Tim Hortons incorrect item given... again

When visiting the drive through of Tim Horton's in Mount Forest, Ontario, we ordered S'more Ice Caps. Unfortunately, we were given regular Ice Caps. When questioning the server, she indicated that we had received the S'more Ice Caps. Interestingly, the driver ahead of us returned a drink to the server - were we given their drink to expedite the line? This has happened to us on several occasions at this location and we are growing increasingly frustrated at receiving the wrong order, particularly today when the server was questioned and most likely knowingly gave us the wrong drinks.

Tim Hortons service every visit at this store

Every time I visit this location the service is unsatisfactory. Today there were at least five employees at the drive through and I ordered two coffees, one cheese croissant, peanut butter cookie and a cheese tea biscuit heated with butter for in store consumption. After about 5 minutes I asked one of the employees if someone was getting my order? They handed me the food items in a takeout bag, not heated. We didn"t get the cookie. I go there also with my sisters and it is the same every time, waiting and not receiving the right order. There were at least 9 employees and this is in a small town.I get way better service in my city which is far busier.

Tim Hortons manager's unprofessional behavior with me as customer

I was at the store and I am not sure if garima Jain is manager at that location.the attitude of this employee was not good with me and other customers...she was so rude that she think she is doing favor to us by serving ...this is very unprofessional and it happened few times before too...I think she seems to racist...these type of employees make company name in bad books...and I will not go to this particular in etobicoke and will not recommend to my friends and family to go there...the store number is 3029 in etobicoke Ontario ...I know this complaint will be trashed but it's not professional at all for such a big company like Tim hortons

Tim Hortons ice capp and bagel

Today 08/26/17 at approximately 745 I was in the drive thru at flushing and ballenger in flint, Michigan. First off I had 2 of the rudest girls serve me. I ordered an ice Capp and bagel. I thanked the girl for my order and she shut the window in my face because I was disturbing the two of them having a conversation. The ice Capp and was very disgusting and had a weird taste. It didn't taste like an ice Capp. My bagel was burnt to a crisp and nothing on it. ( I had ordered extra butter) I usually never use this location. I will NOT be returning.

Tim Hortons dissatisfied product

I purchased a sandwich and a flavored tea. The tea was nasty. I was not able to drink it. When I left, I took the tea to the counter and asked them to dispose of it so I did not have to put liquid in the trash bin. I let the staff know the tea was bad and did not even get an "I'm sorry". I would have expected them to offer to replace it with another drink. Very unprofessional service. One of the staff was even sitting on the counter at the drive through while my sandwich was being prepared. How unsanitary. Most likely will never visit the Roseville Tim Horton again.

Tim Hortons fast food restaurant: food quality and food safe handling procedure

Aug. 24th 2017 17:25 PM Receipt # [protected] Paid By Visa: $7.55
Restaurant Address: 4700Kingsway, Metrotown Mall, Burnaby, BC V5h4M2

Around 5:25 PM, I went to this restaurant, Store # 3952 ( not clearly print) located in the Metrotown mall across from McDonalds Restaurant.

It was busy as usual. I ordered 1 Garden Vegetarian Sandwich, with whole wheat bun, 1 potato wedges, 1 Medium ICE LATTE.

Whole wheat bun was not fresh. Milk in latte was gone bad. Potato wedges were not easily chewable as if potatoes were cut a few days ago and kept in refrigerator for two to three days.

Tim Horton has come down in quality standards over the period of time. Company is aiming at making money without hard work. I do not think they run a mysterious shopper's program to keep an eye on quality standards for large number of restaurant locations spread across the country. I am also 100% sure that they do not have enough field inspectors to conduct frequent visits.

Tim Horton is playing with public health and safety and it should be shut down immediately until it rewrites procedures for maintaining food quality standards in all restaurants ensuring an inspection 2 to 4 times every month.

All employees working in any location should be recorded with head office and food safe certification needs to be obtained. This is mandatory compliance and being a giant company it should not be ignored.

