supposed to be a full meal, but was never given any hash browns (which after tasting mine, was probably for the best). This was hands down the worst choice we could have picked for a quick breakfast, we will not be back.

Tim Hortons grilled steak breakfast sandwich

My, friend went to order this item. She, was told there was no Grilled steak. To, me this is unacceptable. Especially, for breakfast. I, am on a diet.I, chose this breakfast sandwich because it has fewer calories than the other sandwiches. This, complaint should be looked into. Thanks.I, am a regular customer of Tim Hortons. Lately, their standards have been slipping. I, am positive that Tim Horton, s Head Quarters should over see more then they do with Privately owned stores. The, reputation of Tim Horton, s is at stake. Thanks.

Tim Hortons wrong order... again

My husband and I often wonder and say, really, how difficult is it to get a simple order right.
I apologize but when you have small children in the vehicle and the restaurant is busy insode and the drive thru it becomes a "do we go BACK and complain"...
When you order off the menu, that exactly what you should receive. Here, try the new bacon AND sausage breakfast Sandwich...only to receive "sausage" sandwiches...did we pay MORE for the extra meat? I assume so, but even if not, why I'd this so difficult. It's far too often this happens at Tim's, and usually so very inconvenient to turn around to go inside.

Tim Hortons cleanliness of store!

We are regular customers at your store on 51st ST in Saskatoon SK. We find the service to be just OK, however the cleanliness is not OK. We were there by 6:30 this morning, the entrance, floors, windowsills and windows were absolutely filthy. I think you might want to have an area supervisor drop in and have a look. Is bad enough that it makes us not want to go back, We love Tims. Hoping to see some improvements at this store soon. THX for your time!

Tim Hortons incorrect change

I went to the Tim Horton's located at 20 Bristol Rd W, Mississauga, ON L5R 3K3 around 4:30pm to 4:40pm on June 01, 2018. I first asked for 1 ice capp with a total with taxes of $2.61, then I saw and added 3 carrot cake with walnut muffins the total with taxes was $8.64. I gave the cashier $20.60 expecting 12 dollars and 5 cents back. I only got 5 cents back and when I told the cashier "I gave 20 dollars and 60 cents" the cashier said "you gave me $8.60" I double checked the coins I had and the dollar bills I had in my wallet. I know I only had $40 in the wallet and I know I gave 60 cents with it. I am expecting my change of $12 in cash.

Tim Hortons ice coffe

I am a regular customer. Today I went to a location I don't usually use and I got a ice coffee and there was hardly any ice I came back its hot I wanted a cold ice coffee I ask for ice they give me more then I put my coffee in my hand i'm drinking it I put it in the stroller it tils just a little and spilt everywhere all over me my stuff ect. I go back I say the lid wasn't on right it split everywhere they tell me they have no more ice coffee i'm like ok so a ice cap she says no you have to pay i'm like its been 30 seconds u can clearly see it spilt and shes rude and trying to charge me I couldn't believe I was treated this way after I already came back because my order was wrong then it spills because they failed to put the lid on right then I lose my money all my stuff is covered that's so un fair so upsetting please contact me [protected]

Tim Hortons store cleanliness

Kingston Ontario Sydenham and Princess St. location Thursday May 31/2018 3:30 PM

While sitting at our table at the window I discovered a few ants which I killed with a napkin after a constant stream of them I discovered there were hundreds and hundreds on the floor on a piece of lettuce and cheese that had to have been there for days to attract that many ants. Disgusting ! After looking around at the state of filthiness of the store, dirty windows, dishes everywhere, food on floor ! I went to cash to inform them, after waiting for a while they finally sent someone out to sweep them up. I suggest they wash the floor. I will follow up with the health unit here in Kingston as this was unacceptable!

Tim Hortons calgary and montreal airports - half hour waiting for coffee at both airports in one week!

Last week we attended a wedding in Montreal. At the Calgary airport we wanted to grab a breakfast at Tim Hortons at 7:30 am. The line was so long, that we went to A & W ‘s instead! The following week, in the Montreal airport, we had arrived 2 hours before our flight to avoid Montreal construction traffic. out of curiosity, my husband timed the wait! A half hour for an iced coffee! He spoke to the manager and asked why they don't hire more staff and was told they are working on it! Really! At two airports? So unacceptable, obviously our next choice will not be Tim Hortons!

Tim Hortons I was told they wouldn’t make hot food after 11pm

After a long commute from parkhill to st. marys, tim horrons is the only restaurant open and serving food 24hrs in st. marys. I go to get some supper (a sandwich) at midnight and they told me they don't serve hot food after 11. I have lived in this town my whole life and that has never been a rule. I feel like she just didn't want to do her work and create a mess she'd have to clean. I'm pissed.

Tim Hortons tomato on a sandwich

I went to Tim Hortons and got a turkey bacon club five minutes later i found tomato on it. This was an issue due to an allergy and instead of getting a replacement or my money back they tried to sell me a bagel to pay them more money. This is so very frustrating as i should have gotten my money back for a product that couldn't even have been eaten.

I said pretty sure because that's my way of saying I'm positive I said no tomato. Either way Tim hortons lost a customer as I have no intention of buying anything from them again.

Tim Hortons iced coffee / consistently incorrect orders

We went to the Tim Hortons at 560 Broadway Street in Tillsonburg and for the millionth time, our orders were wrong. The order is written correctly when taken and the service person knows what you asked for, but somehow they are too incompetent to actually make what you ordered! Or maybe they just don't care? Judging by the attitude and laziness they portray, I'd say they must not care too much. Our orders are always very simple, just coffee and maybe a donut or muffin, but they are always at least partly wrong!

