Tim Hortons chicken soup with bun

On Thursday December 21 I went to Tim Hortons located at Queen/Bathurst for my break. I got a small chicken noodle soup and a bun. When I bit into the bun I broke my tooth. I had to leave work and go to the emergency dental since my dentist is closed for holidays. Had to pay out of pocket $208 and will have to go back in the new year when my regular dentist comes back from holidays for a crown on that tooth which in going to cost $1000 and my insurance will cover only 80% of the cost. I had spoken to the manager and told her what happened and all she did was give me 7 free peppermint latte coupons and my items free for that day. She said to me that they bake those buns fresh every 8 hours. I said they can't be that fresh if I am breaking my tooth. I feel like I should be compensated for a portion of my dental costs since I broke my tooth on their product and have suffered pain and headaches since my tooth was broken. The manager said she would tell the owner what happened but they haven't done anything for me. I have stopped going to that Timmy's as often as I go and they are going to lose me as a regular customer in the long run plus the fact of the aggravation of going in there and being bombarded and yelled at by homeless people for not buying them a coffee. It does not look good with their customers at all. Please look into this matter as I feel I should be compensated my my pain and suffering from my broken tooth.

Tim Hortons moka latte

Good Day

A couple days before Christmas I purchased a Latte on King Street Moncton and while heading across town I tried it and there was something obviously wrong with it so I stopped at Tims on West Main Moncton and they lady took it and examined it and said no problem and gave me another along with a gift certificate for a free one. I was treated with professionalism and courtesy from both branches. On Dec 31st approx. a week later I tried to use the certificate on Horseman Road branch and they refused it due to the face it expired on Dec 31st and it was Dec 31st. I did not argue and just left. I know mistakes happen however if I was given a gift certificate do you not think the expiry should be more than a week. And I think a certificate that expires on the 31st should be accepted up until midnight on the 31st.

I don't want anything, just wish to voice my opinion

Sincerely yours

Dave George

Your post is difficult to understand due to your grammar and run-on sentences. Have you tried calling the location and asking for a manager?

Tim Hortons cost of items/ tax rate between provinces

Has anyone noticed that Tim Hortons in Ontario for a large and a current 99 cent simply sausage special comes out to 3.02. Price of large is 1.89. But in Moncton price of large is 1.89 and the simply sausage special is still 99 cents, but the after tax total is 3.31. Ontario charges 5 percent tax for this while Tim Horton in Moncton charges 15 percent tax. Has anyone else noticed a big difference like this.

Tim Hortons customer service

As I was setting there, the manager was treating one of the worker feel like [censor]. She yelled at him and screaming at this boy three times. She was saying drive throw and sending home. Poor kid. He was saying tell me I will do anything for you she was saying no no no. Basically she was harassing him. I wander is there an HR person I know they don't have union fight for there righ. I wish that boy stood up I would of back him up but he quitely left the store. I am a regular customer. I seen this kinds harassment everyday. I don't like to see kids get treated like this in Canada. She can do it in her own [censor] country but not here. I hope I see her again. Timharton on 43avesouth!

Tim Hortons service

I was at the Tim Hortons on Seneca st in West Seneca, NY. Every time I go in there they either burn my breakfast sandwich's or they give me my bag of food without all my food in the bag. Then today when I went in there was a young lady that told me I pulled off because I was given my food. Now doing food service for 16 years you don't give a customer their food unless all there food is in the bag

Whenever I visit a fast food restaurant I do my best to check my items to make sure they are correct. You may want to do this or visit a different location.

Tim Hortons service

On Dec 29 around 1030 am we ordered two suasage bagel belts with ranch dressing and ended up with two bacon belts. So had to go back to get the right ones. Then they gave us two more with no ranch sauce. Then they didn't give us the two donuts we payed for. We were already traveling so I called the store to tell them and the lady said to come back AGAIN to replace the belts and get the donuts. I explained we could not come back again or we would be late for our appt. She then says to stick the belts in my freezer and bring them back another time. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. I am very angry and upset with the whole situation. I am also a franchisee and am disgusted with the treatment I received

Tim Hortons tim card app

I have about $160 on my Tim Card Mobile App which I primarily use on my customers.
It stopped working a couple of weeks ago saying my account is disabled.
I have tried contacting Tim Hortons twice about this issue in a couple of weeks with no reply.
This is very poor customer service to not even send a reply.
Allowing me to load this amount of money into your company App and then lock me out so I can't use my own money in your restaurants is criminal.

