Tim Hortons service

Are you aware your employees are taking part in harrassment and bullying when they are on the job and some bring it outside the store when they are on there own time . When you bring your religion and use it as a pawn to harasse and bully some one by dicriminating against them by making a joke about what religious flavour of the day it is so certain employess that belongs to that religious group can wait on that person or the joke is that this certain customers if she talks to a person of a certain faith again in the store and when she leaves the store that is flavour of the day so thats pretty well is all she will incounter their friends, family, fellow church members to carry on the bulling and harassement . When she is in the store sometimes they will leave her standing for quite a while before waiting on her, getting her order wrong . Or repeatly asking her bout her order saying it different each time let she is deaf or to stupid how she ordered it . They will bring in family, friends, ect to try and use intimmadation with certain actions, gestures and comments to try make this person afraid of them so she won't say anything . Is there not a code of conduct employess are to follow on their behavior . The managers are respons ible for the employess under them . Thats a joke . They are just as bad if not worst. I like to go in and quietly get what i order and just go and sit down and enjoy what i have ordered . I am always polite and quiet and try to show everyone respect, because thats how i like to be treated and i expect the same back another thing i dont like to be called hon, honey, or sweetie or dear some use it to excess because they think its smart . Just give me my order and be pleasent is that to much too ask . Keep your religious affillations to yourself and your smart comment to yourself and do your job . People are not a joke. Religion is not a joke . Bulling is not a joke . This is canada we live in isnt it ?

Tim Hortons unprofessional behaviour from the staff

Today My sister and I ordered 2 medium sized coffee with 10 timbits. However this customer with a mental disorder has spilled all our coffee and ruined our timbits. This was not the problem. Even though we were the victims, only one crew member approached us and asked if we were okay. We were drenched in hot coffee as it was completely poured on us. This one staff who came to clean our seats yelled at us for being dirty. THIS WAS OUTRAGEOUS. We were the victims but were yelled BY YOUR STAFF. Even though the coffee was full and we did not get to enjoy anything none of the staff members even offer to get us new cups of coffee. We did not intended to get new coffee but how your staff handled this incident was horrible. Even though they knew what has happened, (happened right in front of them) No staff was willing to understand the situation. All our phones and laptops got wet by their coffee. All they offered was a hand full of napkins. **THIS IS THE TIM HORTONS ON 2635 barnet hwy coquitlam***

Tim Hortons potatoe wedges

On Wednesday February 1 on my way home from work I stopped at tim hortons at the on route northbound on 400 just past Vaughan. I had the Potatoe wedges and ended up breaking a tooth on something hard in the wedges.
Later in the week on the 4th I stopped at tim hortons in thornton and ordered Potatoe wedges again. There was something hard which chipped another tooth.
I doubt this is a coincidence because I later found someone else I know has also chipped a tooth on the Potatoe wedges at another tim hortons.
I think it is something that should be looked into.

Tim Hortons loaded wedges

Yesterday, I visited tim hortons at montreal aeroport (#yulths02) where I placed a take-out order for loaded wedges at the advertised price of $2.99.
After paying for the order, I took it to my gate where I consumed it. after doing so, I happened to review my invoice whereupon I discovered I had been charged and paid for a higher priced item, chicken noodle soup.

Being pressed for time, I was unable to return to the restaurant to advise them of their billing error.
While the money difference was not that great, the principle is. how often are they doing that, and ripping customers off whenever they can get away with it.
In future, I for one will remember this discouraging experience at tim hortons and will remind my friends to check their invoices whenever dining at tim's.

