Tim Hortons service and menu items

Today will most likely the last time I visit Tim Hortons. I went through the drive this morning placed a very simple order, large black coffee, medium black decaf, and a blueberry muffin. I was informed they were out of blueberry muffins. I wish I could say I was surprised but the happens so often I now expect them to be out of at least one of the irems I want. Anyway, I order a different muffin, pay for my order only to get to work and find my black regular coffee has cream in it. It wasn't even busy and yet again they couldn't even get a simple order straight. Sorry but I'm done. There is no accountability so it will never get fixed.

Tim Hortons previously employed

I was employed at Tim Hortons not even a full 3 weeks the store gets no business an is very slow an with that being said there's always new workers. A new manager that was in training still gave me the wrong schedule along with the other 3 people who worked that day which both were white and the other black male that was working was fired too upon not showing up bc of the wrong schedule. I honestly feel as if I was wrongfully fired I was on time every day stayed late did everything I had to do. I feel as if it was wrong for me to get fired for his mistakes. I feel really profiled an targeted since the only 2 black males working there and being wrongfully fired.

Tim Hortons poor customer service

On May 5th 2017, I went to the Tim Horton at 25203 Evergreen Rd, Southfield MI 48075. I ordered a Tuscan Chicken sandwich only. When I got to the window, the gentleman informed me that the employee had accidentally made it on the wrong bread and he could switch it out for me if I wanted. I told him that was ok and took my sandwich and drove back to work. When I got to work I discovered that my sandwich only had chicken and sliced cheese (the wrong type of cheese at that) on it, no other toppings that come with it. I took the sandwich back to the store where the lady snatched my sandwich and quickly closed the window. I could hear her thru the window saying to the guy "this is the sandwich you put on the wrong bread". I knocked on the window to inform them that the bread wasn't the issue, but they looked at me and kept write on talking amongst themselves. When they finally brought me the replacement sandwich, it once again only had chicken and cheese on it. I told them that they still got it wrong and explained to them that this was not a tuscan chicken sandwich, to which the guy replied "well at least i got the chicken and cheese right". Then he told me if i wanted the correct sandwich, i would have to pull over because it would take him time to get the rest of the ingredients and make it correctly. I told him it would be quicker to just give me my money back. I didn't appreciate the fact that after making the same mistake TWICE, they acted as if my request was some type of inconvenience.

Tim Hortons unethical employee

I am a regular customer of Tim Hortons, located at Garibaldi Way, Squamish, BC. One of the attendants name Mabel Bondad was rude and unprofessional. She brings her personal problem to work. I have enough of this lady, she’s a liar. I did not make any scene. She was the one who made a scene after I left the store. This has happened many times before. The last time was on May 3rd between 1:30-2pm. She walks away when she sees me next in line to order, and let the customers wait for the next available cashier….. It seems like No one ever told her or discipline her about this. So she keeps doing it again and again. Now, I’m addressing this to the owner of this store. This behavior is not acceptable. Leave the drama at home and don’t bring it to work!

Tim Hortons poor customer service, incorrect order, poor complaint resolution

May 3, 2017 I visited the drive through at the Brooks Landing in Nanaimo BC, I was ordering a Boston cream donut and a coffee with cream. The order person could not clearly hear my order asking several times what I wanted.
They did not have the Boston cream in stock, nor my second choice the maple cream donut. I asked what they had and she mentioned nothing like the kind I wanted and was impatient while I tried to decide.
So I ordered a Nutella donut.
When I went to pay the server was impatient shoving the donut in my hand before I even put my debit card back into my wallet and screamed next order to the next car.
When I got back to my office I discovered I had a strange kind of jelly donut not even close to a Nutella and it had sweater fuzz all over it.

I called to discuss the issue with the site manager and was deferred by the staff person saying she was busy and was told to call back at a later time and when I suggested I would prefer to wait they said she was busy so I said I was an angry customer and that I would prefer not to wait and she came to the phone.
I explained my concern and the manager (her name was Laura) said I could get a free coffee and donut on my next visit. Her excuse was the service time determined by the company was a ridiculous 20 seconds.
In my opinion bad service is inexcusable and if a company chooses to put a ridiculous service standard onto employees that I would prefer not to patronize the establishment. If I want to go spend my wages on a coffee and donut I do not to feel like I am being pushed out the door and my money grabbed for what I did not order to find it has hair on it. No matter the compensation in future.

Tim Hortons management!!!