Let Canadians live in Canadian standards and do not make third world people downgrade our Canadian standards. PM Trudeau does not understand that by bringing refugees he is lowering down standards of living in Canada. All this workers do not care about learning Canadian standards and shortage in food industry staff is helping them maintain their job in the industry.

Tim Hortons yogurt parfait

In lindsay Ontario I think you need to eaither take the yogurt parfait off your menu or have your staff actually start making them, I am not over exaggerating when I say I order one every morning and maybe get one once a week, today is Friday I've ordered one ever day and the only day I got one is Wednesday, they are always "out"... it extremely frustrating as just like anyone else I go there for my breakfast before work, and ushually walk away without any, I understand they might be estimated made to order if they are not popular, but I thought if I ordered one every day for 3 weeks eventually they would have them... and I have actually heard people in front of me ask and get turned down as well, it's frustrating and for how much they are " not in stock" it's ridiculous for t to be on the menu, it is mostly the Tim Hortons on lindsay street, but I tried the Whitney town centre this morning and no they didn't have it eaither.

Tim Hortons absurd treatment of a regular customer

I can't recall the exact date of the incident, but it was in the earlier half of August. To provide context, I'd like to disclose the fact that I am a minor. My issue involves what I feel is unreasonable treatment towards me. I have been a regular customer at the Tim Hortons location located on Smythe Street in Fredericton, New Brunswick for almost a year straight, and have spent all of my (admittedly meagre) funds there. This has totalled at least two to three hundred dollars, and I spend much of my time there, as well. On two occasions, I encountered the owner of the location, and during these encounters I had happened to not have purchased a product. I generally spend about twelve dollars there a week, but sometimes this increases based on available funds. I was, both times, rudely told to leave the location as I had not purchased a product. I understand that they reserve the right to ask a customer to leave if said customer is not purchasing a product, but I feel it was rather unfair, due to the fact that at the time of both incidents, the location was nearly empty. The day after the first incident, I returned, and as per usual bought myself a large ice cap. This totaled six dollars approximately, which is half of what I receive as allowance weekly. When I returned the next day, I encountered the owner yet again; I was told to leave, which I promptly did. The day after the second encounter, I arrived early, and was approached by a young man who looked not much older than I; I was told by him to sign a legal document that was drafted by the owner (rather sloppily, might I add). I did so, and later learned that my signature was invalid. I spend my time at this location so often due to the fact that my residence does not have an internet connection, and the local library is far too inconsistent for my needs. I've already tried to appeal the ban (which covers all locations in the Fredricton and Minto area) twice, with no results. I'd like to request that I be unbanned, or at the least be apologized to for the poor treatment I've received.

Tim Hortons breakfast sandwich

Tim Hortons 110 Highway 33
Quinte West ON
Canada [protected]
Yesterday I ordered a sausage on a biscuit and when handed the sandwich my biscuit was rock hard and have been noticing that they pre-toast the biscuits which causes this to happen. The manager was made aware and the following day I returned for the same breakfast sandwich but decided not to order one because I seen a couple bagels and at least I half a dozen biscuits sitting in bottom of toaster. I don't find this is exceptable I should be getting my biscuit placed in the toaster no sooner then my order. Brandy is the employee that does this on a daily I've been going to this Tim Hortons for quite sometime now.

Tim Hortons employment

Respected Authorities,

I had worked from December 2015 to Sep 2016 as team member in store # 416 address 65 Queen St W, Toronto, ON, M5H 2M5 for almost an year under Mrs. Alla team. Today I was called for an interview at 11 Am in store# 101390. I was there in store by 11am and since the store was full of customers I did not disturb the team you can also check CCTV reports . Once the customer were served by 11:05 am I asked a team member for manger and once I told the reason of interview she right away told me that I was rejected since I was late. I am really hurt not just because I didn't got the job but because she disrespectfully spoke in front of all the customers. She didn't even ask me for my opinion and an answer back instead she tried me to suppress. After working for 9 months for Tims I got a disgusting treatment. I must not say this but I feel that I was rejected for racial reasons or just racial discrimination. I hope the TDL gives me justice and doesn't suppress my opinion and my contributions. I am really disappointed and disturbed by that behaviour and I request you people to give me justice and believe me I am not interested to work for Tims anymore and you have also lost me as customer.