Tim Hortons staff and management-quality of beverages

I worked at the Tim Horton's in Grande Prairie, AB. I worked there till Dec 20, 14 to Aug 22nd, 16. I loved working there. Great customers, great people I worked with. While working drive thru we got the fastest drive thru times and I got 100% on my computer training . It was a great place to work at. This isn't a complaint but feedback as a former employee and hope to improve the lives of employees at Tim Hortons. While working there I felt like my disability wasn't being noticed. I have ADHD, Anxiety and a learning disability. At the time they were making me go to drivethru. Because I have anxiety, everything becomes so difficult so fast. Some of the other people kept telling me to hurry up, making my anxiety worse. They would be demanding and sometimes impatient(workers) I know the drive thru times, but people with disabilities cant keep up. In my case Im fine with working fast paced jobs but theres others who cant. My anxiety can usually show up at any time and make my mind messy; making my movements slower and hands shakey. I told my boss, Freddie if I can go up front counter because of my situation but he dismissed it and said to go back. That day I asked if I can use the bathroom; resulting in me crying my eyes out in the bathroom. This happened several times. Disabilities in the workplace should be managed with, not dismissing it. I remember a teen was crying in the lunchroom. He mustve had a disability, since he was swaying back and forth. Management SHOULD deal with people with mental disabilities. It should be first priority in the workplace. And when I get the garbages in and outside the resturant I see plenty of workers leaving their garbage bags by the door outside (tripping hazard or fire hazard, blocking the door) and they never throw it in the bin, just leaving it for the next person. I think the garbage routine should change. I was always the one throwing the garbage out. EVERYONE should do every task. Not just one person doing it. I had a problem with this. Sometimes other people wouldnt want to do a specific job because they werent interested or would go onto an easier task. Every.One.Should.Do.Their.Job. Its a job, thats why we get paid. Im sorry to say, but theres alot of lazy workers at Tim Hortons. I see workers at drivethru sneaking a drink at the cashier drivethru (bacteria) and other workers getting irritated at customers because they think they made an accurate coffee, not noticing the expired coffee from 12 minutes ago. I seen this SO MANY times. They would try and make an expired coffee last, changing the time on the coffee pot and serve it. I also notice others at drivethru window they would put a different label on the drink, like for example the person orders a DD and the coffee maker would put TT on the drink. I told her that it was the wrong coffee, yet her insisting its right she gives it to the driver and off she goes, resulting in a upset customer coming back. I worked at another Tim Hortons for a few weeks. Mostly because the manager thought I was a minor so she put me on two shifts in the 3 weeks I was working there. I gave them my D.O.B on my application but yet they still thought I was a minor, me being 20. Also I take the bus. Buses run from 8am-9:45pm but I had to get off work at 10, resulting in me having to walk home. Half an hour walk home. Its crazy how everything is run at Tim Hortons. They should change. Happier employees results in happier customers. I do love Tim Hortons but its ridiculous. Even my friends and family think its crazy. Tim hortons is a growing coffee company but yet the staff and manegment arent showing that part of Tim Hortons.

Tim Hortons rude employee

Warsaw ny, 14569

I get coffee every morning before I get to work at 9 am. The woman who works the drive thru is so rude. Doesn't say hi, bye, your welcome, have a nice day. Nothing. I'm always nice and say thank you, no thank you. I don't know why she's so rude but it makes me not even want to go there anymore. She works every morning I've been there and she's got orangeish red hair. Hopefully this girls attitude goes in a different direction or no will no longer be getting coffee from Tim horntons. Thank you

Tim Hortons tim hortons double

I went to the tim hortons by eglinton and dufferin in toronto, ontario at around 10:29pm on wednesday february 1st, 2017 to buy a 1.75$ medium (2 cream and 2 sugar) orange pekoe tea. After paying I was handed my order by ms. Komal (the tim horton server), on my way to go seat within, the hot tea spilled through the improperly closed lid and got on my left fingers as I was carrying it on my left hand. Then I went back to miss komal and her colleague mr. Mohil and told them that the hot tea spilled on my left fingers. They both acted as if it was nothing then I went ahead and showed them my left fingers covered with the hot spilled tea. Then they knew I wasn't happy but instead of apologizing, mr. Mohil tryed preparing a new tea for me and he asked how I wanted the new tea he was preparing but I said just cover the tea (as in the one I bought that spilled) properly and he did that and gave it back to me.
I would be glad if the right actions are taken against such "non challant and I don't care attitude" from both tim hortons staff.

Tim Hortons iced cappuccino - large made with white milk

The quality of iced cappuccinos is getting terrible. I went to 3 different Tim Hortons in the Halifax area today and finally gave up when I could not get a proper tasting iced capp. I took several sips from the first one, and it turned mostly white and there was no flavour left. I traded it for another one at a different location. The second one looked fine, but it tasted as if the milk was sour, so I went to another location. The third location replaced the second one. The third iced capp tasted exactly like the second one. I don't know if the milk was sour or if they put in a flavour shot, but it tasted weird and quickly turned mostly white after several sips. I have sent a complaint previously - the iced capps were tasting like they mixed with their left-over coffee. Considering I pay $4.00 for each large iced cappuccino, I am getting extremely frustrated with the decreasing quality of my favourite beverage. I believe some locations are trying to "stretch" their product by adding other things to it, such as coffee, water, flavour shots, etc.