Tim Hortons hours of operation

I visited the tim hortons in fairborn ohio. I wanted to order some soup. It was around 830pm. They close at 10pm. They stop serving food at 8 to sell out before 10pm. Maybe they should close at 8pm then. What good is a restaurant they does not serve food. Besides letting ppl believe they can get food to be told no. Great bis. Plan. Keep up the good work. I just wont visit at all so I dont habe to worry they dont serve food in the first 2 hrs of service in the morning. Since it is not the last 2 hrs.

Tim Hortons hard cheese rotten cheese and stale bread on my ham and cheddar sandwich

I ordered two meals on December 28th. They first did not have white bread so went along with whole wheat for both meals. I ordered a bacon turkey meal with soup and an icecap. Bread was hard. My boyfriend ordered ham and cheddar meal. His cheese was hard at the edges like it had been left out for hours and the bread was hard as a rock. I'm currently pregnant with twin and was scard to eat my meal and my boyfriend threw his sandwich out. Theses meals cost us almost 20 dollar. Very disappointed

Tim Hortons sweet tea

Hi, my name is shayna. I work nearby the tim hortons restaraunt on memorial drive in lancaster ohio. I am a regular at tim hortons and up until yeaterday ive had no issues with this place. On my way to work i ordered 2 egg and cheese bagels and a sweet tea around 915 am on 12-26-17. I was not given my receipt. I went to work and as i drank my sweet tea something slimey came up through my straw and in my mouth. I ran towards the nearest sink to spit it out. I didnt take a picture because it was so gross it was in my mouth i didnt want to look at it anymore. It was hard not to throw up. My guess was it could of been from the machine not being cleaned properly or the nozzle it came out of. But i wanted to call tim hortons and inform the manager to hopefully prevent it from happening again to someone else. I asked for the manager and told her what happened. She was very quiet and didnt say anything so i told her i just wanted to let her know incase the tea machine isnt being cleaned like it should. She then said it gets cleaned thouroughly every 6 hours. She never apologized for my awful experience, and she didnt say anything else about the matter and the call ended. I felt like she didnt care, and i felt like she didnt believe it happened. Because of this whole situation and knowing the manager doesnt care to try to get to the bottom if it i will never go to tim hortons again. I hope you will take time to read this and care that this happened. Thank you for your time

Tim Hortons food and service

Hello I went to see Holiday Train in Port Coquitlam BC decided to go into Tim Hortons #26 for 2 coffees and a box of promo timbits. Did not have very much
variety my guildford store had 10 flavours and the donuts were also very dry.
My complaint, however, is that with the tap interac, there is no receipt or anything that tells you that the purchase went thru. Well, checked my bank this afternoon and I was charged $4.77 AND $4.76 Dec 18 2017. Therefore being that store #26 upon my phone call, refused to even send me a tim card in that overpaid amount, I would appreciate a tim card from your office.

Thank you.

Kathy

Tim Hortons customer service - stanley ave and 420 in niagara falls on

I'm absolutely appalled at how several employees at Tim Hortons on Stanley Ave in Niagara Falls conducted themselves today. They made a mistake with my daughter's order and when she called them on it she was bombarded by others at the drive thru window. They were yelling and waving the hands in my face, etc. This is the most unprofessionally run establishment that I have ever seen. This restaurant has a high turnover rate for employees and now appear they are desperate for help so they hire the most rude unprofessional individuals. Something needs to be done.