Tim Hortons drive thru

I stop at Tim hortins Newcastle Ontario Hwy 2. The drive threw is too slow, and they seem to not give my order properly prepared as I ordered it specifically . Again I have to waste gas and go back wait in a line up again to complain to the manager, then the next very day same thing! This time I spoke to the owners jay summers and again not satisfied . I spend an average of $500 a month and can only say maybe a hand full of accurate orders. To fix this I think whom ever takes the order should make it. Staff today will not multitask, nor address a customers concern not tell me that they have a good reputation for drive threw ! I bet it's the parents or family members giving the positive review, cause if you ask a local, in the mornings you would see the result.
Ps please bring back cherry timbits for the kids and English toffee and make it a more kid menu choices because when kids can't eat neither will I .

Tim Hortons the actions of managers taken towards family members

To whom this may concern,
I am a home owner right beside 1 of your tim horton sites at 248th and dewdney trunk rd maple ridge BC.. I have just purchased this place with the intentions of retiring there. Moved in july 29/2017, since there I have been trying to deal with some issues. I went to store to speak with manager's about rats! Lots of them, garbage! Over grow hedges pushing down rotten fence into my yard, parking, employee's cars in front of my driveway and some customers mostly employee, s. August 10 get up to go to work car blocking me in my drive way can't go to work truck and trailer can't fit by car blocking me in. So I put note, please! Don't park here. The owner took note and wrote sucks to suck don't f with my car! I still have note. Then pattie the manager phones me and basically tells me that she is not willing to work with me on any thing and to stop writing notes and putting them on her car! So I did hedges on my side myself and as I thought the fence started to fall apart! After the note was put on this car about parking my friends car vandalized, my truck broken into, I have been finding dead rats in my yard, friday aug, 18 some lady and her daughter came to our house yelling at my wife and son because there car was vandalized and said they were calling the police which wife said please do as she know's nothing of what she was yelling about, 2 hours later some thug is banging on our door so hard wife thought the door was coming down, hood on dark glasses, my wife was afraid to answer door cause I was not home and he was pounding and yelling so load the neighbors came over to see what was up! When she opened to find out what his problem was, he started yelling about us vandalizing his friends car and his moms car? Every body in this neighborhood said he looks like the manager patty, son. Then 1 hour later the cops show up asking us if we knew about cars getting vandalized we told him yes our vehicle has been vandalized and other cars up and down this block. My wife and son told him about the thug and he could immediately see the fear in my 10 year sons face as he started crying and my wife's as well. And was not impressed said he would put a stop to that nonsense.
My question is since when do managers of your establishment and employee's, send thugs to the neighboring homes to threaten harm to women and little boys if we make any more complaints or touch there cars.
I tried to approach another manager there about what is going on here and she said well what kind of an idiot moves beside a restaurant you get what you deserve for being an [censor] and putting notes on cars! That was the only thing we did put a polite note please don't park here! And this s#$% storm started. I be-leave there are plenty of good people out there that can do the same or better job at managing you fine establishment and do it with professionalism and politeness. I'm easy to work with i'm not a jerk, every time I try to speak with some one there I have always been nice and polite even after all this has happened yet they are very short and rude. If any thing else happens over here i'm not being put in a good situation and will have to take legal action of some kind to protect my home and family from this manager's attack on us. Sorry for this long novel but as you can read i'm very frustrated. I hope maybe she can be re-located or fired. I run my own company for 20 years and would never employ persons like this.
Thanks your truly darryl driscoll 11981 248th st