Tim Hortons food / service

My name is Peggy Bidochka and I attend the Tim Hortons in Calgary at Chinook Centre just off McLeod Trail. I go there every morning for either breakfast or lunch prior to 1pm. I must say that I am beyond frustrated with this location. 2 to 3 times a week the ice cap machine is not working, they don't have any hashbrowns, they have run out of bread for their sandwiches. I have been going there for 6 months now and a majority of our office people attend there on a regular basis. Today again I went in there for lunch and low and behold the ice cap machine was NOT working, they did not have any white sub sandwiches, they were out of 2 other customers orders. Your standing in line waiting for your food only to be told that again Im sorry Mame we don't have any of that today. Not only that but I MUST say that it is very rude and unprofessional when your staff are speaking with each other behind the counter in their language. It is beyond annoying and rude to the patrons of your establishment when they are holding conversations that no one can understand. I am in the process of deciding whether I will ever be back again and that goes for the magnitude of the office people I work with. There are over 40 of us that attend this location on a regular basis and highly doubt we will EVER be back!

Tim Hortons service very bad at drive through

I like to get my coffee and toasted bagels for breakfast at Tims most of the mornings. I go to this Tim very close to my home often and there is always something wrong. I hate to complaints an kept on ignoring either throwing my bagel or coffee and just let it go, but this morning especially I was having bad flu ask for medium double double and a twelve grain double toasted with butter and drove home and opened my bagel and it was completely burned not slightly completely and the buttr was very greecey running all over the paper it looked so disgusting and I got completely mad and thinking how could someone serve that to anyone first they knew it's completely burned bcs I always order double toasted everywhere at Tims and know how it looks. I took it to the drive through and when the girl take order told her I got a bagel should be double toasted but it's completely burned, she answered me back oh double toasted should be burned! Mam, I got so mad told her call ur manager to the window, she came and I handed the bagel to her and she was like what you want little bit toasted and laughing, what kind of customer service is this. I am always good with people and never seen anything like this. What I told the manage was, oh well u keep that's bagel I don't need nothing, now I gave them the fully burned bagel which I paid for and left mad thinking about who trained these people?

Tim Hortons service

I always go to Tim Horton's and have never been treated so rudely as I was today at the MT Read BLVD location in Rochester, NY. I walked in at 5:02 pm and asked the woman behind the counter if it was too late to order a breakfast sandwich. She was standing near the bagels and no one was at the register. She was snotty and said it is past 5 no more breakfast sandwiches. (the floor back there was filthy) she never came over to take my order. Then a man came out of the back room and said sorry for the wait and I ordered a coffee and pretzel bagel. Now no one was in the store accept me and I ordered it to go. She yells out the order and throws it up on the counter way down by where she was standing. Looked like someone was attempting to clean the restaurant area so the tables were out of order and I couldn't get over to that side to pick up my bagel. (plus I am disabled with a brace on my leg) I had to ask her to bring it over and she didn't come over to the counter but reached out and made me come get it from her. She had a very bad attitude. Not friendly in the least. Never experienced such rudeness at a Tim Horton's before. Then I asked for a sleeve for my coffee and she looked over the counter and said oh must be out of them there is none out there. Then the man who took care of me went over to the drive thru window and got one for me. Horrible experience.

They are most likely a franchise store which means they have a different owner and different policies compared to other locations. They have the right to price water however they want, just as you have the right to patronize where you want.

Tim Hortons service

City/location reviewed: 4191 lougheed hwy, burnaby, bc
I had waited 20 mins in line because the location only had 3 workers working and they were swamped. I asked for 2 cans of french vanilla cappuccino, he then asked me what size? I asked again for 2 cans of french vanilla cappuccino, the again asked what size do you want? I almost lost it, he then said I don't know what you want and walked away, and had to go ask another girl working what I was looking for. Then he went into the back to look, came back and told the other girl he couldn't find them. She then came to the front and told me she was to busy to go and look herself and turned around and walked away. The girl who he went to ask for help had her long fluffy hair in a ponytail and she was serving food, every time she brought a tray to the people her hair would fling onto the tray and onto there food. I was so mad and the lineup was still out the door that I just left.

Tim Hortons timartin sandwich

I placed an order of 10 timatins sandwiches with biscuits breads between 9:30 and 10:00 at Salaberry Timhortons. However, the woman behind the caisse punched the English bread. I questioned her about that and she told me that it is written English bread but i will receive timatins with biscuit bread. I got home and saw that they gave me timatins with English breads. I live far and had to come back to correct my order and the manager assisted me, but the manager was rude and did not seem to realise the mistake of his team. The customer service was really poor. They do not listen to us when we order!

I demand to get call from manager and owner of this branch for apology.