Tim Hortons staff engaged in sexual and alcohol on the property and manager allowing her staff to drink in the job

111 York street london
The manager has got her employees drinking on the job and after hours activities with her employees
I know a girl who works there she is so addicted to alcohol because of working there that she ended up having a affair with a co worker and the manager was allowing these activities to happen, she would also send her employees to do runs for her for alcohol, there was reciently a investigation into this store but they inveatigated the wrong employee
There was employees who were waiting for the owners to talk to them about what's going on but they were never questioned
A girl reciently quit going to work because the job had cought up with her home life and her relationship, she's asked her manager for a transfuse to another store to avoid the garbage as well as to keep away from the person she was having an affair with
The manager has given employees the owners account number so that they can use it for cabs, she has sent employees to the liquor store with a company credit card, it will be told that she purchased gift cards for employees but upon speaking with other employees including the girl who just left, the girl who just left was a night staff a very hard working employee who took shifts consisting of working night time then being called for day shifts, covering shifts, she started drinking with the manager at her home and needless to say she's so addicted to alcohol and because your store has a manager who is getting the employees involved in this stuff
Other employees have tried to say something but how can they when it's the manager which I might add lost her job at another Tim Hortons for stealing from the store, how can someone who was stealing at another timmys lose her job but become a manager at another store .
There was another incident involving the manager where an employee had taken her boyfriends daughter over atvthanks giving to the managers house with other co workers to make a long story short the managers best friend Had had her boyfriend and the managers boyfriend go and stop this other man from taking his daughter home he received a text message stating his gf was passed out so he went to pick his child up and was refused his child, so he went to the store like a dummy and freaked out only to get those co workers to call the manager so he could get his child, in the end police were called and there's report numbers on that as well .
I cannot sit here and write all night there is so many things happening at that store and you have a very addicted person on alcohol because of your high weed manager you should be held responsible to get this girl help, infact if help is not offered I will go public with this, I will include messages where your manager is sending her employees messages to do the runs
I will include conversations with other co workers about things
That store should be shut down and inveatigated like no other, all of these allegations can be backed up
The owners are Dave angela and I believe angela's husband, the big boss Gail is good people from what i am told she keeps things together when she's around, the managers name is christal, I should tell you the assistant manager is not swear of things or turns her head but she does not involve herself in this stuff
You have managers supervisors and employees in this
Properly investigated, employees spoken to and you should get a good picture of what's going on, you should also speak with the girl a valuable employee who left with no notice about what's going on, and maybe you should speak to her boyfriend
I have given you bits and pieces and I will hear weather a proper investigation has been done, I'm willing to go public about this, your a business who has a great name you are responsible for the things that go on at your stores to properly investigate complaints and to also background check employees
You should be offering to help the girl who got addicted to the alcohol as well as give the transfuse she asked for
The store is a shambles employees don't show for work with no reprimands you have staff ingaged in things with other workers while at the work place, manager drinking on the job and encouraging other employees to partisipate credit card being used to purchase items not for the store and other employees given the card to use as well as account numbers to call cabs
The things I have told you are only the top of the iceberg, once employees are given a chance to talk and with a guarantee there jobs will be safe, I'm sure you will get a better understanding of what's happening, the manager used to use the bathroom to keep the alcohol they would put the alcohol in different bottles and put juice or pop whatever in it and then walk around the store doing there thing
The managers partner is allowed to walk into the store behind the counter and do as he pleases she takes items from the store home her freezer was packed with items
The alcohol is now in her van that's where she hides it now because of the last complaint about the wrong employee obviously you have yourself a very serious problem where not only other employees safety is at stake but the general public, I don't know about you but I would not want my food bro g prepaired bybsomeone I don't know pissed out of there faces
How can you have employees working from 11-7 then asked to come back in from 2-7 and then back in at 11 look at employee hours you will see all the illegal hours where a employee was working almost 16- 22 hours a day then back to work it's no wonder she picked up nasty habits there the manager get her employees involved in this stuff and ppl in far if there job partisipate and end up addicted wow there's enough addiction problems in this work let alone having employees getting addicted at work
I am prepared to go public with this

Tim Hortons management

I'm a 16 year old, former employee at a British Columbia Tim Hortons location. I have a serious complaint about a supervisor at that location. My first complaint, this supervisor's public social media has very offensive and sometimes very sexist and inappropriate posts on it. As for his character in person, he has expressed to not only me personally but to others as well that he is very openly homophobic, which is not only offensive but highly inappropriate for a superior/supervisor to be expressing to his employees. He has also, on several occasions while I was working there, invited me to parties at his home and has expressed that he can provide alcohol, once again, I am 16 and so are many other of the employees at this location. I am willing to go more in depth with this and provide more details of this person if there is something that can be done.

