Tim Hortons breakfast

The restaurant ran out of eggs they told us. Then asked us if we would want the biscuit with susage we said sure. Then we proceeded to the take out window where they just had our coffee order but nothing else. At that point we asked for the rest of our breakfast . They brought us one breakfast biscuit with egg and sausage but we ordered two breakfast orders. And I thought they were out of eggs?

Tim Hortons french vanilla coffee?

Asked for a "french vanilla" like I always do and the lady was confused and said didn't know what that was. She punched in a hot chocolate and I corrected her. She was still lost. She could only offer a flavor shot in a regular coffee or hot chocolate. Eventually I got some 1/2 french vanilla something and 1/2 coffee...I don't know. I was at the front of the line, no one behind me and I also waited an age as the staff was attending the drive through. Soon there was a large line of people laughing at the mess, I was embarrassed for myself and her and just took the drink and left.

Tim Hortons staff environment complaint.

I am a customer at least 9 times a week at Tim Hortons. I spend more than $47.00 per week. 5 day a week during work for coffee and a bagel, week ends for breakfast and leisure some time for lunch. So we go beyond fifty dollars. That is close to $200.00 per month or more. It is still rainy and cold out this week. This morning it was 40 degrees, but sunny when I complained. Right now it is 42 degrees. They turned the air conditioner on, because they are hot working in the back. There is no grill. They got a little toaster. With some exercise they get hot. So what? I have worked fast food over a grill and I got hot. That is why it is called work: "The sweat of your brow". I am sick and tired of these immature unrealistic regressed young adults, like infants (the only ones that can be excused) thinking that the world revolves around them and forgetting about the customer. I like to come in read and use the Internet, at the same time enjoy my food. I could do this at home, but I like to get out. I would save $200.00 a month, but I like to get out. I do sometimes hang out for hours at T.H., but I am paying for it. When I complain (and it has been more than once) they give me this lame excuse that they are sorry that only the manager has controls to control the air conditioning. They have turned that air conditioner on in the winter with the snow outside. I don't believe this. They get hot and turn it on. Also this branch on more in one occasion when I have been there at night clean the toaster or something and fill the place with smoke, until your eyes burn and it looks like something is on fire. They have done this twice when I have been there in the evening. The second time people sitting there left. It set off he smoke alarm that's how bad it was. If that is true about the manager then as a good paying customer (and I know others that I speak for) they need to give the staff the ability to control the air conditioner. Yet I don't believe that nonsense, because you need to accommodate your customers and there is always a manager on staff and air conditioners don't go off when snow is on the ground.

One extra thing. The urinal in the men's bathroom. It has become plugged up or something. Nothing a little Drano wouldn't fix. Not all their fault because pigs don't flush. Yet I am not exaggerating. On more than one occasion there was at least a gallon of urine in it. I use to clean bathrooms when I was not a professional and worked in a grocery store. My boss would have reamed me to let somethin like that go unattended. This was a time when grocery stores did not have public bathrooms and so this was employees bathroom. We did let customers come back and use it Think about it. My boss would have a fit and it was for the employees. We were not preparing food for people and the bathroom was not next to any food at all or a place of storage. This is a City Health Department issues. If the owner came by for a surprise visit he/she would see what I am talking about.

I want something done about this or I am giving my business to Dunkin Donuts. Seriously, Leonard.

The branch is: 16801 Fort St, Southgate, MI 48195

Tim Hortons did not give back correct change

On April 19, 2017, 5:15 I went into a grocery store to get lunches for the next 3 days. When I paid for the food I asked for a $20 back, which I received.

Then I drove to Columbus, Ohio, Tim Horton's at 2550 South Hamilton Road and bought a medium coffee, double-double. Paid with the $20 bill, got change and drove to work.

On my way home I noticed the change on the car console. $8.30

I looked all over the car for the missing $10. Not to be found.

I looked at the receipt and it showed the window order taker (who happens to be the manager) had received $10.

Which is impossible, because all I had was a $20.

This morning, April 20 I drove to that same store, bought the same coffee with my debit card, and told the manager I was short changed.

She denied having any overages for that day.

I am honest. I would not keep what is not mine and I cannot imagine how a manager could be so inept as to not show an overage when I know I gave a $20 and the receipt shows $10 was given.

I'd hate to say it, but she kept the $10 for herself most likely.

You, as a company, without a doubt have a problem there.

Also, this store does not advertise a phone number so I wasn't able to call . Big problem.

I'm going to chalk it up as a loss in dealing with dishonest or inept people.

It's not a whole lot of money (enough to get me to work for three days), but it is the principle of the thing.

I won't go back to that store, and personally, I would think an investigation of your manager is in order. Something is going on there and it's not good for business.

Tim Hortons iced cappuccino/buffalo chicken wrap

This isn't the first time (It's been over a year) since i've been meaning to mention a complaint, but the tim hortons down from my house which I purchase from daily have terrible customer service. Many times I always ask for no tomatoe and light buffalo sauce on the chicken wraps and they never seem to pay attention to the details. It becomes very frustrating because I then have to listen to it from my boyfriend who complains about it (Hurts his stomach) and the iced capps are rarely every full to the top. I order a large and it looks like i've gotten a medium.. This isn't always a daily problem but from time to time it doesn't become frustrating just over a small simple mistake.