Tim Hortons located inside the Esso at 5500 Decarie Blvd, Montreal, QC H3X 2J2. Rude employees who do not do the job properly. A new manager name Sami, Marie Therese does not know what she is doing. She is awful at her job. She shows attitude to customers, which is very unprofessional. This place is not the same as before. I had many problems at this place. My pregnant wife stopped going here after the manager told her she can't ask for fresh coffee. My wife was in the back kitchen with the manager and she noticed ants and insects crawling. The back kitchen is disgusting. There is a video showing proof. Very sad to see what they serve to customers. Manager needs to be changed!

Tim Hortons staff behaviour mainly

This is about the employees attitude at 9350 Boulevard Leduc, Brossard, QC J4Y 0B3, Tim Horton's location. Just to mention that is not an isolated situation at this location. Since they opened, a couple of years ago, I am passing from time to time in my way to work. There are multiple problems here.
1. At this location they are serving lukewarm coffee, not hot (this comparing with all other Tim locations from where I am/was buying coffee). Once, I complained and they gave me a fresh new coffee with the same temperature. Disappointed, but because of their location I passed by anyway and arriving at work I would transfer the coffee in another cup and put in the microwave for 30 seconds or so.
2. When you are using the drive through, another surprise. You are ordering, advancing, pay for it, pick your order and ... you are invited right away to advance. I am not even had the chance to put my coffee down or my credit card in the wallet and they are pressing to leave. Once it was nobody behind and I asked what the rush. They said that it doesn't matter I need to advance right away because they have a timer. Never happen before in any other Tim so, I am wondering if they are the only once having a timer. Again, the feeling was not great. Something like, we took your money, now disappear from our face. And this is happening all the time.
3. When I am asking to have the dome lid they are giving me with comments: you should let us know at the time of order. Sometimes I remember and let them know, sometimes I am just realizing that you are still keeping that stupid lid in function by default and I forget to tell them in advance. I am cursing in my mind and took it like that. Anyway I need to heat up my coffee in the office so why arguing with them again.
4. I never said anything up to today. In the morning I ordered at the drive through again one "medium dark roast hot coffee with dome lid with 2 sugar and 2 milk". With my credit card in hand, I advance to the window and I saw a cup with the regular lid prepared for me. So, I asked what's that, it's not my order? It's your dark roast coffee with 2 sugar, 2 milk. OK, but I doesn't have the dome lid I asked for so I don't know if it was my order. You should just asked in advance for the dome lid. I asked this time. The lady turn back to change the lid making some comments that I didn't catch before the automatic window close. When back, they were 2 ladies. The second one told me that she took the order but she's not understanding very well English. [In QC most people are speaking French, I am tri-lingual but when I have the choice, I prefer English. In a store that make profit from me, I expect to be served in my language of preference or at least advise me that you, the person at the counter, are only French speaking. But when you are engaging in a conversation in one language, don't excuse yourself later that you didn't catch everything.] I said: it's not my fault. The answer: mine neither. At this time, she told me I have to pay because they have a timer. Again the damn timer? (in my mind). At his moment they were 3 ladies arguing with me so, I just paid and left (for...ever).
I will never ever pass by this location. At this location I have the feeling that they are making me a big favor serving me (lukewarm coffee). I will do a detour of about 1-2 extra km and go to another location (7305 Grande Allée, Brossard, QC J4Z 0E3) were I was always served with a smile on their face and were I felt the respect I deserved as a loyal customer.
Disappointed by this location. Luckily for you, it's the only place like that. If I will find another one, I will be out for good, completely. That's a promise.

Tim Hortons rude drive thru attendant

About 4:45 PM at the 2060 Military Road location in the Town Of Tonawanda (resturant#911061), I went to the Drive Thru to order a coffee. The attendant was extremely rude and made obnoxious comments because I requested my change. I am appauled that any customer facing associate would act this way towards a paying individual who has plenty of options to purchase items elsewhere. At this point in time I will never go to one of your stores again and I will tell others to do the same.