Tim Hortons soup options

I go for lunch regularly at Tim Horton's. i am a soup person and love in Manitoba every single Tims I go to has the exact same soup everyday which is, harvest vegetable, chicken noodle and French onion. I literally have drove to different locations hoping for different soup like tomato Parmesan or cream of broccoli anything other than the three above mentioned soups. When I asked why it is always those soups I was told that they follow a schedule and tomato Parmesan and broccoli are not on the list. Why? What happened to when Tim's had like 6 soups available at all times?

Tim Hortons tim hortons service

Date - repeatedly spread out over the past 6 months.

Description - I order a L regular every morning, and at least 50% of those mornings over the past 6 months i have thrown my coffee out because it is essentially a large cup of warm milk and sugar. It is not even drinkable most mornings. I used to order a bagel double toasted and lightly buttered also, until i got so fed up with the bagel being completely saturated in butter and soggy to the point that i couldn't even eat it.
Why is it that Tim Horton's cannot figure this out? I know there are procedures and applications in place to regulate the dosage distributed into each cup and the sizer of that cup, so why is it that 5 of every 10 coffees i order are somewhat drinkable? Why is it that a bagel cannot be toasted properly without applying a mountain of butter on it? $10 of every $20 i spend there could literally just be thrown away and i would be better off, months and months of this along with buying a bagel, such a waste of my Tim and money going to Tim Hortons.
Has Tim Hortons become so big that they cant even care for the satisfaction of their customers anymore?

Hope you get it sorted out because i know i am not the only person who has experienced this time and time again.

Tim Hortons unethical behavior and comments towards a female

On Sunday, 27th May 2018, at 8:30pm, one of Tim Horton's employees named Ken made inappropriate comments to my girl friend after she has mentioned that there is no toilet paper in the restroom. This employee used profanity, made obscene comments and said she can use the air dryer for her vagina and that she should wait so that he can bring his camera. I was shocked by these obscene comments insulting my girl friend. I hope this will get addressed. This is simply not acceptable.

Tim Hortons person working on the front counter and drive thru

Today, may 29 I went to tim hortons in mattaw with a friend to get an ice cap at around noon. There is a woman who work in the sandwiches in the front named francine. For some reason she doesn't like me at all, maybe because I have complained about getting egg on my breakfast sandwiches when I ask for no egg. It has happened several times. Today I walked in with a friend of mine whom she knows. Immediately she ran in to the back and told other woman who was working back there. The woman went to the window of that area and was blatantly staring at me for no reason. I stared back and smiled at her, then they came out to the counter area and were laughing and whispering to each other. It was very obvious what was going on. This has been going on for some time now especially with francine and her harassment. I have complained to janice and her husband a few times. Their treatment of the regular customers in frankly disgusting and several of their employees are downright rude. I would expect better from tim hortons

Tim Hortons order not ready and store was closed

On Sunday May 27 I went to Tim Horton #5351 to pick up an order for a graduation brunch that I made approximately 2 weeks earlier and there was a sign they were closed until 9 AM, there was an employee there and I expresses my concern and disappointment and after a few minutes he did have the order slip and said he could get them done, I left to finish getting ready for our event and came back to pick them up a half hour later, they were done but the sign now said they would open at 10AM. I spoke to the manager Vince this morning and he was apologetic but I felt that he could have at least given me a coupon for my troubles.

I ordered a med ice capp usually they make them fine but today I got one at the tim hortons on 13th street in Ashland ky I love ice capps but this one that was made i had to throw it away tasted awful i mean you pay 3.00 dollars for it then you can't drink it i was very disappointed I actually think it was the person that made it seriously I couldn't drink it

Tim Hortons food service customer service

Route 5 location in Hamburg. 2:45 on Saturday May 26, I order a med coffee and a sausage w/ cheese on an English muffin.. there was only one other customer in the drive thru and no customers waiting in the lobby. upon arrival at the drive thru window I received my food and said thank you. no response. I opened my sandwich and it was BLACK, beyond burnt. I come in to the lobby and see 6 employees and 0 customers being waited on. I tell the gentleman at the counter I would like my money back showing him the burnt sandwich. the supervisor Julie was non apologetic, didn't say anything about how sorry we are for the inconvenience. when I got my refund I said thank you. And no your welcome, no I'm so sorry about that. Very rude staff. Rude supervisor. Will not return to this location.

Tim Hortons xl take out cups

First of all, I promise not to be as brutal as some of the complaints I've read on here! This is just something I'd like to bring to your attention if it already hasn't been. A few months ago when ordering my XL coffee, I noticed a drip at the bottom side seam of my cup. I brushed it off as just a bad cup out of the batch. I go to different locations and noticed this happening quite often, so I chalked it up to likely being the whole product line and hopefully those cups would run their course and be done with. And it was, until now. This is happening again but on the XL camp day cups. These cups are worse than the previous ones I had problems with a few months ago. These cups leave a ring of coffee on the surface they sit on every time I pick the cup up.
Just wanted to give you a heads up in regards to this.

Tim Hortons tim card

I was at the Calgary Domestic Aiprort Gate C location on May 20, 2018 at 5:30 am. I used my Tim Card to make a purchase. However I was told that they did not accept Tim cards. I told them I used it many times at the same location. I was told again that they did not accept Tim Card. I used cash for my purchase.
My flight had a stop at Winnipeg Airport before going to Toronto. Again I was using the Tim Card to make a purchase and again I was told the same. Finally I paid cash for my purchase.
Please verify and advise if that is the case. I suspected that the employees didn't want to take the trouble to key in the Tim Card numbers as they did not have the scanner.
How would the customers know if Tim Cards can and cannot be used at certain location? This may cause embarrassment to the customers as they may not have the cash to make the purchase.