Tim Hortons unfair treatment towards new employee

I know of young lady who applied for a job at Tim Horton's in both Dartmouth and a location Halifax she worked three days and quit due to not be entitled to any breaks or not allowed to eat lunch or drink with the lunch nor use the washroom Under the Department of Labor this is not allowed. Why is this a practice of your company and if this is the way you treat staff no wonder there is such a turnover. My email address is [protected]@yahoo.com. Hope to hear back today around the answers to my questions. Thank you. JH

Tim Hortons food

Over the past 5 years, my husband has had to switch to Orange Pekoe tea from coffee due to dietary needs. Ever since, he has also become allergic to Cream. In the past 5 years, we can probably honestly say 75% of the Tea he has purchased from Tim Hortons has been made with Cream instead of Milk like we had ordered. Wasting our time and money and making him extremely ill! We would like all locations to train staff correctly, as Tea should NEVER be made with Cream! Only EVER made with MILK unless asked. Tea is NOT EVER made with Cream and NEVER has been!

Tim Hortons manager at drive-thru window

My family and I went to the Tim Hortons 30721 Gratiot, Roseville Michigan location this morning at 6:40am. I am 7 months pregnant and I also had 3 children under the ages of 9 in the backseat. My husband had asked if she could add on a muffin before we paid and the manager, Corissa, said no and that if we wanted one we would have to go back through the drivethru line which had 7 cars behind us. My husband said "that's not cool" to which she responded "[censor] you". Then she took our box of Timbits and threw them at him. He said "what the heck are you doing?" And she continued to yell "[censor] you" out the window. She must have said it at least 10 times and as we were driving away she leaned all the way out the drivethru window and continued to scream that even as the next car had pulled up at the window. I've never had something so horrifying happen at a restaurant. I'm very shaken up and I'm 7 months pregnant and my children were very scared. This should never happen

Tim Hortons unethical behavior, employment, unprofessional

Hi, I worked at Tim Hortons. #3955 at 152 Parklawn Road, Etobicoke, Toronto, ON not long ago. Today, Dec 8, 2017, I called the store, if my friend can get the pay cheque of my sister, which is by the way we are all working in the same location. I talked to Gigs, one of the managers, he unprofessionally talked to me like I'm kind of a stranger where in fact, our team are hanging out once in a while. Also, this friend, is very close to us that's why I ask her to go and get the pay cheque in my sister's stead since she is also getting hers and my sister is on vacation and she badly need the money today. He told me to make a letter of consent which I understand but he was completely yelling and telling me to go there and make the letter which I doubt that he will wait for me since I'm an hour and a half away from the store. In addition, my sister already leave a note to them saying that I will get her pay cheque and they all agreed verbally. Furthermore, he asked me where's the note in a [censor] manner even though, I know that they are well-informed and my sister does not lack in reminding them before she leaves the country. In my case, I am also giving a consent already that my friend would get the pay cheque and hand it to me at my place. I told him a lot of times through phone call but he was very stubborn. This is not the first time that they are holding the pay cheque. They are also doing it to some of my co-workers. Us, being in the same race were treated differently than the higher race; maybe because they doubt that we are going to complain about this anomaly. They are giving us a hard time in getting the money which we worked hard for everytime. I hope you guys would act on this one. ASAP. I cannot contain my emotions while writing this. My sister was very disappointed. Please do the necessary thing to this manager. Thank you and have a good day!

Tim Hortons ripping off customer

I bought the New Chipotle Steak Sandwich Meal today. It comes with a sandwich, potato wedges, and medium coffee for $8.79. Under their combo heading they offer substitutions of the drinks, and the sides. I substituted water for coffee, soup for the potato wedges. They charged me for the Soup $1.50. But in a true substitution there should not be a charge because the wedges were $1.99, .49 cents difference. So the cost of the wedges is already in the price of the $8.79 and if I substitute it then the most that they should be charging me is .49. I don't understand how they can get away with doing this. I called head office and spoke with a Sr. Customer Service Rep who told me that was what the industry standard was. That he could not do anything for me today. By the time I made inquires and finally left my sandwich was cold. I believe in customer service. I will take my business elsewhere.