Tim Hortons hiring practices

I have applied to Tim Hortons many time and did so again today because they have a big sign out looking for people. But needless to say I find that this store will not hire you unless you are Native or Filipino. I find this discrimination to the white race . I have applied when ever they are looking and they just ignore my online application. This store is a real messed up place.

Tim Hortons unethical behaviour

Hi my name is Alaa Khadir, this morning an issue happened. When I was ordering this morning from the Tim Hortons that is inside the Esso gas station, I had a free donut coupon, and when I gave it to the cashier he refused to take it since appearantly he states its from last year. I swore to him that it was from this year, and he refused to take it. I told him I won the free donut coupon about week ago, and he still didn't believe me. Right after I gave him the $20, he threw my change rather then putting them in my hand, and they fell behind the counter. He then gave me attitude, and I told him that you are being rude to me, and this just created a huge embarrassment. This Tim Hortons was located at 3550 52 street NE of Calgary, Alberta. This happened about 9:05-9:10 AM. This happened on April 13, 2017. The mans name was Shane. I'm looking forward to hearing from you, and hopefully you can do something about this.
My email: Khadir.[protected]@gmail.com
My Phone Number: [protected]
Emailing me will be the best way if that is possible.

Tim Hortons jacket left in store put outside

To whom it may concern;

I am writing you because i tried to deal with the Tim Hortons store in Taber, Alberta directly and it got me nowhere. On March 29, 2017, my boyfriend, our children, his grandfather and myself went to Tim Hortons for coffee at 6 pm. When we left at 7 pm my boyfriend forgot his wrangler jean jacket on the back of the chair. I phoned down at 11 pm when he couldnt find his jacket and the girl i talked to said yes they had it after i descibed the jacket to her. I asked if they would hold it for me until the next day when i could come get it and she said yes that was fine. The next day at 11 am i went to Tim Hortons to pick up the jacket and talked to a lady named Sherry. She informed me that an employee there had taken the jacket outside and hung it on a pole in the overflow parking lot because she thought it was a truck drivers jacket and thought if she hung it there they would recognize it and pick it up, even after i had told them i would be there to pick it up. She took me outside and showed me where it had been put and someone had already taken it. That was a $200 jacket i had bought my boyfriend that he no longer has because your incompetent employee couldnt do what she had told me she was going to do. I will no longer support your business. Im very disappointed in how this was handled. I contacted the manager the next day where he told me he was going to talk to the girl who answered the phone and talked to me. The girl denied having the jacket even though she said they had it there and Sherry who worked there the following morning said she had put it outside.

Tim Hortons the staff refused to serve me

This Sunday afternoon i was in line at the drive through at the Veterans Blvd branch in Airdrie Alberta and it was not moving because of volume. I had being queueing for around 7 mins and when i got to the speaker to order i simply asked if i could wait til i got to the window to order my drink because it would be cold by the time i got there. This i experienced at the same branch not long ago and ended up with cold coffee..Not nice thank you. So i proceeded to the window and told them I'd like a medium steeped tea with 3 milk and they refused to serve me. 4 team members decided to verbally insult me and one of them even called me rude. The other member said it's the law to order before you get to the window...Really? I questioned that but she simply walked away. The same team member who called me rude recognised me and said hey you're a regular customer and i said yes..But he wouldn't serve me. It would have taken 20 seconds or less to serve me a warm tea but they would not. I had no choice but to leave empty handed and told them as i left that i would never return to that branch.. They didn't care. My question is in this day and age, why would they refuse a simple request to enhance their customer relations? I mean i have being given the wrong order from that branch before..Paid for add on items that they didn't give me..Etc etc. Do i have any recourse in this situation? I feel like they dismissed me completely. Any feedback would be appreciated thanks. Padraic Keane. [protected]@gmail.com

Tim Hortons lousy service

Went to Tim Horton's on Logan Ave. in Langley B.C. and ordered a Steak and cheese Panini meal with soup and coffee to eat in. Took over 10 minutes to get a bowl of soup. Sandwich was cold by the time I got my soup. They did not have any clean bowls around but had several staff members standing around doing nothing. Ask why they were training, well maybe get "them" to wash the dishes as part of training. Worst service ever and no customer service.

Tim Hortons keurig pods. decaf.

I buy boxes of your coffee (Tim hortons) at bed bath & beyond.in a box, usually I get 3 or 4 pods explode causing me to stop everything, clean the whole machine, discard my cup of coffee and feel highly frustrated. I would like to know why this keeps happening? I always use filtered water and never overfill my machine.

I am not happy getting a cup full of coffee grounds after using your coffee pods. I usually by a larger box from Sam’s club and have always liked them but lately I have been having issues with grounds in my coffee cup. I will use the remainder that I have on hand, but in the future will go back to Dunkin Donuts brand.

Tim Hortons stale croissants

I purchased two croissants this morning at the Portage West Tim Horton's location. The croissants were terrible, stale and just not right. I purchase croissants regularly and I know the difference.
I was extremely disappointed that Tim Horton's allows this type of service.
The merchandise was more than two days old, one day old would develop this type of smell.