Tim Hortons service and food

I go to Tim Horton everyday. Normally I don't have a problem with anything and most of the staff is very friendly and professional. A couple of weeks, in the morning, I stopped in to surprise my husband with a breakfast sandwich and I also got one for myself. When I got home, both orders were wrong. I ordered a BLT on an English muffin (no egg) and that is exactly what was punched in. The person making the sandwich didn't take the time to see that my sandwich did not come with egg. Once home there was egg and to be honest the sandwich was terrible. Too much lettuce, very little bacon and not double toasted as I requested. My husbands sausage and egg didn't come with any cheese. The next incident occurred yesterday which was April 26th. After supper I went to Tim Horton's and went inside (not the drive through) and I was the only customer. I placed an order of 2 coffees, one was a large double double and the other a medium with 2 cream. I also ordered 7 donuts. I stepped aside after paying for it, and stood next to the donut display so I could tell the person who took my order what kind of donuts I wanted. I witnessed him making the coffees and placing them on the counter for me to pick up. Another gentleman went up to the cash register and waited to give his order. As I stood waiting to tell the employee what donuts I wanted, I then witnessed him taking the order of the gentleman I just mentioned. The gentleman turned in my direction and said loud enough to be heard, you haven't received your donuts yet. The employee then looked at me and giggled, and continued to get the gentleman's order. The woman who was working the take out window then came over to get my donuts. I was quite miffed by this point but I didn't make an issue out of it. When I got home and took a sip of the coffee I had just ordered, I quickly realized that my coffee was wrong, I had a double double instead of 2 cream. Of course I could not drink the rest. Since I get a coffee on my way to work, I took the coffee that was made wrong so I could get it exchanged for one with only 2 cream. I told the employee who exchanged my coffee that I found the service that day unacceptable, and she just made excuses for the employee who made the mistakes. Maybe I am old school but I expect better service and an apology for the mistake. Luckily at this location there are more good employees than bad ones.

Thanks
Karen Reid

Tim Hortons unethical behaviour

Hi,

The incident happened again yesterday when i claimed my free coffee coupon. The staff were asking me for the second time this week where did I get my coupon. I just took 2 coffee for me and my sister. Why they need to know where I get my coupon? I'm your loyal customer for many years now. I go to your restaurant everyday to get a coffee cause I'm a coffee lover, you have this promotion I think a few weeks back giving away cars, coffee, donuts etc.. etc.. So I still have a lot in my car of the free coupons since I only decided to redeem it this week. Common your staff there were rude it's like they embarrassing in front of other customers since I'm getting a free coffee. I never experienced this kind of treatment on your other branches. My phone number is [protected].

Best Regards,

Kevin

Tim Hortons corporate customer service poor

I submitted some complaints February 15 through Tim Hortons web page and clicked on the request to be contacted. I was not contacted either by phone or email. Weeks later, I did the same except I received a email from Andrea. The email stated someone would be calling me. No call and I waited two more weeks! I emailed back to the same email several times as the email said I could. I finally got a reply from Haley via email. I never received a phone call. In the meantime, I called them. Their customer service is extremely slow and poor. I waited two months and had to call THEM.

Tim Hortons poor service and hygiene

I was feeling quite poorly hence my decision to pop in to Tims. Thought it would be quicker than cooking but boy was I wrong. I almost passed out waiting. Then the food was cold by the time I got it. The staff were giggling and laughing while preparing the order. One even went as far as to say she had no idea what goes on the sandwich another lady ordered. So for my order I watched as they tried to put it together then tossed the attempt. All the time reaching their armpits over food and laughing. Might I add this was the lunch staff on a Monday. I was so frustrated I dont know how I managed to remain quiet...oh yeah I was trying not to throw up. As I said I was feeling nauseas. Next time I want a quick hoy soup I will buy a cup soup and boil water. Worst service ever. Rude and absolutely clueless and nasty. Will never return.

Tim Hortons tim bits

Was at Wonderland for BMO day yesterday, and stopped at Tim Hortons for a coffee and timbits. However it took 8 pkgs of timbits for the clerks to finally get it right. Timbits were a little crunched, but not bad, that is not the issue.
I ordered 10 timbits, however going through most of the boxes there, only found 9 in each. That is a 10% reduction in quantity. Ok I get it, the price is a bit higher, nothing much, but when I order 10, I expect 10.
The clerk told me, that's how they all are. yes, I have grandkids, therefore i make sure I can divide them properly, so I count them. Not a good way to do business. How many boxes were sold with the incorrect quantity? No i didn't take pictures, as I did have my camera with me, and wasn't expecting to have to take pics of the quantity of timbits. Right now, I will admit, I feel like issuing a warning, using social media etc., and ask everyone to count their timbits. I think Tim Hortons, needs a better quality check, and the clerks should be taught to count. The box even says 10. I know they ended up taking one out of another box to make my box a 10 piece. Not a good way to conduct business.