Tim Hortons sales practices

I have noticed a widespread store upsell scheme over many years to myself and common among many others I have shared with over time. Coming from the Food Management and Food and Beverage University of education, I find this action distasteful to say the least. If someone where to video their transaction and receipt experienced at multi visits to multi locations, I would bet that this is a common as I have witnessed. You never get the receipts, especially when using our debt, credit, or gift cards. Today's incident was irritating and annoying as always. I requested the receipt and as always, an upsell charge was added but not advised as the cashier gave upsell choices on a combo without warning or advising or an additional charge. This practice will either annoy customers to not visit as often or even visit competition. As well, a YouTube video of this practice can trigger bad public relations or even a class action suit.

As a previous shareholder of your company here in Canada, I would not care for the investment group to litigate or mediate in public opinion this issue.

I would expect a reply to my experience and fraudulant sales and register practices.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated respectful follow-up.

Tim Hortons italiano sandwich/ customer se revive

I am not the one to usually complain however I feel as though since this has occurred more than 4 times now from the same Tim Hortons I feel as though this needs to be addressed. Atleast 3-4 times a week I stop at tim Hortons due to my busy schedule for breakfast/lunch. I frequently go to the john hix and Ford rd location and lately it's been nothing but mistakes left and right sandwiches being made with the wrong ingredients and no napkins given half warm iced coffees. Being in a rush most of the time makes it a huge incovience when things are not prepared the way they should be. Thank you.

Tim Hortons service

My husband, a few friends and I went to Tim Hortons on 17 ave SE between 46 and 47 streets, in Calgary, Alberta at 10:45 pm, so we were waiting in line up more than 5 minutes because there was not enough personal but that was not the problem after waiting for long time to get our coffee and pastries we went to the table to enjoy our coffe, then one lady came to our table and tell everyone there to get out right away because they were closing, she was so rude she was pointing to the door, on the way out we ask her why she was so rude, why they let us buy food and then ask us to get out, she said: " it's just the time we are closing!", So we had to drink and eat right out side! I never been treated like that in my life. I been enjoyed Tim Hortons for ten years and that service was the worst ever!

Tim Hortons service

Today, Thursday August 17, 2017, at 8:45 am, I visited Tim Hortons at 473 Concession St, Hamilton, ON, L9A 1C1. I had extra time before my appointment so I thought I would get a breakfast sandwich and coffee. I was first in line waiting to be served as both servers were with customers. One server finished with her customer and I waited to be called over. Instead of serving me, the lady moved away and began to talk to another lady, who had already been looked after and was just waiting. They began to talk about pregnancy. This conversation continued for a while as the line up behind me grew. Finally, she came to serve me. I had to repeat my order because suddenly she was back to listening to the lady she chatted with. The server, sorry I didn't get her name, then looked at me blankly and I asked her if she was now ready to take my order. She didn't apologize either. I repeated my order. I have been to this location many times and they are very slow! Today's incident was ridiculous. I will probably not go back there again especially now that I received a new coffee location while I was at my appointment. I will definitely not recommend this location ever!
Another Tim Hortons location I frequent daily is on King Street in Westdale in Hamilton. They are the friendliest and quick serving location. That location will for sure get recommendations from me!

Tim Hortons all tim horton's in the moncton, new brunswick area

I always get my coffee double cupped. I only take a quarter cream, and it is very hot, and the cups have a tendency to leak. A couple of weeks ago, I was told they were no longer ALLOWED to give me a double cup, I had to get a sleeve instead. This does not prevent the leaking. I asked if this was from Tim Horton's, or was it a directive from Corey Craig (who own all the franchises in the area). I was told it was from Corey Craig. At another location, I again tried to get a double cup. I was told by a very young employee that they had to sign a document stating that they wouldn't give out a second cup. If they are caught doing it three times, it would mean termination of their employment. I really think corporate should step in to address this situation. This is ridiculous. You have young employees who have to sign a "contract" about giving away an extra cup or risk losing their job?
